Turkey drumstick fillet - 600 g
Lima - packaging (450g)
Onion - 3 huge heads
Cream 10% - 150 ml
A pinch of turmeric, fresh herbs and 0.5 tsp. dry garlic

The turkey was cut to a size slightly larger than the ready-made beans and lightly fried in vegetable oil. I added onion coarsely cut into half rings and fried it very lightly so that it remained sweet. Then the ready-made beans gurgled there along with the broth, salt and pepper, threw in a bit of turmeric for a delicious zholteny color, and stewed for 10 minutes.Added cream and left on fire for 5 minutes. Then she took it off the heat, added herbs and dry garlic. I closed the lid and let it stand for 10 minutes. All.


Girls, the taste is indescribable: a sweetish onion, tender, creamy beans and a slightly fried turkey, and gravyaa is finally something with something! So tender, enveloping and very, very non-greasy. Highly recommend.
