A.lenka, in the Eldorado, by the way, they even got nuts on the seventh. They say they were not separately at all))

I have this Panel. The tartlets are smaller than in Veska. Veska is also there
Rituel, are multi-tartlets suitable for serving caviar? Or will they be too big? I wanted to buy a socket just under the caviar Nuts.
Iruta
A.lenka, look in the store Globus panel nuts. In Ryazan yesterday I saw, by the way, there are discounts on panels, the price is about 700 rubles.

for serving caviar on the table, multi-tartlets are suitable
So I plan!
Caviar has already been bought and the Panel for this. And what is even smaller in some kind of device?
mamusi
A.lenka, Lenochka, I'll take a picture of the Socket a little later. Next to a spoon or something. I'll post it right now. I can't bake today.
Flu, headache, temperature, nothing to eat. And there is no one else but me.
Alenka212
A.lenka, the nuts are plump and poor. I have a small Veska for 8 pieces, but they are deeper and I will have to try to make the tartlets beautiful (it is for stuffed pieces).
In general, it all depends on the type of caviar. Red can be put into tartlets, and black, judging by the price, can be given out by the piece
mamusi
I am reporting.
Multi-baker's tartlets are 1 cm shallower in depth.
And thinner * a little.

I give a photo.
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
mamusi
Here you can see the Veski depth of 2.5 cm
And the depth of the multitartlet is 1.5 cm.
The diameter is slightly smaller.

Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes

Top and left Multitartlets. Veska at the bottom right.
Yes. And she put two spoons. Dining room and tea room.
If it helps something.

And then, do not fill it completely!
A.lenka
mamusi, Ritochka, thank you, Fairy Godmother!
Then I will not bother with nuts. Buy tartlets.
Alenka578
A.lenka, and I will still make nuts from puff pastry for caviar)) and the panel at one time grabbed the last one in Eldorado. Then they were gone for a long time))
I don’t want tartlets at all, we don’t eat them and a lot of caviar turned out unexpectedly. Frozen while lying, I will send 31 in the evening
euphoria_nova
Good day! Help with the choice. I want a baker for 2 adults and 2 small children. I am afraid that it will take a long time to cook in a small baker. And if you take a big baker with everything you want, then it turns out in total as a full-fledged grill))
Maybe take a little baker and grill then? Or is it better to have a big baker, and grill sometime later (just, as far as I understand, a big baker still does not have enough power for a full-fledged grill).
Kara
Elena, a multi-baker is not a grill, I mean that you cannot fry meat on it. A multi-baker for all sorts of "light" dishes, if chicken can be cooked on it at the very least, the other meat is not.
Cirre
Elena, if you want to cook meat, then grill you, and if something tasty, then a baker is better. I made pork in a baker and did pork, it was not fried, but rather stewed, but I liked it
Alenka212
Elena, and pizza, etc. have not considered? There ranging from Princesses of different calibers. to GF and other grills a whole warm company But the most delicious meat, in my opinion, is in the airfryer.

Tried Dough "Rublevskoe" in the tartlets, they turned out to be crispy, but a little harsh, after all, they should soften a little from the filling, on the purchased tartlets I saw the advice to spread it in advance. Oil was released during baking, but not critical.
I decided to start with 15 grams, rolled a ball and first baked 1 piece for a test, the cartoon made soooo sounds, but ... the dough was so bursting that a hole formed at the bottom. She flattened the second ball into a cake and ... again the same thing. Here is such a hole
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
I decided to fasten this business with starch, so I rolled all the other balls in starch, flattened it and voila, there is no hole. He baked for 6 minutes, closed the latch, the last portion could have been 5 minutes. Here I weighed all the balls, the same, and some tartlets climbed out. The edges are perfectly trimmed with scissors, there are very few trimmings.

Yeast dry 1.25 h / l
Salt 0.25 h / l

I love Rublevskoe dough
From it and in the paymaker "pies" and in the panel "French toast" it turns out great. I'll have to try it in tartlets on occasion, when next time I stay) I think I'll try to thinly roll out and cut down circles, a little larger than the diameter of the tartlet recesses - in the manner of baskets in Ves
euphoria_nova
Kara, Cirre, thanks, for the answers, yes, I already understood that it is better to have these devices separately) I want to cook it and grilled meat and the mulpeaker struck me with a variety
Alenka212, nope, I haven't heard of such a device until this week) I'll see what kind of beast, thanks

By the way, I still bought a 6th series multibaker, I'll take a look - I'll cook it))
Cirre
Did it in weight and cartoon, they are different. Cartoons are the best for caviar, and for sweets they fit me wonderfully. And in weight I made with a fish. For ice cream, mine prefer a tube, not a tartlet, because I don't need a big one

Brought you another recipe for tartlet dough
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
Very tender, not dry, but stable - convenient for filling.
I took the dough from this recipe as a basis. Italian shortbread or pie, I love this dough.

Changed a little, it turned out like this:
Flour 220 gr
butter 85 gr
milk 75 gr
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
dry yeast 1 tsp
1 yolk
a pinch of salt

Stir in warm milk, yeast, sugar and yolk, leave warm for 20 minutes. Grind flour, salt and softened butter into crumbs. Pour in the liquid, knead the dough, leave at room temperature for 1 - 1.5 hours.
Roll a 13 g ball for each tartlet, flatten it with your palm into a round cake to fit the diameter of the cells in the bottom panel. Just while I was baking one batch, I rolled another.
Thanks for the idea to cut off the excess with scissors, of course you have to get the hang of making them even.
The dough is similar to Rublevskoye, but a little different in work and in taste. In this version, I like ready-made tartlets.
Alenka578
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes my mini-tartlets test of the pen before NG. Salted caviar in brine for 10 minutes. Too much, I had to wash it later. Tomorrow I will leave nuts from ready-made puff yeast dough from Lenta for 5 minutes. I like it. Fast, crispy. They made a plate for dinner. Even my husband appreciated it, although he eats little fish))
I also made cakes for Napoleon and baked the remains in sticks))
mamusi
Kara, Ira, I'll try these, probably. I need savory cheese and caviar.
I can't make up my mind.

That's why I keep quiet.
Even simple bread waffles make crunchier Tartlets, I don’t know what’s the matter!
I won't have time for yeast.
Yes, and weakness again covered something. I'm at home alone. I'll interrupt, and the flu hasn't completely left me.
I will just spread caviar on black bread and with hot tea and I will watch the Irony of Fate!
Cirre
And I just liked that the soft, the parents were able to eat. And from the finished dough, dry and crispy

Happy New Year everyone! The multibaker is very helpful on holidays
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
Mini tartlets made from ready-made puff pastry. Home-salted caviar, "five minutes", turned out very tender. Delicious!
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes chocolate brownies from my favorite chocolate cake recipe. I rarely do it, because well, very high-calorie, but I can't refuse the second piece

1 tbsp. flour, 2/3 tbsp. sugar, 2/3 tbsp. sour cream, 1/2 pack of plums. butter, 1/4 tbsp. cocoa, 1 tsp. without a slide of soda, 1 egg. It rises very much! She baked 1 tbsp. spoon with a slide on the pancake panel until the third light bulb, checked with a toothpick. The first two were put in 2 tbsp. spoons, so I ran away three times. It turns out a very chocolatey, crumbly, slightly moist biscuit. Top glaze: chocolate + 3 tbsp. l. draining. butter + 2 tbsp. l. jam syrup. You can also put berries on top, raspberries or strawberries, I had hazelnuts from a tree, lay there since summer, everything that was saved from squirrels You don't need to soak with anything. And sour cream is not very good here.

Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes pre-made puff pastry napoleon with recipe custard ptitsa... Tasty, well-soaked, but I liked the yeast-free puff more. This one turned out to be harsh

I baked cakes for the Milk Girl cake in a multi-baker on the grill panel.Baked on paper, smeared the top panel with rast. oil before the first bookmark. I cut baking papers with a small margin in length so that it was convenient to take out. I marked, trying on the panel, the borders for spreading the dough, spread it thinly, the dough rose perfectly to the top panel. I baked each cake for 4 minutes. It turned out six cakes, three per cake. Fast, easy, I liked it.
