The burger is more, so to speak, square, and the "cocklets" in them are just mortality - I have never been able to achieve such a relief crust anywhere else.
I do not plan to cook anything meat in the cartoon, because there is a Tefal grill, better than any meat in it, it will definitely not work anywhere. Olga, and thank you very much! You have further strengthened my belief that I do not need "burgers"

Well, I was trying to persuade to the opposite ...

win-tat, Tanya, yeah, I remember those. Thank you
God, how lazy to cook for yourself ...
ptitsa
Yes, almost the same, I added the recipe under the photo.
mamusi
Olga, I corrected it a little, otherwise the crocozyabry got out
Well done, thank you.
Later I will throw on 1 page.
Busy in the kitchen now.
ptitsa
Glad if I can be of some use. You can come to me, you even need to.

My five cents ☺ the other day I was baking another filling honey cake. I no longer bother with soaking, everyone eats with whatever they want ☺ it turns out 10 things ☺

And somehow the children were frying cutlets in the Beasts' socket. Perfect for the little ones. I liked it, nothing runs away anywhere and quickly ☺ If I buy a burger, it will be sooooo soon. Somehow it is not needed, we love meat in the oven more, and my husband recognizes cutlets only from a frying pan. ☺

Girls, I tried donuts on kefir in a cartoon ... I didn’t believe that before the photo shoot, the sweets didn’t survive the dough, I started half a glass of yogurt (the children didn’t eat homemade), the leftover cottage cheese instead of cheese ... I didn’t risk it in pancakes, I think, in sticks just baked eh ... It turned out two panels + 3 things. Click was NOT SUCCESSFUL !!! It would seem that there were so special flew away like seeds, hot

Good frosty morning everyone! Brought you a piece for your morning coffee Childhood cake "Gift"... The recipe, if interested, I will add later, went for a walk with me.
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipesMultibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
Recipe

dough
2 eggs
0.5 cups sugar
0.5 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tbsp of vegetable oil
1.5 tbsp of boiling water
impregnation
60 ml boiling water + 2 tsp sugar - cool, add (optional) 1 tsp brandy
cream
1) 0.5 cups milk + 1 egg + 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of flour - mix
2) Combine 0.5 cups of milk + 0.5 cups of sugar in a ladle and bring to a boil
3) pour the mixture (1) into the boiling mixture (2) and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil
Remove from heat, stirring without ceasing, after a few minutes the cream is ready.
Cool, covered with foil.
100 g Beat butter at room temperature until white, then, continuing to beat, gradually, over a tablespoon, add the custard.
decoration
40-50 gr cartoon-fried and ground nuts (peanuts)

Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. In a small bowl, mix the sifted flour with baking powder and gently stir into the egg mixture (not with a mixer, but with a spatula or spoon!). At the end, also gently stir in the vegetable oil, and then water (boiling water!).
On the pizza panel, bake 4 sponge cake plates on oiled paper (5 minutes each), cool.
Soak the biscuits by "slapping" on them with a silicone brush dipped in syrup.
Lubricating with cream, collect the cake, coat with cream and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes (so that the cream hardens). Remove, decorate with nuts and refrigerate again.
Bon Appetit!

The cake is made disgracefully quickly (the main thing is not to forget to get the oil in advance) - at 7 pm I made the "hot" part (cream, nuts, syrup) and went to drink coffee, then baked, while it was cooling, whipped the cream. At 9, the cake is already ready, and at 10 (came from the party) half of it was already left.

Olga, Olya, let's rYcept. Holidays are coming soon.

Girls are reminded of what to add to the first page. Don't be shy!
Here I had force majeure. Could have lost the thread ...

ptitsa, Olga, you will add a recipe, add it under your photos. Huh?

These are the tartlets (also diEthical), I baked yesterday.
Baked in the VES tartlet, but whoever has the appropriate Socket, you can bake in the Cartoon. (I also want the socket now to bake in parallel)))
If you take our favorite bread waffles, and dilute the C / z flour with 1/3 rye flour, add some water, then -
1st option: + egg. Yes olive oil there two spoons.
2nd option: no egg + butter 2 spoons
And then you bake and enjoy.

I don't put the filling on right away. So as not to get wet. For guests, you can put it right away, but I bake for myself. I keep them in a box. Then whoever wants to, so begins.

Couldn't keep it long
I will not say. Waffle makers crunch for a long time from this dough. Almost as much as you store, they crunch as much (I keep it in a box).
And they are thicker tartlets. Therefore, a little fleshy than Dutch waffles. Crunch on top, tenderness inside ...
I don't know if it's clear ...

Girls, and someone made a curd casserole with raisins in the Multika.
I'm just alone now. And I want to do it for a tooth *. Grill Socket. I made cheesecakes ... but without raisins. And I want to be so drier, "popiroZhiste" or something.
I did not find a suitable recipe
Alenka578
mamusi, and if you add sour cream or milk and more flour or semolina to the dough? It will look more like buns and then you can put raisins
mamusi
Alenka578, well it is possible.

Quickly.
The height of the panel is small. The pie is like a plump cheburek. But the dough is very tender!

Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes

All the same, I still want a Grass for myself .. Under a couple of Multika. There are higher pies in it. And an omelet for breakfast. While the Cartoon waffle bakes.

What an interesting "curd casserole" turned out ....
mamusi
Olga, Olya, the cook "got baked", ran over today.
Cottage cheese is worth, dried apricots, raisins, washed, scalded, wrapped in a towel
And what is not present and ... that's all. And the dough in the refrigerator is ready to bubble up already. Well, I rolled it out with my palm while I brewed tea - the cabbage was already ready in the micra. Whack - whack - and a pie for tea ...
So I decided to postpone the production of cottage cheese casserole for tomorrow!
win-tat
Rita, you and the cartoon well done, what a pie you cooked up!
And the omelette is hotIt will come in handy on the farm, especially if you need to cook on the 1st. I won't say about Travolka, I have Ariete, so everything is coated.
mamusi
win-tat, Tanya,

I have already ordered Grass. Deliver on Friday.
I didn’t know that you didn’t have Travolka. I somehow realized that it was she.
Already paid...
And Arietka did not even consider ...

win-tat
Come on, everyone here has mostly Travola. But I don't even remember why I bought Arieta and not Travola.
Well, you will get your baby and you will freak out such casseroles with pies
After she warms up, I drip a little olive / oil into the halves, a pinch of flour on it, rub it with a brush on the lower and upper panels and nothing sticks

Kara
They brought me a baker today and 6 panels to him, they were ordered on Black Friday at the office. website, 3 times the operators called, removed some panels, added others (because they were out of stock), changed the delivery method, etc. I no longer hoped to ever get my kit, and it would be better if I didn’t receive it, because what I saw threw me into a real shock No, I certainly understood that something for 750 rubles could not be perfectly done, but panels for 990 rubles, for example, are not cheap at all!

In short, judge for yourself.
Firstly, ALL panels are different, in color, weight, and manufacturer.

Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
On the right is Redmond tartlets, on the left is some Pretzel Nugget

Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes

And this left panel is generally "left" without any identification marks. But her uniqueness does not end there, look how lovely it is.

Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes

On the left, the top panel is thicker than on the right by almost 0.5 cm.

And here's another masterpiece

Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes

These panels are "Redmond type", but the top panel on the left is also shorter in height by about 0.5 cm.

Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes

But the "Hong Kong waffles" on the back side of the panels do not have any "bulges" at all for contact with the heating element, like the rest of the panels, should it be?

A couple of "tartlets" looks the most sturdy of all, heavy, relatively flat, but even here - success! The top panel does not snap into place at all, since it stupidly does not reach the top latch.
Girls, tell me, is it so big lucky for me, or does everyone have such "wealth"?

PS: I haven't included it in the network yet, and I think if it is necessary

Cirre
Kara, Ira, they are all really different. With the logo, these are the last ones, before that there were ordinary ones without identification marks. I have such a twist on the pizza panel, but I bake, I’m not worried, but everyone fits the cartoon, nothing falls out.

Change the panels, maybe you can right in the store to fit the size?

Irina, I so handed over the purchased panels on last year's Black Friday, albeit by the seventh baker. But, what's the difference. Then I bought in addition before the new year by the piece and with a preliminary examination of each. There were burrs, about which I just tore my hand, and chips and foamed coating in the form of local spots from a two-ruble coin. I passed it without regret.
Kara
It's just awful! It feels like all this is being sawed in a nearby basement on a homemade machine

some kind of Pretzel Nugget
This is the name of the resulting baked goods. Well, at first these panels were generally called "pig in a blanket".I don't think you need to take them, you just need curves. And there were options without any inscriptions at all. What's wrong with the pancakes?

A number of panels from the old series are really without visible contacts with heating elements (depending on the relief of the panels), but they heat normally. If they fit into the base, it means that they are in contact and warm up, if only they coincide in the horizontal direction without shifting.
Marfusha5
Kara, I didn't have a couple of panels on the top lid on my first baker. they changed my multibaker.

I have 2 bakers, one in the city, the other in the country, and the panels are in one copy, I take them here and there, and so the same ones sit in different ways in the bakers, I adapted like this - the backlash is mainly in the top panel - if it falls out - I put a toothpick under the panel (between the pins), it seems to get a little higher and reaches the latch, everything keeps ok!
marina-mm
Olga, so, I also thought about a toothpick when the socket fell off a couple of times when it was opened, but then everything got unstuck and stopped falling out, the toothpick was not useful.

mamusi, Rit, I also ordered Ozone Grass,
So, today I trained at the Multika.
Linin dough bread (link to previous page)
I tore off 4 pieces of dough straight from the refrigerator and put them in a sandwich socket. We baked for 15 minutes.
I am at home alone, the bread is over. (While the new "Westphalian" was baked in HP, I already ate pumpkin soup with these wonderful Bread Triangles.)

Today I scooped up kefir, half a portion, added a bit of grated cheese, sugar - 0.5 tablespoons, but it seemed to me sweet. Baking 3 min - damp, 4 min - crunchy sides, damp bottom, 4.5 min - like what you need. Delicious, with salad with crab sticks went well. Kefir tartlets "Perfectly crispy"

They are lower and thinner Veski, for me this is the most optimal size for tartlets, they are suitable for pies and snack bars, but not for salads, of course, the size is small. But I don't like big baskets either.

Yes, it even reminded me that I’m forgetting to ask everything: once I made a fender, the second - donuts made of coarse grinding, so beige. And there was no way to get rid of the stickiness. Kranz, for example, was in silicone, the bottom is generally white - you see, he didn't get baked. And what about donuts? And not to say that it is raw, but strange, even after cooling.
