Smoothie "Slimy"

Ingredients

Large green apple 1 PC. for decoration
Stalk celery 4 stems large
Dandelion leaves handful
Lemon or lime juice 1 tsp
Brackish water taste
For additives (choose one):
Yogurt, cream cheese or bran, avocado pulp. 4 tsp
Walnuts or macadamia nuts, sprouted grains, almonds or pine nuts 1 tsp without top
Olive, grape seed, linseed or hemp oil 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Take a moment to swap out two meals (with 5 split meals) with this healthy vitamin-rich, metabolism-enhancing smoothie with young dandelion leaves, celery stalks and a green apple, and you won't notice a few pounds in a week leave you. You can substitute this smoothie for a side dish at dinner.
  • The base contains only four products - celery, dandelion leaves and a green skinless apple and lemon juice.
  • For variety and added nutrients, add no more than a teaspoon of yogurt or cream cheese to your shake per serving. Or no more than half a teaspoon of pine nuts, almonds, walnuts, or macadamias. Or half a teaspoon of olive oil, hemp oil, or grape seed oil. Flaxseed oil is welcome, but adds a bitter taste.
  • Rinse young dandelion leaves and soak in ice water for a few minutes.
  • Peel, core and chop the green apple.
  • Wash celery stalks, remove tough fibers and cut into slices.
  • Put everything in a blender, squeeze out a wedge of lemon, add any addition of your choice and beat until smooth. (I did it with my foot from a blender)
  • Dilute with a little ice-cold mineral water with a small amount of gas and immediately drink in small sips through a straw.
  • Smoothie is very good and satiates for a long time!
  • Again, only one additive is allowed. For example, only avocado or only oil. The choice is great.
