Midnight lady
anavi, baked a portion according to the recipe, the only thing, a can of condensed milk for 380 g (400 in the recipe). On paper, because this is in the recipe, I decided not to back down and I think that's the way it should be, because the multi-baker is still hot, there are darker stripes from the grill panel, in the recipe the cakes should remain light in general. Well, it's convenient: while one cake is baking, you spread the second on the paper, then you take it out, immediately put a new one, separate the baked one from the paper, spread it again. I think that it was possible to spread the dough even thinner, then there will be more cakes, but in principle, it turned out great.
anavi
Midnight lady, yeah, I see, thanks for the clarification! Probably plump cakes turned out? A photo would ...
Alenka212
Congratulations to all present!
Before the holiday, I tried to bake tartlets for the first time. I always go to the forest, feed the dogs
According to the recipe from the box, they turned out to be harsh, but they kept their shape and hardness the next day. And the ideal ones on kefir (I had yogurt) are thin, rather crispy, but the next day they softened. I want to taste the julienne dough in weight. Little is left in the fridge. Here in the julienne the baskets were perfectly tender. While in search.

Yes, plump cakes, soft. Here was the idea to take a picture, but when it was baking, it was already dark, I decided the quality would be bad.

Elena, probably they were not very fried, they must be baked well, not pale, then they crunch and do not soften. Tried it several times and also had yogurt.

And these are my New Year's cakes on a sandwich panel.
uh how .. can you make waffles on this panel? and crispy? or are they still thick? share pliz, otherwise so far there are no panels for thin waffles
DainaFay
Koratacrispy waffles? No way. On them, such triangular biscuits turned out. Do not crunch from the word at all. Very soft biscuits turned out.
Korata
DainaFay, of course))))))))) You just showed the recipe for waffles, so I thought)) but biscuits are also excellent)

And today I cooked pink salmon fillets on the grill panels. There were still blanks with NG .. Since the pink salmon is not fat, I smeared it with mayonnaise)) it was in this form and was lying from the 31st)) it was too lazy to heat the oven. Made in a multi-baker. Worried about mayonnaise. I thought what to wrap) in foil did not dare, I was afraid that the coating would be scratched. In the paper .. in general, threw straight naked)))))) It turned out great. Literally 5 minutes was enough for a piece.
Alenka212
What a shame: skip discounts on multibakers
Alenka578
Alenka212are they the latest? 😄😄😄 Now, after the holidays, sales will fall, they will again do something with discounts. And there is March 8 ahead))
Alenka212
Will wait
Alenka212
I don’t know what topic to ask for advice, but there are many bakers here. I bought molds for prefabricated cookies (two parts each for a tree, a deer, a sleigh). So the dough must be strong. Can you recommend a recipe?
Alenka578
Alenka212,

🔗 I don't know if it will open or not.

Tatiana Bedareva has a good recipe. Her website is teddy-love. And the article retsept-pryanikov-sanki-s-olenyami-i-shablon. Or try typing "The easiest gingerbread house recipe."There is almost the same, only in a multi-baker, or on the first page of this topic, a recipe for a gingerbread house))
Alenka212
Elena, thank you! I will definitely try
marina-mm
Alenka578, we have a useful topic Gingerbread house (how to assemble and decorate), there on the first page dough recipes and links to recipes, for example Reindeer with a team

I finally baked a gingerbread house, the panels were presented for a long time, everyone was waiting. I made the dough like Oksana's Gingerbread house (how to assemble and decorate) # 4, from this portion, two houses and substrates on a wafer plate turned out.
I don't know how to decorate at all, glued the walls on chocolate, covered with glaze on gelatin. Something bad everything froze, that chocolate, that icing failed. Blinded somehow.
This is my first house. I didn't cut off the fence from the roof, I guessed it late.

The second one was blinded faster and with smaller decorations, some of the little things were lost or broken.

And with a fence on the roof it looks more interesting.
Marina, it turned out great, well done!

And he is in his place. It turned out very well for the first time
marina-mm
Tatyana, Galina, Thank you!
I did not really understand the small details, I stuck some of them without guessing them, I also called the children for help, but they did not get carried away, glued the pipe, daubed the glaze to the side. The children told me not to cut off the roof (the fence, as it turned out later, laughed together).
Alenka578
marina-mm, Thank you! I forgot about this topic, but I read a lot there))
But T. Bedareva has already tried many times the recipe))
The houses are wonderful !!! And it's hard to figure out the details there. As I understand it, European traditions. Christmas, Halloween and Easter should be, apparently. There are pumpkins, bats, rabbits, snowmen. Small grass for some reason
I wonder what the prototype was?

marina-mm, well done, very nice house. It doesn't matter that you didn't cut the fence, but then you will assemble the houseand correctly and with closed eyes.
marina-mm
Elena, Margarita, SvetaThank you for your welcome and appreciation of my work.
Elena, the children and I decided that there were cats, and these are probably rabbits, pigeons, or maybe these are bats. The teeth are either grass, or a rake, some other boots, or maybe something else. Pumpkins and snowmen are uniquely identifiable. We decided it didn't matter.
Marfusha5
marina-mm, Marish. It turned out to be a very beautiful house. It looks even more beautiful with a fence on the roof. Marish, where did you buy Snowflake's decoration? I see, many decorate them, but I did not come across ...
Stusha Kutusha
Good evening everyone read, read you and was also tempted by the multi-baker 600th model, especially in the m-video there was a share for it - it cost 990 rubles. I also bought 4 panels - small pretzels in a carousel for 590 rubles, sticks for tea leaves are also in a carousel, nuts and Dutch waffles in an eldorado. True, the current is officially a cartoon and 2 panels, and two more are hiding in the car from her husband
I also want Hong Kong waffles, but probably later .. And here are the sandwiches on the question - is it possible to make boutiques in them not on bread but in lavash? There is just a contact grill, I make shawarma on it. Is it possible to depict something like this in sandwiches, only with triangles, or will all the sauce flow out?

And I think about the tartlets ... There is the First tartlet, but it turns out to be big and too crispy for my taste, I like thicker walls. How do you get it in a cartoon?
Cirre
Quote: Stusha Kutusha
so that the walls are thicker

Then the weight is better, there are plump ones
Stusha Kutusha

Then the best weight
Damn, I really don't want one more separate device, I already have nowhere to put it, I thought I’ll get a socket ...
Yes, and weight is now difficult to buy - not anywhere else.

Anna, it is only the weighty ones. In the cartoon they are not big, not thick, but I liked them. Made both pies and a snack
marina-mm
Marfusha5, IrinaI bought snowflakes in Pyaterochka, about a month ago they put a showcase with all sorts of toppings and decorations, I liked the snowflakes, I didn't take anything else.
Stusha Kutusha, Anna, I have a tartlet socket and a first tartlet. The thickness in the multi-baker is thicker, but not by much, up to 2 mm. It seems to me that it depends on the test, the thicker the wall gives. Purchased puff is also thicker than the bulk dough.
I made a comparative photo in size. This is puff pastry.

Precisely what is thicker slightly... The size is much smaller.
When I baked from simple bread waffle dough, the tartlets were all very thin and fragile, and from puff pastry they were so strong and plump that they didn't need to be thicker.
Stusha Kutusha
Cirre, win-tat, marina-mmThanks everyone for the answers. Still, I lean towards the tartlet socket for some reason, my soul does not lie on weight

And what about the sandwich panel? Is it worth buying it if you have a grill? Nobody in pita bread made boutiques a la "shawarma"?
Cirre
Anna, I like the square panel better, the hot sandwiches in it are delight
Stusha Kutusha
Galina, and the sandwiches in it also turn out like in the grill or is it a different taste?
I just asked my husband for an expensive grill and is there any point in the panels for sandwiches?
Although I like shawarma in it, and I recently made sandwiches - they turned out to be dry, the bread itself is dry ...

And I make sandwiches on the Grill panel. But I take only certain bread - Toast ("Bread House"). He's expensive, of course. But sometimes I buy it specially for sandwiches. After baking, it has a thin, aromatic and crispy crust, but soft on the inside. Any other bread in my sandwiches is not ice ...
I didn't particularly like the Sandwich panel in the multi-baker. I tried it both on bread and on puff pastry ... Nope ... Not mine ... One could probably adapt it to other pastries, such as biscuits ... But in the presence of other devices, I did not become sophisticated.

It's not true, they are not thicker in the Cartoon.
I also have ves. And already laid out the comparison. And tartlets. In the cartoon and thinner and below the basket.

Elena, we do not buy bread at all in the store, we only eat our own, except that we can only buy lavash

Ritual, we compared the tartlet panel with First (in the photo there are tartlets from firm and cartoon), in which tartlets, especially from bulk dough, are very thin. So in the cartoon, the tartlets are thicker.

And the thickness? Did you like it? And the cutout was not photographed? Is this cartoon 6 or 7?
I still can't decide which one to buy, or 6, or 7. My daughter remembers nuts, she really wants to.
Stusha Kutusha
Irina, quite plump and hard, I just made boiled condensed milk filling, which I myself cooked in a pressure cooker. I have the 600th cartoon. I feel sorry for the money for the 7th and the panels for it are 2 times more expensive. I have a big family, but I decided that I will do it with a small one
Iri55
Stusha Kutusha, Thanks for the clarification.

Who else baked the nuts? How similar are they to the nuts that were still baked in hazelnuts on a gas stove?
Elena Bo
Orange donuts for tea 😌
(from the REDMOND Multi-baker group universal mini-bakery)
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
Ingredients:
■ 100 gr. flour
■ 1 orange
■ 1 egg
■ 50 gr. Sahara
■ 1 tsp. baking powder
■ 1.5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
■ a pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. Grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice out of one half.
2.Mix the egg with sugar, stir. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix.
3. Install donut panels RAMB-05. Bake until tender.
You may need a little more or less flour depending on the size of the egg, the amount of juice from half an orange, and the quality of the flour itself. The finished dough should "lazily" slide off the shoulder.

Delicious donuts. The dough is good, not deflated. From this portion of the dough, the amount is obtained that is in the photo (one ate).

Elena Bo, Helen, and on which panel can you still bake them? In triangles, sticks?
Alenka578
Iri55, I baked several times. For a long time I could not find a recipe. It turned out quite oak. And then I tried it from bulk dough (classic waffles, which are for 5 eggs). The result is the very thing: they crunch, but you can't break your teeth, and after a day or two with the filling they become soft. Once I made honey ones, it was also delicious on NG from puff pastry to make mini-tartlets for caviar))
The 6th baker looks more like old nuts. The shape is slightly different, but about the same thickness. But in the seven the nuts are thick. Although the people are also adapting. But for me there is little filling))

Irin, baked waffles according to the recipe, I liked this option more than anyone else, there is my report with a photo on the last page ... When they are baked well, they are sooooo tender, I took it out with a toothpick, they cool down, they become sandy hard, but not oak, and with cream, you generally swallow )))
