Elena Bo, Elena, try my tangerines, they are really delicious. I do a double dose Multi-baker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes # 3405

I also did it with an apple, I liked it less. Now strawberries are coming, maybe try with it
Elena Bo
nut, Irina, I don't even remember what recipes were used. I took one from youtube, the second I don't remember where it came from. The first time I baked it right after the purchase and fed everything to the dog. The second time, after this month after 3, I was only able to approach this panel and again failure, and again it was damp and the same disgusting came out. The dough was kind of muffin in both cases. The cookies are so huge - I can't imagine, and they are plump. You will eat one week.

Cirre, Galina, Thank you. What do they look like? Cupcake, cookies?
I baked from the REDMOND Multi-baker group a universal mini-bakery. But not with fish, but on the panel kurabye in supra 555 (wonderful multi-baker). I really liked the cookies, but I can't imagine the huge fish.
Lemon fish in Multi-Bakery
Ingredients:
■ Wheat flour - 400 g
■ Sugar - 200 g
■ Butter - 130 g
■ Lemon zest - 22 g
■ Egg - 50 g / 1 pc.
■ Egg yolk - 50 g / 2 pcs.
■ Milk - 100 ml
Preparation:
1. Grate lemon zest on a fine grater. Butter
melt. Put all ingredients in a separate container and
mix until smooth.
2. Install panels "Fish" RAMB-06. Turn on the Multibaker, close the lid. When the green light comes on, open the lid and put the dough into the molds. Close the lid. Bake for 10 - 14 minutes.
The biscuits can be baked in other panels as well. Eat with warm milk

I liked the circle panel in the 6 multi-baker, baked oatmeal cookies according to GOST.
Hitherto untested panels, square, Dutch and Hong Kong waffles.
nut
Without thinking for a long time - I baked fish, tried those parts that had to be carefully cut off (influx), baked for the first time, so I didn't know how much dough I needed to put - I liked the taste, such crispy cookies with nutella inside, what they will be tomorrow - we'll see

Something in between, but probably closer to a cupcake, they don't dry on the second day

I somehow made such waffles a long time ago and my granddaughter and grandfather liked them very much, and I made fish using this recipe

Now they have cooled down - such hard, crispy cookies, moderately sweet - it will be great for tea

And today the children sent me back to "fishing" again. I again baked according to Tatyana's recipe Keks-fish with a piece of chocolate inside.

Great, so you can bake this way and that! Thank you!

Good morning everybody! We help ourselves for breakfast wrong hot buffers:

Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes

As Matroskin said, first the filling, and then the bread.

Recipe:

I threw a sausage into a preheated cartoon on the squares, while it was frying, beat an egg with a spoonful of milk and a little grated cheese, salt and pour the sausage, and already on top a piece of white bread, greased with butter. Yes, as taught here, butter up !!! And now, after 4 minutes ala scrambled eggs on toast! Delicious!

Thank you !!! They look awesome! Why "wrong"?
Mirabel
ptitsa, Olga, Gorgeous idea!
ptitsa
Thank you, I came up with this out of desperation. Regular sandwiches, well, those that are between two pieces of bread, I never get it. There is a lot of bread, little toppings, always some kind of dense, hard and dry.My love with them did not work out.
Mirabel
Quote: ptitsa
Regular sandwiches,
in my opinion you use your bread for them. In my opinion, store-bought sandwich bread is better for this.
ptitsa
Right, yours. Here, it appears, what's the matter .... Thank you for prompting. It appears I will use the "truncated" version
mamusi
I have to repeat this "scrambled eggs on bread"!

ptitsa, Olga, Olga, I will now create from your messages one WHOLE with a recipe and a photo, I think you will not mind?
ptitsa
Totally agree!
Wildebeest
ptitsa, Olya, great buters, thank you. Matroskin was right.
ptitsa
I am very glad that I liked it! There are a lot of opportunities for experimentation - I already want to try it with a tomato, and sweet pepper and green onions. The main thing is probably an egg with a bit of cheese for a bunch, otherwise it will not stick.
Alenka212
ptitsa, Olga, and my admiration! I choose all the simpler products for children's performance. The daughter spends the summer alone at home. We need to give her an idea. Thank you.

Vic, I use anything other than store-bought toast. No problems. Here is from ordinary white store brick

But in general, impromptu, I rolled my freshly baked bread with a roll, but it turned out visually a la pies on the grill, and just in MP6:

A great idea for those who prefer filling to bread!
Did you grease the bottom or fry it dry?
ptitsa
Not greased, but the sausage itself gave a little fat.
Mirabel
Accomplishment, Flax, maybe my bread layers are not thin enough and sometimes the sizes of these layers are not suitable.
you have great ideas! I will definitely try!

Vic, on this panel I bake something between a cupcake and a cookie. The cells are roomy, you can bake cheesecakes or coclets, if 1-2 is normal, otherwise it will be a long process.
Here is the muffin dough, apple marmalade filling

Hello everybody. I registered on the forum for a long time, but almost did not write.

Take me to your MP lovers club. We also bought Redu M605 with 3 panels yesterday. Already tested, I like everything. As soon as I have time to take a picture, I will share the recipes too.

Welcome. Congratulations on your cute toy. MP is a brave guy. We are waiting for photos and recipes.
Alenka212
Marusya79, you will definitely not regret this purchase. No wonder he is multi.
Anna67
I also got 600. I'm sitting thinking to try to make friends or sell? ..
outwardly I do not like it because it is black, the panels on the store pictures look like there are at least two six hundredth models. I ordered "sausages in dough" and "fingers" - can besides biscuits, cutlets like "fish sticks" work out? The panels themselves, of course, are still in the store since the fate of the device has not been decided.
Marusya79
Our donuts recipe from the multibaker's book. As for me, you can put less baking powder.

Anna, I hope you will be friends. He is small but remote. I also had doubts before. Didn't I buy it for nothing. And now I understand that no. Most of all I use on sandwich panels puffs with apples for my daughter (you can puffs with meat, etc. omelet), sandwiches on waffle, grilled shrimps. It goes without saying that it is a pleasure to bake nuts (only I now have a filling a la berry baskets). Recently it was necessary to dispose of mashed potatoes, I added a raw egg and in squares. Wonderful potato squares turned out as a side dish for meat.
You just need to clearly define the panels. It seems I bought extra ones out of greed. They will certainly come in handy, but the stack is large.
Anna67
And I seem to have chosen one-sided ones - there are no omelets, no burgers or pancakes, only sticks, I think panels and for the oven they will be useful for the role of mini baking sheets even if I put the devices on the mezzanine in the company of a sandwich maker, a tartlet maker and a churrosnice.
In general, giving a bakery without panels as a gift is a soooo clever marketing ploy how to sell a printer cheaply and expensive cartridges for it)))
Alenka212
Anna67, Anna, omelet can be poured into anything. Probably in the sausages in the dough. I baked in sandwiches. And in sticks, wonderful cookies are obtained.
lenatje
Hello everybody! It did not work today to join the ranks of the Multibaker's club :(
I ordered M607 with 6 panels, I didn't even reach the baker himself, the pizza panel has a defect in the form of deep dents with damage to the coating ...
Renouncement.
The panels were gray. Coverage looks unreliable ....
Q: Which panels have the best finish - gray or black? (I read something on this forum about the different quality of black and gray, but I don't remember what the difference is)
Who just bought Multibaker, what color are your panels?
Thanks in advance for your reply!
mamusi
lenatje, most of us have gray panels.
Good quality. Well, the black panels were before. Some users are happy with black.
Personally, mine are all gray.
You just got married. Very sorry.
Good luck with your replacement.
lenatje
Thanks for the quick response!
Ordering elsewhere, I hope they will be delivered without marriage.

Didn't I buy it for nothing. And now I understand that no.
That's right, Alyonka!) It's all "in vain" ~ "not in vain" depends on the specific family, the life situation at the time of purchase, the mood and creativity of the hostess herself
At first I played a lot, then played enough. Then I took it up again, but ONLY for those recipes that are in demand in my family. 6 panels are enough for me for the eyes. For example, nobody likes or eats thick waffles. They lie still ...
Let. Their time will come.
I don’t regret buying the Cartoon, although I haven’t used it since December. In addition to the toaster, dry the bread for breakfast. All. Well, these are the circumstances at home. Not up to him.
... but ... last week I baked thin waffles once ...

For example, nobody likes or eats thick waffles.
I remember the old advertisement of either beer or energy: "We are so different, but still we are together."
And I have this panel most often in use. Only the waffles didn't go very well either. On this panel, I got used to shortbread cookies according to the recipe from the book. Fast and tasty.
Mirabel
mamusi, Margarita, Alenka212, Elena, can you really not like the Belgian corrugations? in my opinion you have not come across successful recipes. And Liege ... by leaps and bounds
Quote: Alyonka212

and the recipe can be voiced? I liked the cookies on the heart
Alenka212
Mirabel, a very difficult task I will try to bring the book to work
lenatje
Now I often bake soft corrugations with my niece according to a recipe with sour cream on an old Philips sandwich maker (I bought it in shaggy years and even then there were 3 replaceable panels - a grill, triangle sandwiches and Viennese waffles, but then I played and gave up).
It turns out wonderful, 2 families are eaten with lightning speed :)
My Multi-Baker will come and see how he can handle the same waffles.

I took the recipe on Povarenka, it is simple and always turns out (they were not allowed to insert a link, but look for the title "The best Belgian waffles")

CONTINUED:
They brought the Multi-baker today (attempt # 2, already in another store) - again a refusal.
The panels are normal, and when connected to the network, the indicator does not light up and the device does not heat up.
What is unlucky and how to deal with it ... ...

Attempt # 3 tomorrow

lenatje
Hurrah! Brought Multibaker! The panels are normal, turn on, warm.
It turns out that he has an on / off button at the back, yesterday the courier (when the device did not turn on) said that there were no on / off buttons, like we were examining the device together ... Maybe we didn’t see it.

Question:
The kit comes with a removable tray for collecting fat, but in the instructions (with a cursory look) I did not find how and where to insert it ....
Cirre
lenatje, And you definitely brought a multi-baker and not a grill? I looked at my power buttons and there is no pan for fat either
Wildebeest
lenatje, you have a suspicious MP. The on / off button and the pallet are more like a grill. It would be nice to see a photo.
lenatje
He is a multibaker :) I just tried on all the panels, everything fits.
I photographed the device, the on / off button, the fat tray and the instructions (for this particular model), where the on / off button (No. 6) indicates this tray (No. 10).

lenatje, which means that you are the first with a pallet and an on / off button. This is something new from Redmond.
Cirre
lenatje, cool, probably new, we don't have this Pallet either in front or on the side
lenatje
So I will be a tester
So far, I haven't figured out where to fit the tray, there seems to be nowhere to slide it into the device.
Cirre
Quote: lenatje
The tray has not yet figured out where to fit

There must be some kind of gap for him, since he is. You need to go to redmond, admire this miracle
Rosie
lenatje, what is the capacity of your multibaker?
Midnight lady
Maybe the tray is in that recess in the back that is above the on / off button? It happens that liquid flows from the top cover of me, so it would be better to collect it in the tray. And the shutdown button is what they did.
lenatje
There are no cracks anywhere. Once again I looked at the instructions, which only says that fat, etc., flows into the pan.
The only place I could fit it was in the back. In the photo, very small protrusions like legs are almost invisible from below.
She put the pallet so that the protrusions were inside.
Judging by the fact that the on / off button. protected by a soft transparent lining, probably, it is assumed that everything flows back.
In this position, the pallet is stationary. That is, the baker is simply placed on top of the pallet, but it is not so easy to position it.
Maybe later what other options for installing the pallet will be found ...
