I cook potatoes in a frying pan, boil them first in a microwave to speed up the process. While the potatoes are in the oven, I chopped a large zucchini into cubes about 2-3 cm and chopped a quarter of the cabbage. What vegetables were - and those put into action. Usually I then pour a couple of tablespoons of oil and in a bowl, as it were, roll the vegetables in oil. Plus salt. And today I wanted to add something sour and spicy. There was homemade mayonnaise on a whole egg - here's a couple of spoons of it instead of butter and some dried herbs from a bag. I put it in the stove, it turned out right on a level, so that it filled the entire volume and the vegetables rested against the top cover. I cooked for 20 minutes (total!). Fried cabbage, browned potatoes, everything is baked, how delicious it is. I'm just delighted!
