I add chicken (any parts, you can have a soup set, you can have wings, you can have hips). I put diced potatoes on top. I add salt, pepper, bay leaves, sweet peas, any spices to your taste.

Note

"Dumplings" are incredibly tender. They just melt in your mouth. I came up with the idea of cooking puff pastry because of my baby. I wanted dumplings, but I was worried that it would be difficult for the baby to chew them, and these just melt in the mouth. Now we are eating this soup with the whole family with pleasure (including dad)!

Inessa, good idea with puff pastry dumplings. There are also leftovers from the preparation of puff products. True, this rarely happens, because I rarely buy the dough itself.
But the idea itself must be adopted.
Inna, what kind of dough do you buy?

it is advisable to first look at the composition of the test on the package.
Hi, I haven't seen a single call to buy dough in the store.

But it never even crossed my mind that it was possible to make dumplings from such a dough.

What a good idea! I have already tried the soup soup, we really like it when we need it quickly. I don’t take the store either, the composition is terrible (n) I only take it in Auchan, their production, there is for cream. oil, is on margarine, usually lies separately in refrigerators, in trays under the film! Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely try

Girls, you can make the dough yourself according to a variety of recipes for each individual case!
There are many great recipes here! I will not post links. We all know how to use search.
And if exclusively for adults, then it is possible from the store. I do it myself, and often buy dough in the store (no one has ever died). It all depends on the case.

Inessa, interesting ideas, but for me it turns out very fatty, there is a lot of butter or margarine in the dough and frying, plus meat. And so cut the dough into cubes, it will turn out interestingly. Thanks for the idea.

Shyrshunchik, I'm not getting bold at all. In frying, a drop of olive oil or vegetable oil. Lean chicken. If I bake something for the little one, then I sculpt the dough myself, add a little butter. If we are adults, then it's just a purchase if there are scraps from the pie. I never noticed that the soup was fat. Although when this idea came to my mind, I also thought who cooks puff pastry? In the same place, butter / margarine + it will creep in the soup. Especially in a pressure cooker under pressure. But I decided on an experiment - a successful one! )

Girls, I'm not forcing anyone.
I tossed the idea to someone who had puff pastry scraps from the pies. )))))
I regularly bake a puff pie, and the freezer is always full of scraps ..

Somewhere in the bowels of the forum there is this kind of my recipe for soup with dough squares.
Or no problem, while the broth is boiling, make a quick dough for dumplings and leave it in the broth, they boil for a minute
This is of course interesting but from a different opera. And it has nothing to do with this recipe.
Inessa, happy Birthday! Best wishes!

inka_kot, Inessa, thanks for the recipe! And no need to make excuses, your idea has a right to exist.
Moreover, this is not a soup for every day - when else will these scraps be collected. I do not like to reuse such trimmings for baking, they become somewhat dry, and most often I threw them away. And, it turns out, you can cook something else tasty from them!
Thank you again, and Happy Birthday!

inka_kot, thanks for the idea, I couldn't even imagine that it could be done like that))))))))! Trimming happens often, we will definitely try it! Happy Birthday
