Thanks to Olga and everyone for the advice! Baked from dough from a pack of Saf-moment yeast for 500 g of flour. I pinched off a small piece of dough and put it in the refrigerator. She laid a non-stick rug (35x40), laid out the dough in a cold PM, then the filling. I was also embarrassed that the dough did not fit at the edges due to the fact that it did not cut the rug in a circle. After 10 minutes, it smelled burnt - part of the filling at the edges stuck to the top. I had to urgently cut the rug, set it for another 3 minutes and stand for 2-3 minutes off. It turned out very tasty! The bottom crust is fried, crispy, everything is baked! So I hope to be friends with the Princess

I adjust a little to my taste - the filling is always in different proportions from what is available - soft homemade cottage cheese, sour cream, mascarpone or other cream cheese and a bag of coconut chips for taste, aroma and thickening, usually from the freezer. This time the filling brought a lot, it turned out almost flush with the edges of the form, I was afraid that it would climb over the edge, but no, it turned out pretty well. The baking algorithm is the same as here, only after 30 minutes, covered with a Teflon rug so that the top would not be scalded to the lid.
I'll cut it cold when it settles.

I tried to make pork kebabs. The first four were very dry. Soaked in champagne, fried on a non-stick mat for 10 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other. The rest of the meat was simply salted, pepper plus onion and tomatoes, made on two skewers on foil and the time was 7 minutes and 4 minutes (better, but still a little dry) and fried without skewers as well - it turned out the best. Before doing, I read the recipes on the website, everyone has a frying time of 20-25 minutes. I am, frankly, at a loss.
