Cooked some angel hair soup yesterday.
As always, I mixed everything that was at hand into the dough: hard semolina, corn flour, wheat flour, hard and soft. I put the noodles after boiling the potatoes for 10 minutes.

I liked the soup very much. It turned out to be thick, yes, but not the same as from the store noodles. Vermicelli is so hard, alright, straight one to one. Probably, they add more soft flour to the store, that it turns into mushy?!
Next time I'll put a little less noodles. This time, almost half of the portion was spooked.

I still didn't want to cook and connect, so I determined the angel hair for the soup.
Now half of the angel hair portion in the cup is drying.
I will definitely try a double!
