Olya, with the purchase! and for love to come together with a saucepan!
Easy operation, good recipe book - you will quickly get used to it

Tatyana, Thank you. And when there are still so many knowledgeable and able help and advice at hand, things will go even faster and easier.

I discovered another interesting program for myself - JELLY... Temperature 95 * С, default time 8 hours.
This temperature is ideal for long-term stewing of meat on jellied meat, and not only. The liquid at such a temperature does not boil much, as during cooking - but quietly "whispers", while the product does not boil violently, but is cooked very quietly.
Readiness is determined in fact - with a knitting needle.

Yesterday I cooked beef tongue on this program. Readiness will be in about 2-2.5 hours.
I lost time (forgot about the pan) and took out the meat after three hours - the meat is ready, but it turned out to be VERY soft !!! Cool slightly in a bowl, skin peeled off very well.
After chilling in the refrigerator, the meat was sliced well.

In general, the multicooker cooks very high quality, and neat

Tatyana, and the tongue is not digested? In the photo, it seems, so plump.

Olya, overcooked Lost time, forgot about the multicooker I wrote above my impressions and the fact of cooking time
But, nevertheless, after cooling, it is normally cut, soft.

Well, it's great that it does not creep into fibers The main thing is that it is tasty

I'm happy: girl_curtsey: While I was preparing only cottage cheese, it was already prepared for the May holidays, but in different pans

Today I have another attempt to boil cottage cheese in March Yesterday I made yogurt - an ATAK supermarket opened in our city and there I bought LACOMO milk 4.5-6% fat, 3 bottles of 930mp each, the label says "whole milk, pasteurized" and decided to buy yogurt instead of activating "every day 3.2% fat" in the same place, all milk + 250 ml of yogurt fermented on the program "Yogurt" for 4 hours, then put the saucepan in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, on the advice of my mother-in-law that the cottage cheese should be cooked at t * no higher than 75 *, I chose the "home oven" program - there t * = 80 * for 1.5 hours, periodically gently stirred for even heating (thanks to Tatiana for the science) and In the middle of heating, she measured t * mass - 72 * and so she held until the end of an hour and a half and this kind of cottage cheese turned out:

very tasty cottage cheese, even I, who do not use milk, choked 3-4 spoons - now I will do this only

nut, even from the picture you can see that it is delicious. I must try it too. I don't really like milk either. But what if?

Oh, girls - and what a joy I am. What an attempt it was already lost from the account
Olga- try to do it too - you look, we will gradually accustom our organisms to milk together

Admin, And 3-D heating - does it bake a little from above? Well, for example, if we consider some kind of biscuit (charlotte)? or pale as in panasik? otherwise I saw enough of you and read and decided that I needed. And you don't know yet - they put the colors on the off site that they could be different - but not available, will they?
Admin

Natasha, the appliance cooks well - I like it
I can't say anything about baking yet, I bake a little and rarely have it yet reached baking

You need to look at the color of the multicooker on the website, and you can call the manager and ask them about the availability and color.

I cooked buckwheat porridge, by default - it turned out normal in 20 minutes, boiled, grains, but there was a remainder of liquid - I will increase the time to 30 minutes, it will be fine

I will increase the time to 30 minutes

wow

I rarely use a slow cooker, I mostly cook porridge for the dog. so in a small panasik it cooks for about an hour (only every other day))). on the one hand, I do not pay attention to the time, and sometimes the dog sits and looks in his mouth when I serve it. Therefore, I began to look for a larger multicooker and so that sometimes the process can be accelerated.

But I've also seen enough of your dairy products and I want to try. It is very tempting in it that there is a large temperature range. At first I looked at the staff - but if I need a pressure cooker, I do it once every six months. that is, I want to feed a bunch of bunnies with it - from yogurt - to baked goods.

And if he fries some baked goods on top, then I don't need more happiness)))

!!! I forgot to ask - what is the height of the bowl. I really want to put a ham into it sometimes.
Admin

Natasha, here look at my table and copy yourself: Summary table of MARCH in the context of "program-temperature-time" in the basic settings.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=450119.0

For cereals, there are 2 programs:
cereals - 20 minutes
milk porridge - 1.20
and you can pick up another program by T * and time, or adjust the time for these.
And what I like is that you can add / subtract the time during the cooking process if you remove the readiness test.

I'll measure the pan tomorrow, I won't go to the kitchen again
shnt
Yeah. I already studied it right away. Very helpful. If you can measure it, it will be great. On the other hand, the girls cover the second bowl and cook everything. I will take two anyway. Surely everything will fit)))
shnt
I bought it. They brought it on Friday. I just got there today. I baked a piece of meat. I wanted it like boiled pork, but judging by the result, just a piece of baked meat will come out. 4 hours for 120 gr. I tried it without foil. I'll cut it tomorrow.

Admin, next time I will definitely do on your beef. I thought so, but decided that I wanted to see exactly how the meat was baked just like that. I turned it over 2 times in the process. And then it smelled completely fried)))

Accomplices. And tell me, what if someone has practice.
In a related topic Multicooker Lumme LU-1447 there is a message about a non-original bowl for a multicooker (Bowl Stadler Form SFC.002 5L).
These same multicooker twin sisters, as far as I understand.
Therefore, in theory, that bowl should also work for March.
But I would like to find out if someone has already bought such a cup: did it fit or not.
Admin

Both Marta and Lumme are twin brothers of the same manufacturer, and their pans are the same

I also made a choice in favor of Martha, they brought it today, delivery from St. Petersburg. I ordered it from the officials. She turns out to be so elongated, the Orsik and the brand are made with saucepans, and Marta is long. There was no smell from the bowl, from the device itself. But here is the sound of pressing the touch buttons .., it is really sooo loud, so piercing. At the time of the first preparation (cooking with lemon), there was a slight smoke from under the bowl, from the ten, quickly passed. So far I just made a mini blackcurrant compote according to the recipe for MB. The compote was a success.

COLLET @, you can share the recipe for bread from Marta, I really want to try

When I cook with the lid closed, steam is pouring out both from the valve and from under the lid on the sides and back, this is for everyone or only I was so unlucky
Admin

My saucepan is cooking calmly, without unnecessary emotions Sounds are quite normal, I don't even pay attention to them

You need to see what you are cooking and on what program, at what temperature - there are also settings there.
And you don't need to be afraid of the device, you need to use it more boldly - everything will work out
Olsu
Tatiana thanks! I remove my question, my inner cover with a silicone ring was inserted crookedly, and I was scared of horror
Admin

Well, good - cook on health, the saucepan is good
swingaroo
Tatiana, tell me please, I understand correctly that the so-called. touch programs (until complete evaporation, etc.) does this multicooker have?
And another question: you wrote "I wanted to cook one product, I called - he dissuaded me for a number of reasons." If it's not a secret - what product is not advised to cook in this multicooker?
Thank you!
First MV, I am tormented by a choice ...
Admin
Yes, there are no touchscreens. I don’t like touch programs, I don’t use them at all. For me, there is still no better visual control - more reliable.

We are talking about the SMOKING program. The chef of the site explained that there is still a flaw in it, in the sense that the smell remains in the pan.

The multicooker is very easy to operate and there are enough programs. Especially "long" programs like Russian cook for example.
swingaroo
Tatyana, thank you very much for the lightning-fast response.
I, too, prefer to follow, and my wife wants to "drop it and leave, but it cooks itself." But I think the usual program will cope with this.
The chief is right, of course. I don't even know if it is possible, in principle, to get rid of the smell in the pan after smoking. I succeeded in smoking well in the airfryer, only it smells strongly around the apartment afterwards.

"throw it and leave, but it cooks itself"

Here, too, it is possible. Pick up a program according to temperature and time - and you can leave.
I just don’t like to lay raw vegetables without sautéing (which means you need to pre-sauté them on the Frying program), I don’t like overcooked cabbage (which means you need to try cabbage after a certain time) and then decide on whether to leave the program on the machine for 2 hours, or turn it off earlier , upon the readiness of the dish.
This can be seen in my recipe for "Red Borscht". And you could throw all the ingredients into the pan at once, turn on the program - and go for a walk.
Question: which version of borscht will be tastier? My beautiful red, or boiled and colorless with overcooked cabbage?

vdv
Good day everyone!

There is no separate topic yet about my MARTA-1937 multicooker - maybe someone will advise?
So far, only porridge is obtained without question (I'm generally a beginner cook, I'm more of a kebab specialist).
Nevertheless, somehow I even managed to make pilaf in the new car. And even edible.

Here's the question: First I try to fry a set of meat / carrots / onions. I pour about 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil on the bottom, crumble all the smaller products and put them in a saucepan. Salt, pepper, some of the seasonings there (zira for now). And I turn on the "frying" mode, as recommended, with the lid open.
It seems to start to fry, the default mode is 145 ° C, 30 minutes. But after 10 minutes the mode turns off, instead of the red backlight of the display turns on green and the designation "heating", at a temperature of 80 ° C.
It seems that the multicooker detects overheating and turns off. After 2-3 minutes, you can turn on the "frying" again - but again in this mode it will last about three minutes. Moreover, it seems that it really overheats - because from below, if you force to continue frying like this, traces of the burnt appear. Well, fried, not black - nevertheless ...
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. But I don’t understand what?

The second stage, when at least something is fried somehow, I add rice and all sorts of raisins, prunes, add water, turn on the "pilaf" mode. 105 ° C, 45 minutes by default. So, too, is not enough for all the time - it turns off earlier. Here I was already advised to pour more water. Indeed, there is a feeling that the water is all boiled away. Water for 125 grams of rice poured 500 ml. The whole mixture was covered with water about a finger. And they say you need at least two fingers ... is that so?

As a result, the second stage was kept heated ... and ate with pleasure, oddly enough.
I would be grateful for advice with an explanation of what was happening ...
Admin
Dmitriy, it is advisable to open a separate topic for this model of multicooker - our multicooker is still different

There are two videos for your MARTA-1937 multicooker, I recommend watching:

If you have doubts and complaints about the work and quality of the multicooker, it is advisable to immediately contact the Marta service for advice, they will give an answer there. And you can even get advice from the chef of the MARTA website by phone. All contacts are listed in the multicooker recipe book.

I recommend preparing the first recipes-dishes according to the recipe book in order to understand the principle of communication with a multicooker.

My Frying mode holds T160 * C and works for 35 minutes. The temperature rises for about 5 minutes, and a signal is given. Therefore, it is advisable to first pour oil into the pan, wait for the pan to heat up, and only then put the onion in hot oil so that the onion frying begins immediately.

I have a PLOV program 165 * C and a time of 1.15 in time. As a rule, rice should be boiled with water "along the first phalanx", pour enough water so that it does not rise from the top of the rice above the first phalanx of the index finger. This will be enough to make the rice crumbly and undigested.

And pay attention, the PLOV program works in two modes-stages, first frying, then pilaf after filling the rice. Read about it in your multicooker recipe book.
Or the recipes can be viewed on the MARCH website, I gave all the coordinates above in the topic.

The multicooker does not have touch programs "to boil out", visual control.
vdv
Admin, Thank you! How much oil is used for frying?
I fry for 3-4 servings 250 grams of pork, one medium carrot, one large onion.
And pour 60 ml of oil. Maybe more is needed? But even so, a rather fatty dish comes out ...

Or maybe the portion is too small and it actually cooks up enough in 10-15 minutes?
I heard the advice to warm up the oil first, I'll try. The truth is embarrassing that such an amount of oil does not even completely cover the bottom due to the patterned bottom ...

The recipe book is meager and boring. In particular, for pilaf, frying is not provided at all ...
Admin
Try to take this recipe of mine as a basis.

(Admin)

Do the frying as I did on the FRY.
After adding rice and water, you can start both PLOV and KRUPY. Here, I do not know your programs to advise something exactly
But, in any case, you do not need to be rigidly attached to the programs, you need to take more logic and meaning on which prog what to cook.

It is not necessary to completely cover the bottom with oil, I and 1 tbsp. l. pour when you need to fry something.

Step back on the topic, see my recipes

Now pour 1 tbsp into the multicooker pan. l. vegetable oil, turn on the mode Roasting and turn on START.
The pan will warm up to 160 * C, the default time is 35 minutes, and with it the vegetable oil - the heating time is about 5 minutes, after which there will be a signal.

Put pieces of rolls in a saucepan and fry on all sides, periodically turning the meat with tongs or a fork. Fry meat with the lid open.

Multicooker Marta MT-1989 Multicooker Marta MT-1989

After frying until golden brown, turn off the FRYING mode.
The meat is brown on top, but still raw inside. Therefore, the meat must be brought to readiness.
Without removing the meat from the pan, turn on the mode BAKING, temperature 140 * С, default time 40 minutes. But this time is a lot, so we keep track of the timer time (remaining time) 20 minutes and you can turn off the multicooker. We bake with the lid closed.
You can look into the pan, turn the meat over, check the temperature inside the meat with a thermometer. But you need to do this quickly, do not release the heat from the pan.

He followed the advice and turned to service providers on Martha's website. According to the stated symptom, they answered that there is a malfunction and take it to the service center.
And already there they announced that this manufacturer quickly issues an act of write-off. So I'll take a new one.

It's good that the problem was solved positively

All multicookers (pressure cookers) have problems, pros and cons, and unfortunately, marriage also happens
To understand this, it is enough to go to any topic on the forum where multicooker (pressure cooker) is commented and tested - there are no ideals, how lucky!

My microscopic experience so far cannot tell me what I need ... at the same time, there is a feeling that almost any multicooker will help me get through some initial stage. If I did manage to cook delicious pilaf even on a faulty machine)))
And then we'll see. Cooking, still not a multicooker, the operator prepares it, yeah.

No, you're right, of course. Your borsch is wonderful, but with overcooked cabbage it is not borsch at all. Both in terms of characteristics and technology. But filling soups, probably, shouldn't even try to cook with one tab. But some stew can be "thrown and left".
In general, I suddenly bought in okay March 1980 for a share for 2500. I cooked a lemon, I think what to do next, I read the borscht recipe

Congratulations on your purchase!

First: there is no need to be afraid of the device! Gain experience gradually - but don't be afraid to try and experiment with the device
Yes, there is food that can and should be put "on the machine" and nothing will happen to it, everything will work out and it will be delicious.
And there is food, where both control and intervention are needed - in order to get tasty and high-quality food
swingaroo
Thanks for the kind advice, in fact, the experiments have already begun.
Presumably, a bowl with meanders from redmond fits Martha. I write "presumably", because the geometrical dimensions of the bowls are still different, the Redmond one is a little shorter. But if you put a drop of water on the bottom of the bowl and install it in the apparatus, a drop is imprinted on the heating element. That is, the bowl reaches the bottom. I haven’t tried it yet, if the multicooker does melt, I’ll write. If it doesn’t melt, maybe I’ll try a stainless steel bowl and ceramic steamers. It is also interesting whether the jars from the stem will fit into the bowl. Very pretty.
We are testing new equipment, there is no time to cook.
