And I just can't make friends with the slow cooker I bought a month ago. I cooked a shank in it and the chicken was not impressed with the result, I can't understand why all this should be cooked for 4-6 hours, if you can cook in a MV in a maximum of 2 hours. We do not like thick porridge. The chicken turned out to be delicious, but steamed rather than baked. The only thing that pleased me was the broth, which turned out to be very transparent and rich.
In general, I put it in a box and take it to the balcony, then I take it out and try to find a common language with it. And yesterday, I accidentally put a ceramic bowl on the gas stove and did not notice that the gas was burning, and so it stood for two hours. It's good that there was water in the bowl, and the gas burned at a minimum. Visually, the bowl did not seem to be damaged.

I cook, she does not stand idle with me. But most often this is portioned meat in pots with buckwheat, so my husband loved this

I cook when I think about her, but I have sclerosis

Well, in general, I'm in the process of updating the kitchen. furniture and now even a shelf for it, but soon it will be in full swing ... yes ... yes, and we eat little, as Fronya (just where it comes from)
but in general it’s a kind of magic to cook in it - I put it all in the evening, what you see, there’s no need for oil (you can), you don’t need water (you can), I just put everything in the Kasrul in the morning (but I’m so purely conventional described) porridge with butter is clearly tastier and broth without water in any way

I cook porridge only in it! And in general, porridge began to eat only after the purchase of DVA. I cook them in my Seabrizka on Low for about 4 hours.
Recently, too, I mainly cook meat in it either on Low 12 hours (night), or 2 hours on Low + 6 hours on High. And I also really like to cook meat "with a side dish": I put carrots, onions, eggplants, zucchini, mushrooms in the MDV ... In a word, who loves what and who has what. On top I put meat, seasonings, salt, pepper to taste. And 12 o'clock on Low. I don’t pour water! It turns out very tasty and healthy.
But we don't eat a lot, so I don't cook often. But with the advent of MV and MDV, the pans were removed away.

I saw this slow cooker in our crockery store, there was a presentation of the equipment of this company and from that moment the slow cooker disease began, but I was not sure that having 4 multicooker it would be advisable to buy a slow cooker and even for such a price. Therefore, I decided to buy a 3.5-liter Sibrizka, and if I liked it, buy this beauty. Of course, the difference between them is big. It is so heavy that I would not have reported it, it would have been necessary to involve my husband. I still haven’t given up on the idea of buying it, but with slow brewing I somehow don’t work out, probably the character is not the same, I like everything at once But the hamster started to stir again

and I have. it seems to me that it has grown together, it works for me every time. After observing her temper, I calmly leave her overnight, and when I cook the broth, I put it at 18 hours, and the broth is just gorgeous !!!!

And while I'm afraid to leave her unattended, but it would be great. After talking with you, I decided not to hide it in the box anymore, I might rather start to trust her.

And I also drown butter, compote from frozen berries, jam in summer, and porridge by itself !!
natalia27
To heat the butter is a very good idea, and I also really liked the creamy dessert, only for some reason I get it not baked in color, but white, but still very tasty.

Not to say that it is very tight, if you move it to the right and left, then there is a backlash, and so it stands exactly on the bottom, does not swing.

that color will not suffer, because it will be without beets - borscht in quotation marks (my husband cannot stand with beets) I cook first in a common saucepan, and then pour for myself and add beets, but here I will have something to cook
In the morning I planned to put stuffed cabbage rolls and milk porridge in the middle in a glass jar covered with a lid, this is more interesting to me, will the smells-tastes mix or not? : girl_in_dreams: but in my opinion this experiment takes place (something I didn’t find for girls to experiment like this or maybe I missed it ???)

So no one still has it? Its modes are not clear to me, but the size ... For such a price it is not important. I will most likely cook large dishes in it, such as goose-jellied meat-ham ... Or put small pots inside. How correctly I generally understood the trick of such pots.

You understood the trick correctly. Goose, chicken, jellied meat. Lamb with vegetables is very tasty (the husband says) and the meat is not boiled in taste, namely stewed. So I am making porridge in a small pot, but I want to cook this very milk porridge directly in the bowl, and for 0.5 liter of milk I just mess the bowl in vain.
I like vegetables like domlama, I put it at night, very tasty and, by the way, a dietary dish, tastier than in multicooker and pressure cooker, it doesn't work there. Well, I wrote about milk. I haven't tried any gingerbreads in it, but meat, vegetables and milk are beyond praise. Now I want a little one, just for porridge.
