  • Marinate the legs, you can just salt and pepper. Wash young potatoes, do not peel them, if large cut into several parts. If you use old potatoes, then it must be peeled, depending on the size, divided into 4 - 8 parts. Spread parchment paper for baking in a frying pan (you can leave the frying pan unheated), put chicken, potatoes. Fry over medium - low heat, covered, until tender. Salt the half-cooked potatoes a little.

The dish is designed for

2-4 servings

Note

Basically, fry under the lid, without the lid; medium - minimum fire - I think it doesn't matter. Anyone who is used to frying potatoes, as they like, and cook.

And what does the result look like, like a baked one?
In general, an interesting idea, it's more likely for those who do not have an oven.
nataliafor
The result is chicken-flavored fried potatoes.
lesik_l
What's the point of cooking on paper? Just put in a pan - will the result be different?
nataliafor
The point is that everything is fried without adding oil or fat in the chicken's own juice, well, plus it does not burn on the pan, it is easier to wash, and the taste is different from ordinary frying.

I'll have to try)))

I hope you enjoy it.

Well, the liver is delicious! And the idea is good, washing the pan is great! And the oil does not burst! And, I wonder, can any frying pan be used like that or only with a non-stick coating?
nataliafor
Mar_k, the fact of the matter is that you can cook in this way in any pan. I cook these potatoes in 2 pans at once - one cast-iron, the other Tefal, with a non-stick coating. For example, I do not like the taste of the products fried in Tefale, they are somehow. And when using parchment, it's a completely different matter.

What a fun way!
Doesn't the paper burn?
nataliafor
Elenka, no paper does not burn. I use Little Things in Life parchment for both baking and frying.
Elenka
Thanks for the answer.
I will definitely try!

This dish can also be made in a multicooker, probably using the "baking" mode. Can you peel young potatoes? Will the taste change a lot?
nataliafor
Vasilissa, experiment! You can peel it, but in this very thin peel the whole "trick" is almost like in a baked potato.
celfh
nataliafor, thank you very much! Very tasty, very simple, very fast
