Ingredients

milk 1 stack
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 2 tbsp. l
yeast 50 g
cream margarine 1/3 pack (250 gr)
flour 3-3.5 st
margarine (filling) 3/4 pack
sugar (filling) 1 st
cinnamon (filling) 1 tea. lodges

Cooking method

  • Add sugar to warm milk, yeast - until dissolved, add slightly beaten eggs and melted margarine.
  • Pour the sifted flour in small portions and knead the not steep dough.
  • Allow the finished dough to "rest" for 20 minutes.
  • At this time, we start preparing the filling - we take softened margarine and grind it with sugar and cinnamon into a homogeneous mass.
  • After proving, roll out the dough into a layer no more than 0.5 cm thick and grease with filling.
  • Roll a tight roll and cut into 1.5 cm pieces, pinch on one side and bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 220 * C for 17-20 minutes.

the children and my husband approved, but for some reason I got long distances - apparently, it didn't work out tightly to wrap the roll, and it stuck to the baking paper (I'm still a baker, right?)
