It’s a very strange sensation - to mix flour into the biscuit dough with your hand, there’s nothing to compare with, for the first time I put my hand into such a substance. I can't say what is unpleasant, but it is very unusual to the touch. So that's it. The traditional roll came out - traditionally, roll and roll. Spread it with homemade pink jam. The roll according to your recipe came out much more airy, respectively thicker in the section and longer, although both were baked from the same amount of products (4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour with a slide). The second was smeared with raspberry-currant jam (liquid impregnation plus berries).
Conclusion: manual mixing is more effective than with a mixer and than a spatula(after the scapula, I had impurities from lumps of flour). Overall I am satisfied

If you don't feel like it with your hand, then it's better with a spatula. But the hand, albeit not aesthetically pleasing, is the most delicate device. I mixed the flour with a spoon, I don't like to get my hands dirty in the dough. Baked in an ikeevsky baking sheet measuring 20x30. For 3 eggs just a size. It took 7 minutes. Gave him a rest until it cools. At first, it smelled distinctly of omelet, then the smell disappeared, and the biscuit sagged a little, but not critical. The paper came off easily, I pre-greased it with butter. Curled up easily. I did not want to cook the cream, I smeared it with apple jam, but it turned out to be a little thin, well, nothing, but it will be soaked better.
And what a gentle roll! Air! The recipe is definitely in the piggy bank. I will do it with different creams.
