But here I will not say anything, firstly, I have not done this for more than 20 years, and I may be mistaken in the variability of the taste characteristics of overheated cottonseed oil, and secondly, overheat, do not overheat the sunflower oil - in any way you will not get that the most oriental, unique taste, like from cotton, for the life of me.
