Good day! I want to share my experience of making kvass in a fermenter. Kvass was made according to the recipe from the book "Kvass with raisins".
I mixed 50 g of kvass wort with a small amount of water, added water to the neck of the can (2 liters), added 100 grams of raisins and 1 gram of dry yeast (Saf-levyur). At the end of the process, filtered, added 50 grams of granulated sugar, stirred and put in the refrigerator.
The kvass turned out to be delicious (it became even tastier after standing in the refrigerator for a day). It tastes soft, with a small amount of gas, (not vigorous and does not look like a barrel), but we liked this one.
