wow. You obviously have a marriage. With the door open, I could not hear it in the next room at night. though our room is not adjoining, but rather the opposite. we received in the evening and tested when the baby was put to bed. But the buzz began to be heard. 12 hours for chopped green onions, this is a lot even for Chinese without a fan. We also have a service far away, like a store. We called the store that was selling. they contacted the service. but since it took us only a few hours from the purchase, we sent it back to the store by the carrier. We have 800 km to the store. This trip would be almost the price of a dryer. We send the carrier back to them and they even pay to move the package. And you can just send it to the service one, they will send it back, the current time will take longer. Isn't that so with you?

Girls and boys, take me into your ranks. Today they brought me Belomo. I ordered immediately with add. pallets for marshmallows and nets for drying all kinds of trifles. There is no garden of our own, but there is a market nearby on Teply Stan. I'll try to dry something for the weekend. I'll probably start with strawberries.
formochka
Girls, if Belomo and Isidri 500 are identical, why can Belomo be increased to only 8 pallets, and Isidri 500 to 15?
How many pallets do you have to dry?

Girls = if you take a lot of 10-15 trays, then it turns out 2-3 * simple * dryers both in performance and in terms of money, if you have a crop and a desire to have a lot of dried fruits, one * simple * dryer is not enough, but it turns out that economical housewives use three devices at the same time = at the output three times 500 W each, it dries the same thing in one motor, and do not forget that you will buy nets and inserts for marshmallow (not for 5 kopecks) from the same product, so not so exhausting and expensive at the exit, one protection against overheating costs a lot and the timer is not very superfluous - again denyuzhka. It is necessary deeper, girls, to look into questions

Irina, Isidri 500 for 15 pallets (500 W) will cost 30 120 + shipping ........... this amount turns out 9-10 know-name of 500 W dryers, then 500 W * 9 (10) = 4.5 kW for 1 hour of operation of all these dryers

this amount turns out 9-10 know-name of 500 W dryers,
this is now, at the time of writing that post, the difference in price between izedri and more budget dryers was not 10 times, but 6-8

but not the point, I wrote not about the cost of dryers, but about the performance per motor, that is, how many trays can be dried on 1 motor

and cheaper email. dryers, as a rule, the trays are not made of edible, plastic is different, there is no timer, protection, display, which is not so important for drying food, but more convenient for the hostess

So it turns out, for example, my 4 dryers for 500W dry at the same time:
- travola cabinet 6 pallets, drying is carried out with a horizontal air flow, i.e.simultaneously on all trays
- dry wind M 5 - 5 pallets, pallets like those of edri, that is, drying is carried out simultaneously on all trays
- rotors 2 pcs, 5 trays each, trays are simple, i.e. the main drying takes place simultaneously on the first 3 trays

total: 6 + 5 + 3 + 3 = 17 trays = 500 W * 4 = 2 kW, this is my case, not a small consumption

it dries, for example, on average 10 trays of 500 watts

and I don't understand the term noumein at all - absolutely all equipment now has a * name *, and almost all of them are produced in one popular country among manufacturers, and Russian and Belarusian equipment is still produced in their native countries, dryers are certainly

but the fact that there are many * analogs * - so what? analog does not mean fake
all dryers work, all dry, and you can choose according to your pocket and need

Girls, tell me, can anyone come across such a problem. I bought a Belomo dryer. It has 5 marshmallow trays. One pallet visually attracted my attention - from the center at an equal distance there were strips (like joints). After the first application, a crack started one by one. A week later, the second pallet burst in 3 places. The rest are holding on. Dried on 2-3 modes for 10-11 hours. The manager does not respond to my written request, by phone. they said that they did not solve such issues (the goods were shipped by mail) In general, I was happy with the dryer, if not for these moments !!

And what answer do you expect from us?
The dryer has an obvious defect, judging by the description. So you need to call the manufacturer, write to them on the website, send a photo - and decide with them about returning the entire dryer with pallets, or only pallets for exchange - it's up to you to decide

Good day.
Thanks to the forum - I bought a Belomo dryer. Already dried tomatoes, watermelons, herbs.
Yesterday I was drying a melon and saw a strange thing - on the last fifth pallet, the pieces were slightly "burnt", and on the second - damp. It's strange. I thought it could be the other way around. I don't put anything on the first pallet - there is a sheet for marshmallow so that liquid does not get into the fan compartment. I dried it at 3. Now I'm drying the eggplants - put it at 2.5 so that they don't burn. I'll check in the evening what will come of it. Has anyone had this?

Svetlana777 Why wait? Buy our domestic Walter, she is Belomo, she is Isidri.

I have an "old" Belomo.
I bought in Moscow THEM... They brought it even without the pallet that comes with the kit.
A forum member from Belarus helped to buy pallets, she gave me 5 pieces through friends.
Now there are not enough of these 5 trays with pallets.
Although the summer harvest season (especially apples) is over, I continue to actively cook in the dryer.
In winter, the most affordable fruits are apples and bananas.
I especially fell in love with the marshmallow: I buy an Antonovka in Ashan, I clean it, grind it, add a little bananas for viscosity and dry it. I don’t cook mashed potatoes! Only raw. I roll the dried puree into tubes. I used to cut the tubes into "sweets" and sprinkle them with sugar. powder, and now I don't even do that. So we eat instead of purchased sweets, cookies, other confectioners or snacks.

By the way, the tubes are quite nourishing and high-calorie. One tube is 300 grams of fresh apples.
On average, it is considered normal for a person to eat 300 grams of fruit per day. Who can boast of eating 300 grams of fruit a day? And with dried pastille it is possible.

The most delicious marshmallow is obtained from Antonovka, other varieties of apples are more bland and for the brightness of the taste you need to add something more sour, for example, mashed lemon or oranges + banana for viscosity. Or any sour and viscous fruit such as plums.
Antonovka has the most pectin and fiber, and more vitamin C than other apple varieties. Pectin and fiber are necessary to cleanse the body and improve the digestive tract.
By the way, I noticed that dried apples and bananas are much easier to digest by people who previously had these products in their raw form caused heartburn and belching. And sun-dried bananas, those in general, are eaten even during the drying process, although they were fresh they were not needed by anyone))
Pastila is very convenient to use outside the home.It is easy to take the pipe with you to work or on the road and, if necessary, eat it without a loud apple crunch.

Elena, thank you so much for such interesting and valuable information. I have never seen Antonovka on sale, it’s just interesting that we have it in Auchan too ?! Today my son offered to take it there, but I refused, I'll go change my mind, and only because of Antonovka
Why until next season ?! So I managed to buy Travola, and I also carry around like a fool with a mortar, dry meat, dry ginger, etc. I made pastila in the summer, I adore it, but no children. I have to try apples + banana, suddenly I like it. I also made raw mashed potatoes.
So for now there is no need, although if I see where on the action, I will buy (not the season ... I just know which ones to look at (((and there is no place to put it, I have already filled everything with equipment, I also need to take Veterok to the village .. I'll take a little out of context ...
Not all cheap dryers have bad plastic. Domestic manufacturers still pass certification, which means they use food grade plastic. Also, for the most part, domestic dryers have protection.
If there is no built-in timer, then you can easily purchase a mechanical timer made by "maiden rank". In September, the cost of such a device in Leroy Merlin was about 160 rubles.
Perhaps what is definitely not there is the display. How much is needed, everyone decides for himself. The air temperature in the dryer should and can vary due to various factors. It is much more important to know the temperature inside the product, especially when drying meat / fish. So for this you can use an electronic temperature probe. Moreover, the core temperature probe can be used in other cooking processes, which makes it more versatile.

Dryers Sukhovey, Rotor, Veterok - sold with a different number of pallets, which means that if the device has a capacity of at least 450-500 W, then theoretically 5 pallets can be increased to 8 pieces. Rotor and Veterok have solid pallets, but my friend, having such a dryer, bought additional trays for marshmallows from Belomo, and she manages them perfectly. True, losing a little in weight by loading raw materials. And due to the smaller diameter of the trays, there will be airflow, like in Belomo - along the edges and in the center. But without trays for marshmallow, the trays of these dryers are more capacious than those of Belomo, Sukhovey and Isidri-500. And the product is dried not on the first 3 trays, but on all. I didn't go into the details, but I didn't hear any complaints from a friend about the dryer. I know for sure that she will dry her 200 kg of apples faster than I do 200 kg in Belomo.

Thank you for the tip where to buy a timer (I need it everywhere) About dryers, well, I don’t know, in order to say which one should be tested at the same time with the same product, (I’m interested in it myself, but now is not the season. I can say about Veterka one thing - it bothered me to rush around him, set the alarm and every 2 hours changed the pallets and sorted out the raw materials, especially when the mushrooms ... while you sort it out, it turned out that they were drying at night .. if you sleep or dry it. ... besides, it is very noisy, I put it on the balcony. If you don't change places, it turns out that the lower ones are dry, and the upper ones did not even wilted. The fact that in Veterka it does not dry evenly on 5 trays is for sure. Pastila, but it is convenient due to the absence of a round hole in the center, trays ... I didn't even know about them, I took thick parchment, I didn't even grease it with anything and everything worked out great, I used the same sheets many times and nothing happened to them, now you can use non-stick rugs (here they appeared in Fix) Now I use Travolko th, I didn't make marshmallow, but I really like the meat, and it's not noisy, I stand in the kitchen and forget that it works.

I have Veterok and Belomo. So on Veterok, the temperature can be set higher and then it will dry faster, only the pallets need to be changed in places more often, and even Veterok can be filled with product along the very edges.
But ... Belomo dries better, the product looks more "tasty", you don't need to change the pallets in places, and at the same drying temperatures, the time is comparable to Veterok.

here it is annoying, to run to change pallets. But here's how to dry, if the food is right at the edge? I tried it, but dry faster if in the same row and not thick cuts, In any case, even if the drying time is the same, Belomo wins because there is no need to rush to rearrange the pallets

I have been using the Belomo dryer for four years now, I really like it. When I bought it, everything in the store was looking closely at which one to choose, there were just 25% discounts on all goods, and of course, at this time, as always, there are a lot of customers, they watch the pallets twist one or the other twist. A woman came up to us and said that she works at a factory and makes these dryers and that we would buy and have no doubts, even though our plastic is normal, not Chinese, this dryer and in general that it works well. Well, we have such sympathetic people, passing by will prompt you even if you don't ask. And indeed I am very pleased with this dryer, even the fish is dry and there is no smell of salted fish, I washed the trays and that's it. And my husband loves to fish, in the summer almost every day off on a fishing trip disappears, he works a day after three.
elena20888
Indeed, Belomo heats up less than Veterok.
But here you can choose: you want to dry faster with a minimum of stored usefulness or longer, with the ability to preserve the most useful. Raw foodists know a lot about this. "Theirs" Excaliburs are dried for 1-2 days at a low temperature.
The only thing that will not harm the high temperature and faster drying is meat / fish.
The rest of the blanks: berries, herbs, mushrooms - unhurried drying at relatively low temperatures is suitable.
The new Walter has the advantages of both dryers. It has airflow like Belomo and higher temperatures like Veterok.
I would buy it with pleasure, but have not yet figured out where / who to attach Belomo ((
Shreder
Suddenly ripe for a dryer (04.02) - initially I got a crush on Veterok-2 (I liked the Russian conversion - before that I bought a Stavropol juicer "Neptune") and climbed into the reviews on Net.
As a result, I stopped at BelOmo - 01 modification (up to 75 gr.).
Pros for me:
- shop at the factory 20 min. deletion (a little service in the same place);
- additional pallets - for drying - 3 cu e .; for marshmallow - 1.5 cu e .;
- before that I used (periodically use) the Old Testament devices of this office "Helper" - like a food processor (not a decoration of the kitchen) and a juicer (for 40 acres of garden is rather weak) - everything is on the move.
Yesterday I went and bought - 46.5 cu. e. appliance + 3 drying trays and 3 for pastila.
When buying, I found out that the unit has been produced since 1999 (after disassembling the New Zealand "LegkaSuha" village - more ancient without problems).
I decided to try it right away - I bought 2 kg. bananas and thawed 1 kg. raspberries. Beat half of the bananas with raspberries and honey on marshmallow - cut half of them for jerking.
The recipe book frightened me - 38 hours of drying the pastilles ... (and there are few recipes - but in color) ... As a result, everything was prepared in 8-8.5 hours (it did not stick and curl normally). We ate it right away ... Today I bought additional bananas and kiwi - again candy. Marinate the meat for the Biltong for tomorrow.
Conclusion - satisfied:
- the noise level is acceptable for me;
- color of additional pallets one in one, plastic and casting - no complaints;
- preferably used in the winter at the dacha - additional heating;
- it flavors the air well, but mostly - so far with a banana aroma.
If possible, I will go buy (for now) 2 pallets for drying and 3 for marshmallows ... If I make an insulation jacket for the unit (a friend from Ukraine recommended it on the forum), I will swing another 5.
Morality - it is necessary to incite specialists from BelOmo to Chinese incubators - delivery (and the purchase amount up to 24 USD) from the Middle Kingdom does not suit ... The defense is still reliable ...

It's just that no matter what they say, but I have Belomo in my plans (there is a breeze, I really like grass grass now - dried meat, candied fruits,)
And the BelOMO juicer (one of the parents, probably one of the first, is an old woman, but she plows super, the second husband bought in the fall, he urgently needed to process 5 sacks of apples for him at once, etc. I, on the phone, insisted on BelOMO. I am only tormented by the question Has the build quality changed? Best regards! The standard package includes 5 pallets for drying and 1 for marshmallow - 3 of each purchased.
Yesterday I made 2 batch of marshmallow (only 4 pallets) - bananas and kiwi - in my opinion the recipe book is deceiving (designed for model 00 - with my new research the time - 12 hours - turned off 3 times - I wanted to see the temperature - how it is, but remembered about the shutdown minutes after 30) ...Everything is eaten on the way (maybe hungry) ... Today I wanted to dry up the meat (Biltong) - but they came to pull a new one No (distracted, I hope it will marinate better ...). Complaints about work (material and assembly, etc.) - no - I'll buy it again, as planned - I think it will pull ...
I will make the meat - I hope I will eat it with pleasure (for the first time in the airfryer).

Do not score. Banana - 1 per pallet, the rest is kiwi. Banana gives smell and sweetness. And kiwi - sourness and taste. In any case, you have to try. At the expense of bananas (on the forums) I read that they are specially added for viscosity. During the first preparation of marshmallows (raspberries and bananas) I took about equally - raspberries are pronounced in color and taste - banana slightly set off the taste and added sweets. With kiwi it was about the same ... But the aroma of bananas during drying is incomparable ...

Added Thursday, 09 Feb 2017 09:48

At the expense of the mesh for small products - I also read on the forums that they are trying to make them out of a mesh from construction stores - usually there are two options - mosquito-proof (I'm afraid they are not designed for prolonged heating - they will emit all sorts of nasty things) and fiberglass plaster mesh - don't let God will sprinkle - the stomach is more expensive ...
The other day I was in a confiscated store (we have such), it turned out that there are special mesh trays made of dense and rigid mesh (sorry for the tautology) designed specifically for use in ovens and microwaves. They are in the form of square trays measuring 33x33 cm (the edges are bent - they will expand more). Price 8 brb. (4 cu - which is slightly inadequate), in case of urgent need, you can scan the household stores (on the way where they were intercepted) and, after a little refinement, use them without harm to health ...
