Ingredients

for baskets:

10 metal tins for cake greased with vegetable oil, it is advisable to cut out circles from baking paper and cover the bottom. you can use silicone molds if they make beautiful baskets.
filling:
medium-sized beets / bake or boil / 2 pcs.
small finely chopped onion 1 PC.
some wine vinegar / lemon juice can be used /
a handful of chopped walnuts
herring fillet, walnut kernels, capers.
greens, lemon wedges, salt, pepper from the mill, a little growing. oils

Cooking method

baskets:

grind the bread in a blender into small crumbs (you can grate on a carrot grater), add butter, starch diluted in water and "knead the dough".
