There is a thermal limiter, in case of breakdown and overheating, it will turn off the dryer. Warranty 2 years, it is proposed to send it by parcel to Minsk. But there is nothing to break there, so I do not worry about it. Even if the workshop was in Moscow, I would not have taken it there - it is cheaper to disassemble at home, fortunately, there is someone. Not the price to drag it somewhere across half of Moscow for repairs.

I dried the mushrooms - I am very pleased, the caps, as it turned out, dry faster than the legs. It must be dried on different trays. On average, 6-8 hours worked. I put it in a jar from Ikea with a lock, periodically open it and smell it - such an awesome mushroom smell. Dried onions also turned out. Raspberries dried for a very long time. Greens, herbs dries with a bang. 3-4 hours in total. The dryer is super - I'm very happy!

They have these trays in seams (sets) of 3 pieces. It turned out that the electric dryer itself cost 3,300 rubles, 3 additional trays - 800 rubles, 3 additional trays for pastilles - 500 rubles.
I was pleased with the purchase. I already made marshmallow on 4 trays at once + the fifth from baking paper. It works for me without stopping until it dries up. I don't take breaks.Perhaps, in comparison with Isidri, it takes a little more time for drying, but for me this is not critical. Dries itself and dries. Yesterday I put 5 kg of cream tomato to dry on 8 trays. Drying time was 18 hours. It was dried from 4 pm to 10 am. I will continue to experiment.

In general, it was dried for a day and can be slightly removed from the pallet, but the mass is still viscous. But on the sheets of paper a very thin layer turned out and even a little is not removed. I'll give you the opportunity to dry another night and look in the morning. And I'll dry the cake and put it on the fiber.

There have been a lot of positive reviews about the dryer. We bought a Beloma dryer, and two hours after the start of work, there was a periodic noise in the fan. I had to send it back to the store for an exchange, it’s good that they didn’t put the strawberries to dry as they wanted, but decided to waste it. Otherwise, it would have to be sent to a service center, and this is for a long time judging by what they said there are no spare parts in Ukraine (June 2016). And all this is in the season of the strawberry cherry which quickly departs. Every day is hopelessly lost.
The pallets are analogous to isidri 500, I don't know how native they are, but in some places the plastic is crookedly poured on the mesh, in some places there are burrs, it seemed to my husband that the plastic was fragile, although it did not smell at all, and the weight was rather heavy 355 g.
It was released in August 2015, there is nothing in the instructions about the mandatory shutdown after 4 hours. It is written if you turn it off like this, it will dry faster, which is not necessary (we were not going to do this because enzymes would be lost this way). And so the operating mode is long. No restrictions specified.
The instructions say that the maximum is 8 pallets, and not 12 as in the internet.
Temperature zones are not indicated in the instructions. Just dry 1.2 herbs and 3 fruits vegetables. This information is only available on the manufacturer's home site.
