Not quite right - the overall size is not the same (but not the essence) ... And by the look of those - a little stiffer - not silicone - they hold the shape like wire and the size of the cell section is larger - about 3x3 mm. While I'm drying the meat - just in case, I put a tray for marshmallows on the lower tier - so that the body is not washed (laziness - like on an airfryer - it's easier to wash one plate than the whole pan) ...
It turned out that the official representative of Isidrai is at the same distance from me (perpendicular) - there are ready-made nets of 11 brb. (4.5 cu).
I decided to buy a mechanical apple cutter for the dryer in order to save time as much as possible ... I ordered it on Ali - for some reason, in the habitat, they are 4 times more expensive ...

Will Belomo 8360 (not 01) pull 8-10 trays? By how much can the drying time increase?
Does it make sense to buy modification 01, in which the declared temperature is higher (up to 75 like?). We do not plan to dry meat and fish, but we usually have a lot of apples, berries, vegetables for processing (our own garden).

My son presented the model 0-1 to me.
Trays 5 + 2 additional and two more trays for pastille.
I already dried the strawberries, then I made the powder.

Tested Belomo, Miracle.
1 - On pallets for marshmallows from Belomo, I simultaneously dried marshmallows on Miracle and Belomo.
2 - White strawberry color (chips) at the exit is brighter than in Miracle (analogue of Veterok - 2, Rotor)
3 - Belomo works louder than Miracle.
I found marshmallow pallets at a good price on the site 🔗.

Good day.
Became the owner of Belomo 8360-01.
Here I am drying apples and apricots.
Temperature range from 0 to 75 degrees.
The dryer has 3 temperature zones, but they are not divided step by step ...
I understand this:
1 zone - 0-25 degrees
Zone 2 - 25-50 degrees
3 zone - 50-75 degrees

Girls please tell me how to install the thermostat knob, if I need a temperature of 55 degrees?
Something I'm dull ...

Natalia.
Turn to third. If there is a lot, then subtract it by switching to the second.
The air flow will show. 55 is already hot.

If you noticethat the fruits dry faster on the lower trays, then change the trays in places, rearrange the lower ones up - this is done so that the lower fruits do not dry out, and all the trays are ready at the same time.
Tatalo4ka
Irochka Thank you so much.
Now I have three trays of apricots at the bottom, three trays of apples on top, until I change places, I have already looked at the apples above will dry faster than apricots.
If the apples are ready, put the apricots through one empty tray and let them dry.
Thank you very much for the info!

About the temperature.
Each zone goes like a fan, but without divisions.
I set the regulator to 55 degrees in the third zone, not reaching the middle of the zone.

I'm a newbie in this business, I'm not yet guided by what type of fruit to dry at what temperature, but I already saw on the forum there is a topic with information on this matter, I need to read it carefully.

Hello, yesterday I joined your ranks ...
Now we have 5 complete pallets and 1 for marshmallow. I read the whole topic. Now I want to buy 3 more pallets for about 990r. and Question for marshmallow pallets. Our pallet is solid, Voltera 1000, Isidri 500, and Veterka 2 have silicone. Now I'm thinking about what to buy ... Which of this is suitable? I understand that Isidri has a 500 standard in terms of quality, since they are the highest. Isidri has a price of about 308 rubles per piece without the cost of delivery, the rest for 200 rubles. What to take, recommend, I will take at least 3 pieces. Thanks in advance.

apples, plums, cherries. Pumpkin is a rather tasteless vegetable, you need a flavoring shade.

dash10, I made pumpkin / apple, pumpkin / lingonberry last fall. The apples and lingonberries are raw, and the pumpkin was pre-baked in the oven. The proportions are approximately 1: 3 and a little sugar. All this marshmallow was eaten without a trace, but the children were not told that it was with a pumpkin.

I dry the marshmallow in Belomo (01) at 55 degrees, put the regulator at the beginning of the 3rd zone. The time is always different, you need to follow, and again, the time depends on the thickness of the puree poured into the pan. I'm usually on a pallet 350 gr. I pour it (I weigh it through the scales), put it on the balcony for the night (it does not bother anyone, it buzzes on the sly). In the morning I look, if it sticks, I can put it on dry for another couple of hours.
Last year, when I just bought the dryer, I got girls on the forum, what ??? but how???

Somewhere I came across information that since 2016 all the products produced have already become "-01". I graduated in April 19. And yes, it is -01, that is, up to 75 degrees.
Such a dryer arrived yesterday. Tell me if you need a test run for it, because when you turn it on, there is a little burning smell. And the second is whether new pallets need to be washed. The instructions do not say anything about this.

The instructions say that the drying process goes better this way, when there is a break after 4 hours. That is, it is not because of the design features of the apparatus itself.

I didn't do a test run, I just wiped off the plastic components.
I had a little correspondence with the manufacturer. I was interested in the issue of the temperature regime for the zone regulator 1,2,3, and the issue of shutdown (break) in 4 hours.
This is the answer I received:
"Electric dryer 8360-01 has a thermostat with a response temperature control range (0-75 ± 3) ºС.
Turning the thermostat knob from the extreme left to the extreme right position corresponds to the temperature range (0-75) ºС,
which is conventionally divided into zones: -, 1, 2, 3.
The set temperature of operation of the thermostat is proportional to the angle of rotation of the handle and is approximately:
zone "-" - (0-19) ºС,
zone "1" - (19-38) ºС,
zone "2" - (38-57) ºС,
zone "3" - (57-75) ºС.
It is impossible to determine the exact position of the thermostat knob to set the exact temperature value, for 55º it is approximately at the end of zone 2.

Switching off to cool the food is only a recommendation, you can not do it. Try this and that, compare if there is a difference in the quality and drying speed.
On the issue of shutting down every 4 hours, we explain that earlier in the operating manual there was a phrase “every 4 hours it is recommended to take a break of 1 hour”, which was misinterpreted by users as a time of continuous operation. The instruction manual now reads as follows:
6.8.2 To obtain a high-quality dried product, the drying process must be monitored:
- periodically turn and swap baking sheets;
- remove dried products;
- after 4 hours of drying, it is recommended to take a break and let the food cool down - this will speed up the drying process "

I do not turn off, sometimes I change the pallets in places (very rarely), you just need to adapt to the dryer by the method of tests, each one has a different model and manufacturer.

Feedback on the results of monthly operation. It dries ok, but I thought it would be faster somehow. Therefore, you have to put it at night. Purchased 3 additional trays, but still it turns out not enough for 1 time: a little less than half a bucket of apples. I even tried it with an overlap, but it doesn't work anymore.
On some forum I saw how they insulate with foil insulation. I bought a sheet like this, it really seems to be warmer inside. I'm thinking of trying a couple more trays to take (there will be a total of 10), I should pull, it seems to me, with insulation. Although the harvest is already coming to an end this season.
In general, it was necessary to take a larger size, definitely. It was here that some relatives persuaded that there was supposedly nowhere to store the big one.
As for the noise: for me it's not so loud at all, quieter than a kitchen hood. Only clicks are loud enough when the thermostat is triggered. It stands about 5 meters in the kitchen, we close the door halfway for the night. As far as hearing is concerned, the ticking of the wall clock interferes with my sleep!

no complaints = this is a marshmallow pallet. And at the bottom, the highest t - he was led.
In any dryer, the heating element is protected - there is no need to add anything additionally, the temperature should be concealed and accumulated on this particular substrate.
Above the heating element, either a metal disc or a plastic disc with completely different properties in terms of resistance to heating.

In any dryer, the heating element is protected - no additional ironing is required,

The instructions for my last dryer, Isidri, give such recommendations, you can put a marshmallow tray on the lower tier. At the very bottom of the dryer, above the heating element, there is a large slope of the body and a low side, which is fraught with when something liquid is dried, such as sauce, marshmallow. The pastille tray evens out this slope and collects any liquid that may spill.

Insulation - to eliminate losses. The air flows from the bottom upward, as the manufacturer came up with.

Girls, tell me, please, how is the Belomo dryer with a reaction to a power outage? with izidri such problems never arose, but today I took Belomo, read the instructions and there is no information about it, but it is written in great detail how it is STRICTLY necessary to turn it off, now the thought is haunted - what will happen if the light is turned off (for a night, maybe more than once this be)? and one more question - from what level can pallets with marshmallows be placed, so that they do not melt and do not crack? Isidri likes pallets much more, but here I "freaked out" and immediately ordered 4 pcs Belomo (((the pallet is also more expensive than Isidri, although the plastic clearly wants better
Eney
I want to share a secret. (Essentially the same as what ivan053 did)
I bought Belomo (the one that is 75 degrees), took everything in the refrigerator and put it to dry and stuck the kitchen thermometer inside. I was extremely upset by the delta (difference) of temperatures when the heating element is turned on and when it is turned off.
The story is that at the beginning of the 3rd scale there was a MAXIMUM of 47 on the tray, but when the heating element turned off, it dropped to 32-35 degrees.
Having carefully studied the trays from isidri (and its clone is white) from the pictures on the internet, I noticed that the saber device does not have a "thermal shirt", the father-in-law of the very channel that is dressed in isidri between the street and the channel through which warm air flows.
As a result, I wrapped the trays with a terry towel (well, of course, so as not to cover the bottom, where the air intake goes, I wrapped strictly ONLY the trays) on the outside and securing them with a pair of elastic bands from my panties, I got such an effect.
The temperature in the tray immediately rose to 55 degrees in heating mode and dropped to a maximum of 47-48 in cooling mode.
Since this was a lot for me, I had to reset the regulator to the middle of the second section (just opposite the number 2).
Result - in tray 50 in heating, 43-45 in cooling. In this mode (with a towel) worked the night, everything is ok.
That is, I got the effect as in isidri (which many praise her very much) that in the TRAY the temperature is the same as on the heating element, the father-in-law that we set it and we get + - a couple of degrees (of course, after several hours of work, when the food inside warms up and stops taking a lot of heat )
Who wants to repeat - we look carefully so as not to block the bottom and not to block the upper opening of the air outlet, well, we tighten everything with a rubber band so that at night it does not fall and block the air intake.
What this gives - faster and better drying with less energy consumption.
Don't thank =)
Dryer Belomo 8360

Don't thank =)
yes, not at all.
Since it is a man who can, but a woman is unlikely, to scramble the terry onto the trays, and then try to sleep peacefully.
There is a dryer designed to work this way and that, the materials for these conditions in this dryer are like this.
And it is dangerous to increase the heating temperature of the plastic, if the manufacturer has not foreseen it.

It is not the first uncle who "improves" the purchased unit, all the patience is not enough for drying.
It would be much easier and safer to buy a couple of dryers and dry slowly than to overload one and win a couple of hours of drying.
.............
As for the temperature rise on the walls of the trays, unplanned by the manufacturer = I somehow put a tray of one dryer on another dryer - the diameters coincided - and the "non-native" tray led a little = the dryer's capacities did not match. I didn't go to bed, I noticed it in time.
So, ttt = each unit has its own operating mode specified by the manufacturer.
.............
By the way, I noticed in your photo - the dryer is inserted into the corner - conditions are very uncomfortable for it, put it in a draft so that there is more fresh air around the dryer and so that it changes around the dryer as soon as possible. We need dry, rather than bake.
A draft is always needed for fast drying.
