Yeah, according to the principle - the main thing is that there is something to do at home.We find employment ourselves, and we also entertain ourselves

Good day to all!
I also recently bought Beloi.
Wanted to ask
1. Is it possible to load not a full dryer, but, say, 2-3 pallets? And put all the same all 5 pieces?
2. When do you need to put the tray down (which is for marshmallow) - always, or when to dry something very juicy? Does it interfere with even drying? ... Something I am "dull".
I want to try to dry apples and plums.
Thanks in advance .
Sandugach
Initially, I was looking for a dryer specifically only for drying pastilles, because we are not fans of dried fruits, and everyone has warm childhood memories associated with pastilles.
And I bought Belomo as an analogue of Isidri, but for a reasonable price.

Dryer impressions:
- there are no questions about the quality of plastic and the operation of the dryer - everything looks and feels very decent
- noise: I have no other dryer and there is nothing to compare with, but I will not be able to sleep in the same room with the dryer turned on. The first day the dryer worked at home, on the second day I took it out to the balcony - we are not used to such a monotonous rustling)) The noise (to understand the scale) is a little quieter than the hood above the stove

I immediately ordered 4 sheets for Isidri pastille (they are similar!), But then disappointment awaited:
1) Isidri sheets - they are so unexpectedly thin compared to Belomo sheets
2) the size of the Isidri sheets is larger than the diameter of the Belomo pallet and even stick out outside the tray - 1-2 mm each, while completely blocking the external blowing hole. As a result, there was nothing to do but trim the Isidri sheets (here their "subtlety" played into the hands), as a result of which the outer edges of the sheets had to be said goodbye, in principle, by trimming, so that even if the marshmallow puree is liquid, on the working parts did not drip, and if it did, it was only on the inner plastic pallet - it seems to have nothing to do with the working parts.

Apple pastille made from fresh (unboiled) applesauce is dried in about 7-8 hours (depending on the layer thickness).

In general, I am satisfied with the purchase

Hello! I just registered, I couldn’t stand it ... In my dryer, the sheets for marshmallows from Isidri 500 lie like a glove. Although they are slightly larger than their own, they did not cut anything!

Sandugach, it seems to me, girls wrote somewhere that trays and nets from Isidri 500 fit Belomo, maybe you bought from 1000? She is in my opinion a little more.

Good day. Still, I, upset that my Belomo gives me only 45 degrees of heat, was puzzled and bought Ezidri Ultra. I can now compare. I tested isidri for temperature with empty trays - it gives out everything clearly if I put 35 grams. - gives out 35, if I put 65 - gives out 65 on the uppermost tray. I'm happy as an elephant. Still, their quality is completely different. Belomo feels that this is a by-product of a factory that produces a completely different kind of product. I think that's why no one answered my letter - they don't want to bother. Ezidri makes a little less noise than Belomo. The sheet for marshmallow for Belomo is practically hard, strong, for Isidri there is a thin plastic disc, flexible. And in general she is all kind of refined, graceful. So far, only the mushrooms have dried - they dried quickly at a temperature of 55 degrees (less than two hours). To summarize: Belomo is not bad - cute, dries evenly, but the temperature while it goes from the heating element to the pallets is lost somewhere. In general, it's like driving a domestic car and a foreign car - the difference is felt. But it is also felt in the price ...
Fotina
And how soon did you get 55 degrees?
Yesterday Belomo accelerated to 57 on apples, in the upper tray, but by the end of drying. I put it at about 11 o'clock, for a long time it increased to 42 (but the apartment is now atas - 21C and very damp), about three hours. In a couple of hours it was already 47, and at 6 pm - 57. But this is definitely the limit. And the apples were already well skewered.
Tanysik
I tested empty trays, the temperature rose up to 55 degrees in two minutes. Maybe, of course, something is wrong with Belomo, but directly from the fan the air temperature is 60 degrees, as stated by the manufacturer, but already on the very first pallet - 45 (and for 10 minutes she allowed an empty machine to warm up, and measured the temperature after several hours of drying when the already loaded products were dry, but 45 degrees is the limit).
Fotina
Maybe she is very sensitive to temperature / humidity in the room? Although it looks like nonsense. But the first time, I wrote, I did not rise above 47. Another time I measured when I put the apples out to be stewed, it seemed to me that they got damp overnight - it quickly rose to 51, and this was the limit (but I dried everything for about an hour). And the last time she showed 57, but the thermometer was in the pan from the very beginning. And dried with apples))

In general, an unpredictable unit

Tanysik
When I tested it, the temperature and humidity were similar, but it was expensive to watch how she clearly followed the commands of the temperature controller. I also took the pictures to remind myself that I had not imagined ...

Yesterday I used the dryer for the first time (though I bought it 1.5 months ago, all my hands did not reach). Dried apples in slices. I'll see the result later, because I started drying last night, and continued this morning, because I had to turn it off, it works quite noisy. Before that, the experience was only with a 999r dryer from the metro, and it is much quieter. Does everyone work so loudly or am I just "lucky"?
Fotina
There is nothing to compare with, but Belomo is noisy enough, her husband cannot sleep under her))
It's good that on the weekend my child and I didn't go to the dacha, we drove the dryer at night. I personally, and the child sleep well, so it all depends on the personal attitude towards extraneous noise.

yesterday at 23.30 I put pastille on 5 trays. Applesauce, no sugar. Now it is ready on the outer edges by about a third. The rest is still raw. I put a lot of mashed potatoes, about a centimeter and a half, on the edge of the trays. Later I read that you need no more than 2 glasses (0.5 liters in total) per tray. I got about 0.7 liters each, since there was only about 3.5 liters of boiled puree. Or, if mashed potatoes are boiled, you need even less of it, is it quite thick?

The dryer quickly got very warm outside yesterday. I did not measure the temperature, I was afraid to drown the thermometer)). I put it now - on the upper pallet 52C. I feel it will dry out before the evening.
I will spread the next batch on a pallet 0.5 cm thick, probably))

add. 16.10. The pastila is still drying. It's almost 17 o'clock ... temperature 52C
Fotina
Quiet with myself ...)

My candy was dried for a day, and another night on the table. Now I will fold. I will spread the next one in a layer twice thinner)))
It's delicious, I ate half a circle yesterday, today I'm even afraid to measure sugar. Well, at least I tried what it is - homemade marshmallow. She promised herself to be compensated by active household work.)
Ivanovna5
Svetlana, Hello! And where did you buy Belomo? I have an ordinary Dry Hose for 5 pallets, and I did not dare to use marshmallow, although I think about it all the time. I have never measured the temperature on the pallets, but in my opinion the maximum temperature does not correspond to the declared one and it dries slowly: apples do not dry out overnight.I confess that I did not lay them in one layer, I cut them thinly.
I stare at Isidri and Sedona But prices ...
Fotina
Belomo bought in the utinet internet store. Pastila trays - isidri.
My unit withstands the declared t-ru, the only thing is that 60C is declared not in pallets, but in the plane of the heating element. In pallets - 50C plus or minus 5C at maximum power (my dried fruits will probably be gold at the price :))). The fork is not sickly it turns out, but as it is.
I definitely don't look at Sedona, I don't see any sense in it for myself. At the dacha there are only 2 fruiting trees with summer and autumn apples, inheritance from the previous owners. They haven't even planted theirs yet. Plus a couple of three-liter cans of soup vegetables, and a can of black chops. For such work, Sedona is not needed)
I’ll think about Isidri for a year or two, and see how Belomo behaves in the future.
and people drive the Prior too)))

I have had the dryer for 2 months. It dries perfectly, no complaints.
Trishka
Tatyana, for what reasons did you sell to Bely, Isidri still dries better?
Tanysik
1. Isidri dries better;
2. Dryers are rather bulky, take up a lot of space;
3. We needed money at that time.

1. Isidri dries better;

Is it possible in more detail, better, in the sense of faster? Or what?
Tanysik
Isidri gives out exactly the temperature you set (up to 65 degrees), and my Belomo gave me no more than 45 degrees. On Izidri, I dry mainly at a temperature of 50-55 degrees. Actually, this is the main difference, but for me it has become fundamentally important. It dries faster and better.
daisy-t
I measured the temperature in my Belomo on the middle tray with and without food. Result: 57 gr. empty, 45 g in the middle of drying with the product and 54 at the end of drying.
Tanysik
Well, maybe I got a bad model. Although I measured the temperature directly at the fan - my stated 60g. he gave, but the heat was lost already on the first tray. However, the temperature on all trays was the same. I'm not saying that this is a bad model, but I bought a dryer for myself (isidri), I really liked it, and I had to sell this one. I don't need two dryers. There was just an opportunity to buy it at a wholesale price, so I took advantage of it. And so I would still be drying Belomoi, but I would also be happy.

I apologize for the slow response.
Your guess is exactly what I thought myself when I saw that the sheets were sticking out.
I wrote to the online store with a request to check - maybe they put 1000 sheets of paper on me by mistake. They checked and said there was no mistake. So I have sheets from the 500th isidri.

Now a lot of time has passed, the dryer has been operating for more than a week and more than one batch of marshmallows has been sent to the refrigerator.
Therefore, I can already competently say once again that I am satisfied with the purchase.
Even from the cut (very neatly!) Sheets without outer edges, nothing drips anywhere.
Pastila dries in 7-9 hours. Dries evenly.
The family is pretty!
Respect to Belarusians and respect for good quality !!!

from Isidri the snakemaker ordered trays and nets, everything fit.

And she was wrong, apple candy made of boiled apples without sugar on baking paper dried safely in 6-7 hours!
Wish I had missed the plum season. So girls do not need to be afraid of anything, think for a long time, assume and reason, they need to try to do and get results empirically. Now I want to try a few tomatoes to dry, although the time is also lost

I also recently bought Beloi.
Trishka, Ksyusha, why did you put your own, so joyfully greeted by Belomo, at the Flea market? Not impressed?
Trishka
Oh, just now I saw the question ...
No, the dryer is not bad, you just need money ... ((
ahnata
Tell me where you can buy BelOmo 83060. I found out about it today and was very happy, because it is simply not realistic to buy Isidri for us pensioners. And, frankly, I don’t understand what to pay that kind of money for. They say Belomo is one to one Isidri, even in something better. Oksana's opinion is interesting. How is Belomo in operation? Can I dry meat and fish on it?

To understand "what to pay that kind of money for" read the topic carefully Choosing an electric dryer - recommendations, what to look for when buying and look for a dryer with such recommendations.

You can buy other decent dryers, see here in the reviews of our users.

Thanks to Admin for the answer. Of course, before you buy, you need to study the pros and cons. There is no doubt about the quality of Isidri, the only question is the price. As I said ... we will search with mother-of-pearl buttons ...

If anyone is interested, here I made a small video review of Belomo

I am completely satisfied with the dryer! Although I had to sweat to buy it. It is such a rarity in Ukraine ((

Well, judging by the fact that Isidri has already been in operation for a year since 1994-6 .... then the question "who copied from whom" disappears immediately

Glad you like the dryer
kliviya
Well, she said so, because I don't know for sure, it would be wrong to assert something. And, honestly, I have no idea when they started producing Belomo.
And Isidri's characteristics have not changed since the release? Just wondering.

The first model is Isidri500, the second is Isidri 1000. Details here Ezidri Snackmaker Electric Dryer
It proved itself 100%, very high quality and practical

I bought Belomo a month ago. The choice was stopped because of the preparation of marshmallow in it. Pastila excited my imagination, although I had never tried it before :)
Reporting: For this month, herbs, zucchini and, of course, marshmallow were dried. The dryer has no technical odors. I dry it at night, turn it off in the morning.
The pastila was dried on baking paper, it was written on it that it has a double-sided silicone coating, it is also called siliconized paper. There were several types of such paper in a regular store. I cut it out according to the shapes, with an allowance, leaving small sides. Nothing was leaking. Lightly greased the paper with vegetable oil. She did not throw out the paper, but used it several times, did not re-oiled it. It is important to remove the pastille (while warm) from the paper immediately after drying, otherwise it will stick. Included with Belomo was a sheet for marshmallow, and so the marshmallow dried on it longer than on paper. I spread the mass for drying thinner towards the middle, because the middle dries out longer for me.

Can you show a photo of a homemade marshmallow tray? I also did it from parchment, but in small square molds with rims. I don’t understand how you made the sides inside, I would like to see.

Thank you!

I saw it, thanks! Is it denser than ordinary parchment? It looks like it's a little rubbery. Although, if it is silicone coated, it probably is
I have not seen such paper on sale, if I see it, I will definitely buy it and try it. This will not work with ordinary parchment, so I had to confuse myself like this:

I apologize that the pictures are not of high quality and, in addition, are inverted for some reason, but the main point is clear :) At first I wanted to buy sheets for marshmallows, but now I changed my mind, maybe the paper turned out very well. Paper visually does not differ from ordinary baking paper only its color is brown and can be slightly denser. The price for siliconized paper is almost the same as for regular paper. When I bought it, I didn't see any difference in paper. It is definitely in your stores, I'm sure, you just need to read what is written in small letters.

I am now the proud owner of Belomo. Today they brought me my dryer. I'm drying tomatoes. I can't wait for the mushroom picking. I really want to dry the mushrooms. For all Belomo owners - I found a store in Moscow where they sell extra. pallets and trays. Shop in Bibirevo, where I ordered a dryer. It is necessary to ask by phone, the site is not displayed. I will not advertise for the store - in the search, find stores where there are these dryers, and ask. Packaging, it seems, 2 trays, 700 rubles, 3 pallets for marshmallow - 500 rubles.
The quality of the dryer pleased me, it was made soundly, the plastic was of high quality. It cost 3300 rubles.

I did not understand how it differs from Isidri - one is Ukrainian, the second is Belarusian, and the difference in price is more than three times. Both, by the way, are copied from the American Nesco, which, even taking into account delivery to Russia, is cheaper than Isidri, but alas, all American equipment is 120 volts. Therefore, I stopped at Belomo. So that.

And where did you get the idea that Isidri is of Ukrainian origin? Kind of like China using New Zealand technology.
julia_bb
CheizaIsidri is a New Zealand brand created 25 years ago, with a patented drying system for fruits and vegetables, and their production in China is like everyone else now.
Cheiza
Perhaps not Ukrainian. At some forum I saw Old. Googled. I edited the post, but the question about the "patented technology" remains open for me, because there is an American Nesco, with the same patented system, older and better known (even the articles are the same). In any case, the dryer is a heater and a fan, nothing else has been invented yet. It's like arguing who has a more original multicooker. I know how legends are written.I worked in the wholesale trade. We even had certificates for a German company ... which our director invented himself. Containers from China were driven, yes. OEM has been invented for a long time, and you can't tell who is the first, who is the last ...
Vesto4ka
What do you think is worth buying trays? Is there anyone here who has more than 5 trays? Does it make sense to put a couple more or will it dry for a very long time and it is better to dry in two passes?
Cheiza, congratulations on your purchase, the sun-dried tomatoes are super!
