ABOUT! It's good that you described in detail, otherwise I would have cut the side off the pipette and that's it ...
Now I am reading and laughing! What are we, Slavs, enterprising and smart! Foreigners would never have guessed to do this!

Natusichka, Without removing the rubber band from the pipette, roll it up with a cap, then make a hole in the rubber band and pull it on the pin, it will just put on the notch

When I also lost the silicone ring from Vitesse, I cut it out of the baby's silicone nipple. I did not look for a new ring on sale, because everything works as it should with this self-made ring.
Fifanya
Marpl, Marina, they came up with great ideas. Here's another, and this method can save you from losing the gasket
Natusichka
And I can't roll the pipette ...
The bezel itself is harsh and gathers in an accordion
Fifanya
Natusichka, try to warm the pipette in hot water and take your time, everything will work out and the glass of the pipette should be dry afterwards so that it does not slip.
I went and found a pipette.
Multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL
Didn't cut it off completely, but even in this form it works
Multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL
Holds the pressure, after the release it is clear that the gum is lighter. And then it remains so. This does not affect the work, but all the same it is still not a native spare part

Such (sometimes unexpectedly necessary) silicone nozzle for the shut-off valve, as well as an additional one for the cover

I bought here ~ 200 rubles with delivery

Anya, thanks a lot for clarity!
Today I will try, yesterday I was busy.
And I already ordered the gasket from Polinka. I'm waiting!

Please help me find a recipe for making lard using Shteba. It seems to me that I recently read it, I decided that I will definitely do it, I bought lard to make it, but I can't find a way of cooking as luck would have it.
Alex_Fil
Creamy
IrVas, frozen lard, cut into bars for convenience, scroll in a meat grinder. Place a stand on legs for a steamer in Shtebu. Pour water into the bottom of the pan. Place a bowl of rolled lard instead of a leaky one. Close with a lid, put the valve in the "Closed" position, put the Shteba in the "Meat" mode for 30 minutes. Then take out the bowl with melted lard and pour the hot lard through a metal sieve into another bowl. Cool the lard in a bowl until it is barely warm, as long as it remains fluid. Next, pour the cooled lard into 400 ml plastic sour cream cups, or something like that. Place the cups in the freezer until they freeze completely. Then you take out the frozen cups and you can leave them on the table for 5-8 minutes or place them for a second and pour them over with hot water. Then turn the plastic cups upside down, slap your palm hard on the bottom and get this picture.

Here is frozen lard (I have duck fat) after the freezer

Multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL

Here it is knocked out by a blow of the palm, consisting of two parts - the fat itself and the water-collagen fraction.

Multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL

Here I have duck fat from the water-collagen fraction with a knife.

Multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL

All! Any fat or lard is reliably melted at a guaranteed low temperature (in a water bath under pressure in Stebe) and in accordance with all the laws of physics (water, collagen and fat have different densities, and therefore fat always floats up, and water down) the lard is successfully separated. With this method of heating, the fat simply melts, but does not burn, the fat yield is maximum, there is no child in the kitchen, the fat is snow-white and delicate in taste. You obtained the lard by boiling it in a water bath. I will say more - I then sterilize such lard in a water bath in the same Shtebe in glass jars with twist (twist) lids, and you can store it for a long time. I keep jars in a dark place.

Correctly, I understand that you shouldn't look at the temperature readings on the panel walking back and forth, and the device itself keeps the temperature inside the bowl correctly?
Fifanya
BaksYes, Ivan, absolutely correct. Staff has not let anyone down yet

Fifanya, otherwise I took it for sous-vide ... and how the numbers ran when preparing the breast .... I wanted to be upset :)))

Baks, I have the usual size of a multicooker, for suvid I just use a 6L bowl from Unit, I cover it with a lid on top. Everything turns out great for my taste

I bought at one time a Shtebik in the minimum configuration (BASIC) and I did not have a double boiler, I managed with different handy grates / stands. And recently I bought a wonderful steamer at Wildberry. ru - orange! with a handle! silicone! and for a ridiculous price of 210 rubles!
I have already tried it, I liked it. The diameter fits perfectly into the Headquarters, the handle is comfortable, the sides are high, it will fit a lot!
Perfect for a pressure cooker, because there are very small protrusions (such as legs) below, about 1 cm high. And in a pressure cooker, water almost does not boil away and you can pour quite a bit of it, from half a glass.

But I found it from stainless steel, now 147 rubles, Vetta. Similar to Redmond's, low. I'll try to order.

Steam is bullshit - in other modes you can cook with a closed valve so that the water does not evaporate. But baking can be easily done in a bowl from Panas, I have baked in it for half a year, if not longer. I didn’t buy 6s for the occasion of a couple of teflon-coated bowls of 200-300 rolls - and now I baked 6s.)))

Oh, I'm blunt! The steaming bowl is a plastic steamer or something ?? And I'm rubbing about the cup ...)))
No, I have bad tightness on such a steamer, the steam poses.

I don’t know what a steamer is, but a plastic bowl with holes from Panasonic fits into a Štebovskaya bowl, which is very convenient for removing baked goods and casseroles.
My first attempts at feathering went well, for the first time I managed to cook the right brown rice, not overcooked, and whole oatmeal (Panasonic undercooked it all the time).
optimist
inthesky, Olga, in what mode and in what proportion did you cook rice and oatmeal?
By the way, I also have the first Panasonic cartoon, the second will be Shteba.

Absolutely unnecessary. He has not disappointed me even once in 5 years, but his slowness just never ceases to shock - baking is nothing else, you can get used to it, but frying ... stewing is HOURS!
inthesky
optimist, suddenly on porridge)))) 0.7b 10 min, rice: water 1: 1.5, oatmeal: milk 1: 5 approx. I waited until the pressure dropped by itself, immediately took out the rice, and mixed the oatmeal and left it to stand until the morning (I cooked it all night for breakfast).
My Panasonic is completely satisfied with me to this day, but we can't buy a new cup for him, and my two quietly began to die (((so taking this opportunity ...

Yes, Zhen, without a stand. But only when cooking under pressure. I pour about 100 ml of water to the bottom, put it right on the bottom. Water practically does not evaporate under pressure, so this amount is enough. But I turned it on for a maximum of 20 minutes, there was enough water, the bottom was not bare.
Rick
Thank you, Light! I'll try. I often do it for a couple at Shtebe.

I have Panasonic, I love it very much, but I want Steba to try it. As I understand it, I also need to take a teflon-coated bowl. Do you need a support for a support for a steam basket ???

burunduchok, Ira, Teflon is very necessary! Personally, I only cook liquid in stainless steel, such as soup / borscht and compote. And everything else is in Teflon. This is frying and stewing and baking and baking, nothing burns. Porridge, too, just in case, in Teflon
About the stand for the steam basket. If Shteba does not come with a native stand and a double boiler (BASIC equipment), then you can use any others, the main thing is that they go in diameter into the bowl. I wrote above that I bought myself a silicone one. Prior to that, I used the leftover steamer from SV Ourson on legs (3-4 cm in height).
A friend of mine adapted a microwave stand, where the grate was 20 cm in diameter on legs (like for the second floor for heating in the microwave).
That is, in principle, this is not a problem if there are no relatives.
If you want to buy separately your relatives, then, as far as I know, you need to buy both a stand and a double boiler (steam basket)

Girls, take two! I re-ordered a 6 liter plug, this time also a Teflon bowl. All good will come on December 2. Q: what to look for when inspecting a pressure cooker?
And yet, maybe someone knows if there are service centers of the Headquarters in Crimea or where you can find out!

Well, so that everything is whole, especially the bowl without scratches. If possible, connect to the network - at least that the indication is on. Full set, there is a guarantor.

lana light, but what do you think, if you buy such 2 pieces of a double boiler, remove the upper fasteners and put the second on the rod so that there are 2 tiers, will it work?

Hope, it seems to me that it is unlikely - if you unscrew the green handle, then a very short "tail" will remain in order to put on a second double boiler. She can crush delicate foods (cutlets, fish, etc.) in the first steamer. And if you cook solid foods (whole vegetables, for example), then you can simply put more of them in the first double boiler, right up to the maximum mark of the bowl. Just pull out then piece by piece, and not all together
