Yarinka, Shteba is a necessary thing in the household!
I hope in the coming days I will be happy to see this, despite the crooked little hands ... and after some time Muscovites need to meet and discuss new recipes over a glass of tea

Irina, great, I'm sure you won't be disappointed
I myself have two of them: one DD1 - in the country, the other DD2 - at home And I'm happy as an elephant. And you generally have 6 liters - beauty!

Shteba pressure cooker temperature test DD2
cold water with a temperature of 26 g
time set 4 hours (by default)
the temperature is 60 g preset.
I put the temperature probe on the delivery so that the measurements were in the thickness of the water, and not the bottom of the bowl.
Maria, and how much water was poured on the dough like full under 5 liters or what?

girls, here they asked about a fish in a tomato, can I put in my own 5 kopecks?))
I really liked to cook the fish with rice right away ...
the principle of the dish is as follows - pour oil and fry the onions and carrots on the Fry, then add the tomato and fry a little more, then your favorite spices, salt to taste, and add water, stir so that the tomato disperses and boils a little and put the washed rice, and on top of the pieces processed fish, fillet is better, of course .. the water should cover the fish on top ... I put it to stew for 12-15 minutes on Kasha, determine the time - it depends on what kind of rice you have ....
.. forgive me for not specifying the proportions, I'm used to doing everything by sight .. but here the principle of pilaf is based on rice, and the fish is cooked, it's convenient that you don't need to fry ... I like it)

Likewise, I immediately stew cabbage along with fish ...

but in great detail you can
You can, of course, but there are no frills (I wanted to embroider, not cook ....). I just washed it, cut it into very large slices, sprinkled it with a mixture of dried vegetables, seasonings and salt (minimum), poured a glass of water and put it on the Meat at 1.30. Then two hours before the arrival of her husband, it was still heated, languishing. And that's all. I cut a salad of fresh vegetables to the meat, on the Berner, of course
The meat is so soft, you can't tear yourself away, everything has softened from the bones. No pictures, just food.
Yarinka
Girls, guys, they brought my order - well, at first glance it inspires confidence and respect, a strict, serious thing .. - I expect that in work it will issue a five-year plan in three years, which means at the stove at a minimum ... I'm glad ... and 6 liters is straight, I wouldn't turn away from 7, as for us, it's just fine :) I'm waiting for my husband, as it should be washed, Schaub worked well, and go ahead, test ...

Natusichka, cook for health! hope you enjoy it too!
Yarinka, let Shtebochka serve for a long time and please the hostess!))) this is our real smart assistant!))

Girls, since I began to use these napkins:

Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL

(thanks to Larisa-Larssevsk, who introduced me to them!), the problems of washing the lid are gone. I just wipe it on all sides with a damp cloth, all grease and dirt are perfectly removed. Reusable napkins. The roll is enough for a very long time.
Twig
I also have trouble with the lid. It would be necessary to disassemble - everything is lacking. When it boils, the locking mechanism sticks. But I poke the lid back and forth and closes. I looked closer, and the plastic is already crumbling. Especially under the valve. I'm afraid it won't survive the disassembly.
In the PMM soaps, but not often, 5 times in total.
marinastom, where on KM sell the plastic part of the lid? I can't find something.

Yarinka, in a thin book, too, recipes of our girls!
Yarinka
Quote: kavmins

I used to like to open it quickly after cooking - I lifted the valve and let off steam forcibly .. now I don’t do that - there is much less dirt on the lid) and yes, I put food even slightly below the maximum, especially all sorts of fatty broths ..
and I also wipe the lid with napkins or just wash it all under the tap - nothing will do it
Vooot-and I put everything and the water below the max., And if we consider that our 6 liters, everything is so pure, pure ... I blew off the steam after 15 minutes for the first time, I burned the lid with a napkin, ... in the morning the soup (stood in the staff until the morning without any heating) was warm., poured into an ordinary saucepan and into the refrigerator, and the staff neatly replaced it until evening.

What delicious stuffed cabbage rolls in Stebik!
She took raw rice, put onions and carrots raw in a saucepan on cabbage rolls, and not in minced meat. Plus 1st. l. tomato paste. Stuffed cabbage was not fried before stewing. Poured water, about 150-200 ml, meat mode 0.7 20 minutes. Then I got distracted and the stuffed cabbage was heated for another 30-40 minutes. Fast, delicious!

Today I made apricot jam according to the recipe nila Silt (Swedish berry jam) in Shtebochka. I liked it very much! Simple, delicious! ... I cooked on the languor for 25-30 minutes, first set it to 100 * C, but there was some too delicate boiling (as my grandmother used to say - "whispering"), so after 15 minutes I added the temperature to 110 * C.
I just made it for tea, and not for the winter, so I’m not big - I put 500g of sugar on 900g apricot (already pitted). It turned out about 900 ml of jam. I’ve already tried it and identified the recipe in the bookmarks! I recommend it to all fans !!!

And here I cook almost every day in a 6-liter Shtebe, I thank its creators and our forum, only thanks to which it was bought., And if they did the same miracle, but already in 7 liters and maybe with 1-2 more needed additional functions and a reasonable price - I would take 2 without thinking (because I have already thought it over 100 times) and the third for a gift ... I think that the girls who have already appreciated the cleanliness of the kitchen, fast and tasty food from Shteba and having a sufficient amount gluttonous tummies will agree with me. And the design is not very familiar at first, now it has completely taken root !!!

girls, but for me the design seemed to be the most excellent, it was love at first sight, it is so reliable even in appearance))) I never understood before those who had multicooker and never intended to buy it - everything takes so long to prepare there, and then I accidentally saw Shteba's ad in the browser and read that she had a steel bowl - this bribed me, and when I read further - a pressure cooker ..... this caused a decision to buy ..))))) and then I became thinking ... how afraid I am ... pressure cookers, and I began to look for advice on how to handle her, and found Tanyulia's forum, and then our own Bread Maker)))))

GALLAACTIC
Girls, maybe it has already been discussed somewhere, but to shove the whole topic - hair on end, and the search does not give anything:
What are the parameters of the Steba DD2 bowl? Are there any well-known (tested by anyone) analogs from other manufacturers?
I would be grateful if anyone can answer!
Alex_Fil
Right here

the girls said that 6 liter bowls from Land Life and from the Unit smokehouse are suitable, as I understand it, from Unit a bowl without a heater. Considering that Unit and Brand 6060 smokehouses have interchangeable bowls, it means that a bowl for Brand 6060 is also suitable for XL.
The dimensions of the bowls should be as follows: the height of the bowl is 161 mm, the diameter along the rim is 24 cm, under the rim the bowl itself is 22 cm. (I took it from memory, if I’m mistaken, let them correct me.)
And, of course, there is a native Teflon bowl, for example, in Ozone
🔗
Considering that XL comes with a stainless steel bowl, Teflon is a very good addition.
marinastom
Quote: GALLAKTIKA

What are the parameters of the Steba DD2 bowl?
The height of the five-liter is 13.5 cm. Of course, the native drives, but they say it comes from the five-liter Brand.
Alex_Fil
Indeed, why did it turn me over to XL? .. Everything that I said in the previous post concerned the DD2 XL.
The five-liter bowl DD2 is the same as DD1, has a height, as indicated by Marina - 135 mm.
If we talk about Brand bowls, this should fit

🔗

I myself have not tried it, I have DD1 with both native stainless steel and native Teflon. I didn't try on other bowls.
GALLAACTIC
Marina, Alex_Fil, thanks a lot for the answers!
Alex_Fil, the link to the bowl helped a lot, now I know that my "saucepans" left over from Vitesse VS-524, in terms of parameters, seem to be suitable.
Relatives, of course, are better. But here you can buy Shteba on order and delivery to the store is free, but the bowls are only in Ozone, and with delivery the price is almost half
SvetaI
My Shtebochka was somehow moping. When you turn on any mode with pressure, the display immediately shows as if the pressure has already been typed (even if I have not closed the lid yet) and, of course, does nothing further, considers that everything is in order.
And if I choose a mode without pressure, it beeps, as happens when overheating, and also does nothing else. In this case, the real temperature is displayed on the display. For example, I set the heating to 80 degrees for 4 hours. I pour warm water into the bowl. The display shows the correct temperature - 30 degrees, but it beeps and does not heat up.
Has anyone had this, is it being treated? For 2 years I got used to my assistant, without her everything is long and boring
And yet, maybe you know, really call the master at home (in Moscow) or have to trudge to the workshop?
I found all sorts of phone addresses, but I haven't called yet, I decided to cry for you first ...
Loksa
SvetaI, the pressure sensor died. It was so with me, changed the norm again.
SvetaI
Loksa, Oksana, thanks, consoled! And this sensor - where is it - in the lid?
Bijou
SvetaI, no, under the heating element. Somewhere in the subject there were pictures, but who will find them now ... Or here's what - check the first page, maybe there is a link to the disassembly.
SvetaI
Bijou, Lena, thanks, specifically let the master understand. It's just that something rattles suspiciously in the lid, so I decided that it was there.

Last year I really liked the recipe for squash caviar:
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XLZucchini caviar "uDachnaya"
(Omela)

This year I have improved the technology a little. I chopped the vegetables on a food processor and cooked them in Shtebochka on Vegetables for 30 minutes at 0.7 in a non-stick bowl. Then she put it in jars and immediately closed it. And I will go through a blender before eating
I'll take one jar with me to work tomorrow, so the result is:

And this is before putting into banks:

Zhenya, thanks for the information! I do something in the old fashioned way while I cook salads for the winter on the gas stove ... Bijou, it seems to me that all sorts of separate buttons reduce the functionality. After all, you can't save enough buttons for all our wishes!
Although in AG I like that it is possible to change the temperature / time during the operation of an already selected mode

Shtebovich, a good idea! It is necessary to make it possible to add / decrease the temperature / time not only at the beginning when choosing a mode, but also during the operation of the modes with the same buttons that we set at the beginning of work! I'm sure everyone staff users would be appreciated! Bring to the attention of the manufacturer, let us make a new version of Stebik, DD3

I report that it will suddenly be useful to someone: I cooked porridge in miniature pots. Based on the proportions proposed by Tumanchik https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=491370.0.html#msg2800863
For myself I made the following conclusions: 30 grams of millet, rice or corn will be enough for a pot. Corn must be soaked in advance, I feel it in grains (at least from above). By the way, the corn porridge tried to escape - grains on the edge of the pot and whitish water - boiled in milk. I put it at 95 degrees for the languor for 1 hour, then it was still on the heating for an hour and a half. I filled the pots 2/3 with hot water in a bowl. A little salt, a little sugar and butter.

anavi, you should definitely try! I wanted to try wheat at once, so it turns out I ran out of it. I had to put millet in 2 pots. The size is very convenient for me, but I'm in glasses, just 200 ml, plus a spoonful of the vitamin mixture (or a piece of cheese, or a piece of meat) is included in my portion. And stir nothing and no need to follow !!!!! For example, I was embroidering at this time.
