Fastest Finnish Cupcake

Ingredients

flour a / c 1 glass
sugar 1 glass
sour cream 200 gr.
egg 2 pcs.
baking powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • A very simple, tender and, most importantly, delicious cake. Suitable for those occasions when guests come unexpectedly, as well as just for a cozy family evening.
  • 1. Beat eggs with sugar in a deep container, 4-5 minutes with a mixer. Add flour, sifted with baking powder, sour cream to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  • 2. Grease the mold well with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough (it should take 2/3 of the mold) and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes (the more exact time depends on your oven).
  • 3. Let the cake cool slightly, then remove it from the mold.
