Yes, that's not the point
I only lost a leg from the first Shteba, and she swayed and made me nervous with these swaying))

And this ring never fell off, I even wonder how it can slip. What's on the first Shteba in place, what's on the second)
marinastom
On my first Shteba, this ring, as it were, began to strain. Some kind of notch appeared. No matter how bad-chagrin happens ...

I have a ring in place, I try not to touch it again. I would try to cut ...
500 rub. I think it's a whole piece worth it, isn't it?
Anastasenok
MasinenBy the way, there are no problems with dancing over floats and rings of any kind on oursson. But I have a 5015 with a new cover.
Masinen
Anastasenok, and I have 5005 that I put it aside.
Maybe I'll carry it to the flea market.
So here there are no problems with floats, these are rare cases or the user is simply not used to it and the pressure cooker is the first.
It was me Lena Biju who answered her post about that someone owes something
And I asked her to write in a different topic so that they also put the second ring in the kit)
And so, I am friends with any multicooker and pressure cooker

I took it off to wash it. At the same time, she plugged the drain in the sink in advance and watched her every movement.

Or maybe they did not understand what kind of ring we are talking about? Maybe this lid ring is worth that much?

I can't say for sure, but there are two options, either the ring costs so much + its installation in the SC, or they completely change the float. In any case, 500 rubles includes the cost of work.

I myself do not take this ring off, but my friend's daughter turned out to be nimble, she joked a little and disappeared ... And she won't confess where she's gone ...

About the ring ... tie a wire to it and wash it for health

Oh, Len, God bless you! I, too, when I received my new plastic part to the lid, put it together, I see, it doesn't want to close, the curtain gets stuck. Disassembled, and there the punching is not done as it should, the hole is not in place. Well, I didn't throw out the old one, unscrew it from there, put it together and everything became fine.
The old horse does not spoil the furrow ...
So I have a round punching with a hole not in the center, a curve on the float and on the valve, I wrote here many times, asked to see the girls, now it is clear that not only me, that is why dances are like that with a tambourine, and therefore the valve is poisoning .. and what to do to someone who does not have an old cover ??
Pavlena
Maybe the valve nose should not be placed strictly on the black circle, but slightly moved to the side, when it is poisoning, maybe it will close. I read this advice somewhere and once used this advice myself.

Seven-year plan
So from there it should be baited !!!

And yet ... don't stick to the black point with such fanaticism!
When you turn the black valve, you directly feel where it is in the lower position, and where is the upper ...
It is at this lower moment that we must get there !!!
Bijou
It seems that Marina and I were talking about a blocking valve, not a safety one. How can the safety cover affect the closing or non-closing of the lid?
marinastom
If only in the case when the contents of the pan are already boiling and the float instantly takes off, and the lid is still obliquely. Then I lift the safety valve by the ledge and the excess pressure is released and you can turn the cover. I repent ...
Bijou
Huh .. Wait more. Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL
I just lowered the valve with a stick and buttoned it up. As a result, we get instantaneous pressure. Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL

Now I put another cottage cheese on Podogreva-75. I observe through a wattmeter at what temperatures Shteba detects the temperature. Aha, quite an honest range - only two degrees! I.e turns off the heater at 75 and turns on at 73.
marinastom
Yes, I do this too, but, as a rule, at this moment, a suitable stick is not at hand ...

Girls, tell me how you solve such a question. The plastic lid for the bowl is plastic. In 2 months I have it cracked in several places. soon it will break in half (how was such a crappy cover given to such a good Shtebochka ??) Silicone from my old multi does not fit - the shape of the edge is different. Which multi is the silicone cover suitable for? What should I look for, which way to look during the holidays? Either only I have such a cover, or my hands grow crookedly and I dress it incorrectly (although I doubt it ...)
valushka-s
I somehow immediately realized that such a cover is not reliable, and I use metal, and plastic only occasionally.
Often I put freshly prepared food outside the window to cool down right in the multi bowl (any multi). I think that the plastic one would immediately crack from such temperature changes, but the metal is all for nothing. And then I put the food in glass pots.

The photo is upside down, but the lid is visible. The lid fits pots of different diameters.

shlyk_81
Katerina, my plastic ones also break immediately. But not completely, they just crack, you can close it. I continue to use.
Masinen
Ekaterina2, yes, the cover, of course not very good, gee

I use silicone, already shown here in the subject.
marinastom
Masha, show me again, please. Where did you buy it? Or who is the manufacturer?
julia_bb
And I adapted a glass plate from an old microwave oven, and plastic lids are slop
Masha, what kind of silicone, what brand?
Natusya
And I adapted a glass lid with a plastic handle from the Ashanovsky pots and pans

I have these lids of different sizes for all multicookers:
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD2 / DD2 XL
I bought it a few years ago in Uuterra. Then they were quite inexpensive.
Ekaterina2
It just seems to me that all this is somewhat undignified - not serious. And I also think that Shteba's manufacturers know about this problem, and do nothing about it. Of course, many multi-cookers and pressure cookers do not have such plastic, this is a fact. But if they make such an unreliable cover, then you can make a reliable one. Let it be for a fee, but it will be practical. And so ..... some kind of kindergarten, who found something, that and covered.

I used the lid a couple of times. Cracked right away.
I just put a plate when I put it in the refrigerator.

In general, I ordered DD2. I read and read, inclined to Orson or even Martha.
And then I thought that I don't need 20-30 programs, the minimum suits me. The most important thing is the ability to set the temperature. And I got used to counting the time of Shteba. She was my first, you have to learn for any other.
If only measurements are not too much walking. And then I looked at the submersible suvids - cool news, I wrote it down in Wishlist, but I still can't highlight 12-15 thousand.

I close my Stobs (I have 2 of them for 5 and 6 liters) with a very convenient Amethian lid from the largest frying pan. Ideal, glass for viewing and "hole in the right side" for steam extraction, very convenient to use in the "Roasting" mode

And I made ham in Shtebe like this, in general, that way is the place to be, but of course, the useful volume for ham is too small. We must look for something of the same height, but with a larger diameter.

I ordered a 6 liter one. I want both "white-sided" to fit there, and winter salads. When I cooked salads in 5L arc, I filled half the portion each time to the eyeballs.
My arc has broken. Doesn't hold pressure, although she changed the ring. at first I wanted a slow one, then I scored in the search engine MVR vs cartoon and the first line gave the search engine to Shteb))))))

Yesterday I did chicken sous-vide for the first time. Such a charm turned out! Juicy, tender! I just smeared it with mustard grain and salt with herbs. For 40 minutes at 60 degrees. Her husband called her taste "noble."

And why didn’t I think of buying Shteba earlier? .....

It's just that I'm the first cartoon of such a plan ... the girls told that the norm, what is not, for which thanks
As for better ... yesterday I was making a cottage cheese casserole, there was a choice: a pizza oven or Stebik - I chose Stebik and lost. Did not like.
And pearl barley porridge - I didn't even cook it anywhere ... I thought it was not realistic to cook it deliciously (after the army canteens)
And then there's the bomb !! True, it turned out more "meat with porridge", and not "porridge with meat" a bit fat ... but a dump head
Ukusilda
Who has teflon bowls, tell me, how long do they serve? In the old cartoon, I changed the bowl every six months.
Anastasenok
lena_letochka, curd casserole at 95 degrees and 1 hour 15 minutes. Then turn off and do not touch. Open the lid after 2-3 hours and carefully remove

It's very strange that it didn't work out ... There are so many different casseroles in Stebik's recipes, I've already tried two recipes, both turned out very tasty!
And in what mode and how much did you bake?

Nah, the casserole turned out,
I just added a little semolina and it actually turned out to be boiled))) I made it according to the recipe for cheesecake, found somewhere in the recipes for Shteba ... I needed a mode on which oven, I'm still a layman
There it was written: "We set the Kasha mode, 0.3. The valve is closed (it's a habit already). Time is 1 hour 15 minutes."
Well, we learn from mistakes))

Better tell me how to cook vegetables, for a salad, well, there are beets, carrots ...
Otherwise I'm afraid to confuse something again ...
marinastom
lena_letochka, try putting the washed vegetables in a steam basket on a stand, on the bottom of the pan on a finger of water and on anything other than Steam, for 10-15 minutes, at 0.7. I cook in Vegetables. It comes out amazingly!

If with beets, longer, if only carrots and potatoes, then 7-10 minutes.

lena_letochka, do you have a second Shteba? And they cooked in porridge like the first one. In any case, it seems that this is not a multicooker. Follow the instructions straight with weighing and precise adherence to the regimen until you get it intuitively. Take recipes from girls from the forum

Yes, I have a second
no, I in no way blame Shtebik ... what does the slow cooker have to do with it if I dofig semolina (as many as three heaped spoons) and did it on the mode on which they cook. Just what would have worked in the oven did not work here

It is not strange, it is standard.)) That is, the result in it is exactly the same as in an ordinary separate double boiler. Because both do not have an enclosed space, so the pressure there is atmospheric and the temperature of steam (boiling water) is about 100 grams.

And as soon as in this program Steam plug the valve and increase the pressure (with temperature), Shteba begins to shriek about it at the top of his voice.
That's the whole difference.
