Ingredients

Flour 400 g
Sugar 100 g
Margarine 250 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 pack.

Cooking method

  • Mix the margarine, sugar and eggs well. Mix baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour separately. Put everything together and mix well.
  • Sweet soft nuts
  • 500-600g. flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 200g. butter or margarine.
  • 200g. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • Butter, sugar, 1 egg, vanilla sugar - mix well and add 2 proteins. Add sour cream and stir. Mix flour with baking powder and add to mixture. Knead everything well.

thanks, I flooded a little. made cookies in a nut-4 according to the first recipe, delicious only for some reason "wrinkled", you can see folds and cracks. probably because of the melted butter it didn't mix well

I didn’t wait for an answer ... I added 600 gr. flour. The dough could be taken by hand, it was not very sticky. With her butter hands she rolled balls the size of a quail's egg, pulled them out a little in shape and into hazel. I made the filling from the same nuts - cookies and condensed milk (I didn't cook it). Baked for about 1.5 minutes.

The nuts are not as soft as expected. Cooling down, they harden. But also not crumbly, not fragile, not brittle.
