I cooked rice porridge according to Tanyuli's recipe ("Porridge" mode, 15 minutes, pressure 0.3, black valve in the "closed" position).
Porridge was preparing but the valve never closed, then the multicooker beeped that the porridge was ready and switched to the "heating" mode. Without turning off the heating, I opened the lid to see what happened - there was no pressure and the rice was half-baked, I closed the lid so that the porridge would still stand on the heat, and then the valve rose... In 10 minutes. I opened it, saw that the rice had become better, and to finish cooking, I switched on the "porridge" mode again for 10 minutes. Pressure was not collected again and the valve did not risethen I opened and closed the lid, and the valve immediately rose.
Please tell us why this is happening? How, then, to put porridge on the timer, if you can't guess in advance whether the valve will work or not?

Nina, there was little liquid. This has been discussed 100 times in this thread. Why do you need a pressure of 0.3? Do it at 0.7, it works even with small portions. Or you can do it without pressure on languor (I usually put it at night)

The whole day was full of work, so there was no time to indulge in much. Hastily threw chopped rack of lamb into the vacuumator, a little salt, a mixture of peppers, rosemary, for some reason added a little peppermint (well, she came to hand), 3 cloves of garlic.
Set 62 degrees, 4 hours ... and left ... came after 6 hours (((((everything was cooked at all ...
In short, all in frustration ... of course it turned out - I grilled it for 30 seconds - it looked good and tasty-soft, but not Divine (((
It only saves that on the way home I found a new shop from some kind of farm with a gorgeous pork tenderloin at 280 rubles / kg. Naturally I took pvra kg ... I will go out all night with sous-vid in different variations))))
