Linadoc, Linochka, thanks for yesterday !!

thanks for yesterday's consultation, went to the pharmacy today and bought everything!

Anatolyevna
Galina Iv., I don’t plant eggplants, because the Colorado beetle loves them. : girl_haha: I buy in the market.
Loksa
Galina Iv.Of course, the variety "Galina" pleased me, who would doubt it? I’m not special. But I'll take a look at the Pharaoh pepper, especially my favorite company "Search" Thank you!
Galina Iv.
Loksa, I think that Blackcurrant variety would also please you, Ksyusha who.

And the eggplant variety Galina pleased
Still not happy ... after all - namesake! Cool eggplants! And I don't even know which variety I plant. What my husband buys is what I plant. always with the harvest. And although we also have enough Colorado beetles, they hang out on potatoes, and they don't want to go to the greenhouse. Very unpretentious culture - eggplant. they grow, they don't ask for anything.
Galina Iv.
And Lyudmila is a sin to be offended - there are tomatoes and plums and potatoes and spring vetch.

Lyudochka. try the "lazy stuffed cabbage in the oven" from Chuchelka, it also turns out great and there is almost no fuss with cabbage, I like them. And I've been reading Temki about the Princess lately, adjusting whether I need it or not, I like casseroles, etc. But I haven't seen it in any store here, I probably need to order it.

Helen, hello! Thank you for your concern, dear! Yes, not only did I try, but I do it very often. I even have a photo report in the Scarecrow topic. Indeed, delicious!
Loksa
Galina Iv.Sorry to bother with the seeds again, but soon to go to the store and I need to get ready. Checkmark, what did you write about beans, did you buy cowpea by chance? Until I forgot to ask a second time. Were any interesting beans?
Galina Iv.
Loksa, Oksana, hyacinth beans. Here is a photo.

No, no, this is not a whine, these are decorative beans.
Marika33
Loksa, Oksana, if you have a greenhouse and grow eggplants, feel free to buy the Delicate hybrid. I have never eaten such eggplant. They can even be eaten raw, so tender and delicious. And fried in an egg is generally super. I also covered them in tomato juice. This is something incredible in taste, very similar to mushrooms, but tastier, healthier.
Loksa
marika33, Galina Iv.Thank you girls!

Girls, help me figure it out.
In the summer I dried Kaporsk tea, everything is ok, I put plastic, food for sports nutrition into the jar, and yesterday I opened it, in some places I was wearing white, is that mold? It does not seem to smell like mold, I don’t know it’s not possible to scoff 5 liters
lappl1
Verunchikmost likely yes, it is mold. I sympathize. The reason may be:
- insufficient drying of tea in a bag. Or the tea was dried out in a damp room and never dried up.
- or the container with tea was not tightly closed, stood in a damp room and moisture seeped into the tea.
- or tea was standing in a room in which there was a strong drop in temperature (on the veranda, for example). Then the tea was brought into a warm room and it got sweaty due to the temperature difference, and in a closed container this moisture (condensation, often invisible to the eye) contributed to the formation of mold.
I can advise you to pour the tea on the table, carefully select these lumps of moldy tea (throw them away), pour all the tea onto a baking sheet and put in an oven heated to 120 - 130 * for a few minutes. I read that mold dies at 120 *. The tea won't get better, but the mold will go away.
Linadoc
And it can also be a food powder, it is corrosive, it remains in all the alkalis, then it crumbles.
Galina Iv.
Linadoc, interesting version
Marika33
vera100865, Tea is best kept in glass containers. Plastic, even the best one, is chemistry.I don't even use plastic lids to close jars of tea and dried vegetables.
Galina Iv.
Linga, Inga, just today I managed to listen to your songs, that's where the angelic voice is! still impressed! incredible clever girl!
Galina Iv.
Girls, today I drank a mono-black for the first time ... I didn't like it at all. And it's a pity to throw it away and there is no desire to drink. how are you?
Linadoc
But I haven't tried mono-black at all, I immediately made it in mixed doubles. So I can't say anything.

Galina Iv.

Elenavery comfortable with the Princess. He cooks quickly, takes up little space, now my ovens are resting.

And today I enjoy - I brewed fireweed with cherries! Say what you like, but for me - there is no tastier tea !!! I am thinking that next season I will not waste energy on all sorts of plants (well, if only a little), but I will devote all the time to Ivan tea and cherries. And yet - I made cherry tea from 3 different varieties of cherries, but the most delicious tea is the one where the berries are ordinary (I don't know how to describe it - the simplest cherry, which almost no one cares for), and where the berries were tastier, larger, the leaves are large , fleshy - the tea is not so fragrant ... And this one, my beloved, smells so, smells so! I opened the jar - the smell of prunes and dark chocolate - you don't have to drink it, but just smell it!

Lina, beauty! (before I can keep up with you, I'll just get used to the avatar, and here's a new face)))

Galina, and I really thought that I had sent a letter to the wrong place (I can do that :-)), today I even looked into the outbox. Relieved ... Thanks for the nice words!

alinahow beautifully and lovingly you showed it! Thank you ! For a long time you came to us with a report!
How long have you fermented? Is this loose leaf tea? I draw the following conclusions because you have a bright one. What about the taste and aroma? Like?
My strawberries were darker. brewed tea looks like black. This is probably because I have a meat grinder.

Lina, beautiful! Do not take your eyes off.

So it's you yourself in the photo, or what?

radalina3
lappl1, so I brewed it for the first time since then, probably a sheet, this is the very first one, I won't even say, although no, if the first, then not from the freezer ... eh ... got confused ... I liked the taste, the aroma is weak, I want it richer, but m. I brewed a little ... yes, and I will remind you, I dried in a slow cooker ...

Galya, I really like blackberry in taste and aroma. But it can be different. I wrote back in the summer that there is a cultivar (Michurin, I think), and so, it has almost no taste and aroma. But the wild, like the cherry, is strikingly different.

alina, I remembered about your slow cooker.Maybe it's her? It is necessary to fry the tea a little in the first minutes of drying. Did you manage it? Then the tea is both darker and more aromatic.
What other tea did you make? Is there anything to compare with?
radalina3
lappl1, of course, there are grapes, cherries, it seems a pear ... we will try and take pictures

Tonya, the presentation in the format of communication on our forum cannot be explained right away. You need to go to the site, which explains step by step how to do this. It's very simple. No harder than Word. if you know how to insert pictures and inscriptions in the Word, you can easily master PowerPoint. My advice: don't try to do a lot of effects. Better without them at all. And one more thing: do all slides in the same style. it will look better. Check out our step-by-step PowerPoint tutorials here. If you stumble where, write in a personal, I will help. and even better - send me the material and text from which you need to make a presentation, I will make a couple of slides for you, and only then will you copy the slides, then delete the information on the new slide and put a new one on this template.

Here, step-by-step tutorials can be viewed here:

Verunchik, after all, it is better to first dry it for a few minutes in the oven on a baking sheet at t = 120 - 130 *. So it will be safer and more reliable.
