It seems to me that by analogy with cereals and other products that turn out to be amazingly tasty and immeasurably more useful in a Russian oven or in modern devices that imitate the "Russian stove" mode, you can also brew / steam on these modes in the evening Ivan-tea and drink it the next day in the morning. I think there will be just enough time for all the useful and necessary substances from the leaves to go into the infusion. Brewing in a thermos is somewhat reminiscent of this mode, not quite, but: in a hot stove (slow cooker, Shtebochka on special mode) we put milk in a jar, porridge, and Ivan tea to simmer until it cools.

About tea with flowers and buds: this year I have about half of the tea with tops (buds and flowers), the taste and color of such tea differs from just leaf tea - it is softer, lighter, sweeter ... The only thing, after shock drying at 150 g (80 grams in the tea itself) some of the usefulness disappears, so it's better to just drink and enjoy, and if we also get hanerol, then let it be a pleasant surprise.

By the way, Luda also has Fuzzy tea made from young seed pods, this year I also got it with buds and flowers - the taste is simply awesome, it smells like fruit - apples, pears. Maybe, if you need hanerol, it is better to harvest buds, flowers and young seed pods, pass through a meat grinder and not subject to high-temperature drying, so that more usefulness remains?

Everyone gets their own (their) drink (s), even if they adhere to ONE recipe, and in northern fireweed 1-2 amino acids are obtained more, there it is stronger (for example, Vorkuta) I agree that this topic is more than relevant ( especially for sick people) - you need to dig the Internet and search!

The dispenser available in it allows you to make medallions of various thicknesses. The optimal thickness is 1 cm, the diameter of the medallion is 4 cm. Some collections of leaves are very dense, and some crumble at the edges. The picture shows blackberry, cherry, raspberry, currant and gooseberry tea. All leaves are autumn harvest. This collection turned out to be very dense. Made after fermentation, when rolled a second time to obtain granules. We prepared several options for 15-20 medallions. Once a month, we will try and monitor the change in taste. Unfortunately, all the collected Ivan tea has already been used, so we will wait for next year and experiment if we like this method of preparation. This manufacturing method can be used as a gift option.
