Sonadora
manna, I will be glad if you like it!

Gasha
Wow, Man !!! It smelled like honey !!!

Marina, lovely gingerbread!
I have a question right away, do they damp with a couple? And then I have not a very successful experience of "baking" for a couple. And here the picture is straight, not gingerbread.
Sonadora
Gash,
Yeah, gingerbread is very fragrant. I cooked it in the morning, and the house still smells like honey.

Ksyusha, one gingerbread had a tiny corner at the bottom that was damp (it wasn't even impermeability, but condensation), laid it on the grill from the airfryer to cool down - then I couldn't find this gingerbread.

Even so?
Did you close the cover, cover the MV? That's the same protivozina, everything asks and asks
Sonadora
Closed, did not remove the valve.

Today, for the first time, I used a double boiler for its intended purpose, before that, only with its help I extracted casseroles and biscuits from the multi.
Tanyulya
What a beautyaaa !!!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Well that's it, Marine, convinced. As soon as my girlfriend gets her Panasik from the repair, I'll take a test and "bake". And then mine is in exile, beyond the Arctic Circle
Sonadora
Tanyush, Thank you!

Ksyusha, we will wait for the test results and you with gingerbread!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Yeah, Marine, in the snow, probably only already. And so almost 2 months of the cartoon in repair and still do not know when the parts will arrive.
Galinka-Malinka
Cool recipe! I will try !
MariS
Manechka, what delicious gingerbread - a miracle recipe!
A very interesting recipe, unusual. And even in a double boiler! Will definitely try it when I get to my kitchen ...
Sonadora
Galina, Marisha, try it! Moreover, the recipe is very simple, and the cooking process will take a little time.
Ilona
Man, well, as always! SUPER!!! I bookmark it to the next. working days and I will bake in the cartoon! Oh, you are an inventor! I just walked away from the buns, and here oops-la is still a delicacy from the category of simple ones!
Ikra
The gingerbread cookies are great! I never thought it was from a double boiler. I also drag it to bookmarks. I will buy nuts and try.
Twist
Marisha, gingerbread is just a miracle !!! So delicious! Thank you so much for this original recipe.
I will definitely try!

Xun, and in Brand not to do it? Wall steamer from Panasik is not suitable?
butska
Good day. I want to bake such a yummy, but I don't have a slow cooker. How to cook without it?

Do you have an ordinary double boiler? What about a colander? Sonadora, after all, this should work out too, right?
Eusebius
Manya!
I stomped with my gingerbread. Only they, for some reason, in my cartoon have grown very much and practically merged into one family. The view is not very presentable, but the taste, as they say on the site, is not reflected. True, I did a little messing with the recipe. I added my favorite spices ginger, coriander and cinnamon. Manya, I have a question: after you remove the melted butter, honey, etc. from the water bath, do you need to cool it first, and then add flour or not cool it? I didn't chill. The dough in the work is very pleasant. Thanks for the recipe. : rose: Bookmarked. I run to put a plus.

And in Kukun 1010 will work, I wonder? I don’t remember if there’s anything for the steamer? And the gingerbread is hot ... We need to look for instructions ...
And gingerbreads are a fairy tale !!!

Manna, yes Mona and in Brand. And I have a mounted double boiler ... as many as 2 pieces. ...
In general, I will think
Sonadora
Girls, thank you all very much for the kind words and for your attention to the recipe.

Ilona, this is not my invention. I found the recipe on the "cook", my eaters liked the result, so I decided to share it with you.

butska, can be cooked in a double boiler or a mantle pot (they also cook for a couple there?). In a colander ... I don't know. Theoretically, it’s probably possible, only then you get one big gingerbread. How long - I will not say. Readiness will need to be checked with a splinter or a toothpick. It should come out dry from the finished gingerbread.

Eusebius, great gingerbread turned out! I am very glad that you liked it!

I didn’t refrigerate, I added flour to the hot mixture. It seems to me that choux pastry is used in gingerbread.

Suitable, I tried!
Lozja
Sonadora, Thank you so much! Until the last minute, I did not believe that something sensible would turn out. Gingerbread, yes for a couple, where have you seen it!
When I opened the lid, I burst out: "Indeed, gingerbread, you look!" And when I tried it, I was even more surprised. Delicious!
I already thought, since I am without an oven, then without gingerbread cookies, but no!
Sonadora
Lozja,!!! How glad I am that everything worked out! And of course I'm glad I liked it!

Today I also baked them, but as part of the fight against the harvest of summer apples, I decided to add the grated apple to the dough. I ended up with something awful, but tasty:
Steamed Honey Gingerbread with Walnuts (Panasonic SR-TMH18)

The dough was like this:
1 egg
50 g sl. oils
2 tbsp. l liquid honey
120 g sugar
0.5 tsp soda
300 g flour
100 g applesauce (finely grated)
100 g of dark raisins (added, since it was necessary to attach the leftovers somewhere)
1 tbsp. l starch (rolled raisins in it before adding to the dough)

The dough was not so steep. I did it in the cartoon for a couple of 40 minutes. Why they were torn apart - I don't know yet. Maybe you need more eggs ... But my eaters liked it.

Ilona

Ksyusha, well, everything! Now you will definitely have to bake!
Ilona
Man, I'm in a hurry with the office report! The gingerbreads turned out with a bang !!! I also stuffed cinnamon and ginger in there. I made two portions at once. I tested one on the staff, and I’ll take the second home to my children, so to speak, I’ll come with some presents!
Gee ... the gingerbreads are ridiculous through the lattice "roots put down". For the fig glaze I repent of course, but it didn't work out better at work in the microwave

Ilona! What a fine fellow you are! The gingerbread turned out to be wonderful! I am very glad that your colleagues liked it too. I never cease to be amazed at what you cook at work. Hope the kids enjoy it too! Let them eat it!

The instigator.
Today I overeat cottage cheese makers. Took like a fool to soap But gingerbread hunting too. We'll have to oven
izumka
SonadoraThanks for the tasty treat! This recipe was first seen by my daughter and quickly prepared for her family - they really liked it! And now we are happy - I immediately made a double portion, one in the multicooker and the second in the steamer pan. They have grown a lot for me too and merged together.
They have only one drawback - they are eaten quickly!

This flaw is easily corrected. You can bake more. Fortunately, this is not a troublesome business.

Ksyusha, yeah, I'm so ...infection.
katerok
(y) Thanks a lot for the wonderful recipe! now he is my favorite! I cooked it for my husband, I personally barely got half of the gingerbread out of 5 large gingerbread. Said it was not tasty right away, you can not even try ...

That's right!!! After a plump dinner, another 600 g of milk on top and only a little full!
Snusmumrik
Sonadora, thank you very much from my whole family for the gingerbread recipe! It turned out very tasty, but not very beautiful. In my case, they not only sprouted through the holes, but also reached the water. Probably, the next time a double boiler should be put in the MV, when the water is already boiling. And another question, did your girls separate the gingerbreads well from the steamer? And then she barely scraped off mine, maybe the steamer should have been lubricated?
Lenny
It is necessary to warn that these things are delicious, I would have hammered a double portion at once, And then for one tooth.
Only I have a question, should the dough be cool? I got cakes out
And 40 minutes was enough time? I had to add.
Snusmumrik
I had a steep dough, it gathered in a heap only with wet hands and 40 minutes was enough, all the gingerbread cookies were ready.
Sonadora
Snusmumrik, I didn't grease the cooking basket with anything. I poured water into a saucepan both cold and hot, I did not notice any difference.

Lenny, the dough should be very tough. Most likely, the baking time was not enough due to the soft dough.

Thanks for attention! I will definitely do them more than once, so I'll practice some more!
Sonadora
Snusmumrik, then we'll wait with the photo!
Snusmumrik
I solemnly swear!
Sonadora
Agreed!
Giraffe
Honest pioneer, steamed gingerbread is the first time I hear about this. I'm ready to test tomorrow, but the question arose: is the presence of nuts necessary? It's just that nuts don't stay in our family, so I'm unlikely to find at least one. And no one admits to eating
Snusmumrik
As promised, this time it brought not only a huge thank you Sonadorbut also a photo of the result! Sorry for the quality, I had to capture it with my phone!

This time I put the steamer in the cartoon at the moment of boiling water and the "stalactites" were much shorter, I didn't grease the basket again, but let it stand a little before taking it out on the wire rack and the gingerbread cookies popped out much more fun!
Well, the taste is beyond praise!
Lenny
Heh, and today I muddied the gingerbreads in the second round. Delicious. I made the dough cooler and everything turned out great. By the way, I replaced butter with vegetable, the taste did not suffer.
