Marina111, I raise the chicken "on the side" so that the pieces lean against the walls of the bowl, and put the potatoes between them. And potatoes on top are obtained if you need a lot. And it turns out deliciously if you add 2 tbsp of water to 2 MC of water. l sour cream and 1 tbsp. l tomato paste. Chicken with potatoes in sauce. Sometimes I add more water, my pets like to have gravy, but this is if I do it with sour cream and tomato. Try it.

Happy New Year everyone!!!!!!!!!
I hasten to share my joy. On the 30th I received a parcel from Polina, I ordered a frying bowl from her. At a height of 138 mm, like our own, a little wider in circumference under the rim I have 70.2 cm, and the bowl is 70.4, but it entered easily and naturally The only difference is in the thickness of the walls, our own bowl is thicker.
I baked a sponge cake in it yesterday, and it came up higher and did not burn, but turned brown. Just a nuance, why is there heating in baking? I missed the end time and the heating turned on, my biscuit steamed a little
So in the New Year I am with a new bowl and new possibilities of my multi !!!!!

Happy New Year everyone!

I also got jammed with a non-native bowl. The valve was clean, barely opened with my husband ... Now there are only pastries in the non-native bowl. It is a pity that the forum did not open before, as it jammed exactly on December 31st.
Can you imagine the sensations? What technical service ???
Today I will start the cartoon after this episode, but the cup will already be dear.
Marina111
There is no limit to my joy! Still, a pressure cooker makes life much easier compared to a conventional multicooker. Today I cooked beef broth. The first broth was made on a multichef 110 degrees for 5 minutes. Surprisingly quickly, Moulinex entered the regime and began to cook. I thought it would take much longer. It’s a pity I hadn’t timed it! I drained the water. Poured the meat with hot water to the maximum, cooking mode 50 minutes. And walk! I came from a walk, the pressure has already been relieved. The beauty! Universal handles make life a lot easier! I cooked in my own bowl. In an ordinary slow cooker, I would cook this broth for three hours, but I generally keep quiet about the stove ... The mother-in-law also has a Mulinex pressure cooker, but she does not cook anything in it except pilaf. Today she saw how easy it is to make beef broth and decided that from now on, broths are only in Mula. Moreover, the softness of the meat and the father-in-law was satisfied. The next step will be for me to work on myself - I need to overpower myself and cook soups in Mula. I can’t change myself yet, but I’m already very close to it)))))
Nyctalus
Happy New Year to everybody!

And for me it is not a slow cooker yet, but some kind of meat cooker. No matter what and how I did, but the meat is delicious all the time, and with the rest there is always something, thank God. On New Year's Eve, I tried to bake meat with potatoes and fruits, the meat is delicious, the potatoes are tasty, the fruits are also nothing, but they burned and even stuck.
Now I'll try to cook porridge again. The last time it poured water, or something, it turned out to be quite a mess, there will be attempt number two.

Quote: Marina111
overpower yourself and cook soups in Mula. I can’t change myself yet, but I’m already very close to this)))))
And I, it seems, will soon play enough and return to cooking soups on the stove. Well, I cannot adapt to the fact that the lid cannot be opened!

Oh, girls, why I don’t understand you, what’s difficult is that the lid cannot be opened, I fried it, threw everything, and the mustache ... is free))) be sure to adapt, it's very convenient, I could understand if there was a taste worse than on the stove, because on the contrary, everything tastes better. Maybe only it seems to me so.Let's get used to it, you don't have to go back to the stove (well, if only sometimes), otherwise the mule will be offended, and God forbid it gets angry (just kidding of course))))
Nyctalus
Larra, well ... I cook vegetables in soup for different times: potatoes for 15 minutes, carrots for 3-4 minutes, cabbage for 5-7 minutes, greens for 1-2 minutes, etc. And when I throw everything in at once, it turns out that something is wrong then somehow it is not so.
And if you cook only in a multicooker, then the stove will be offended.

The porridge turned out to be half. On the bottom half, the top is undercooked.
Jula62
And I only like borscht in a mule. The soup tastes better on the stove at times. In a mule it turns out somehow bland.
Marina111
If borscht turns out delicious in a mule, then cabbage soup should turn out good, right? Then pea, according to reviews, turns out wonderful. I think to try this: first the broth in a mule, while it is overcooking on the stove and preparing the rest of the vegetables, then after straining the broth, combine everything in the bowl, the soup mode, and then bring it to taste on the stove or on a multishefe with an open lid, if you do not need to pour into a saucepan. Something like this...
With cereals, the experience is as follows: I take long oatmeal 1m / s + 3-3.5m / s liquid, sugar to taste, oatmeal mode, porridge is very good! I have not tried any other porridge.
More baked goods need to be tested ...
Marina111
The question is ripe! In a Panasonic multicooker, I cook compotes on a steam cooking mode for 5 minutes. The temperature is there by default, but what is not written in the instructions, the boil is good, then I leave it to infuse in a closed multicooker. In Mula, as I understand it, this is a multi-chef bulette with an unlocked lid for 5 minutes, and the temperature? 105? Who cooks how?
StormFox
Hello everyone,

First of all - Happy New Year to everyone!
Health and well-being to you and your loved ones! ..
And of course - successful conquest of new culinary heights)))

As promised - my reports from the fields. Because of the New Year's bustle with a saucepan, I had fun only 2 times - once again I cooked apple charlotte and buckwheat. Actually,

Apple charlotte

After lumpy first pancake made the corrections indicated in the same place and prepared like this:

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 200 g (from the recipe book)
  • Eggs - 5 pcs. (from the recipe book)
  • Sugar - 150 g (from the recipe book), here I took the usual white, NOT cane, as for the first time
  • Apple - 500 g Here I took 3 medium apples, 3 tangerines + 1 medium banana
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp (from the recipe book)
  • Butter (for greasing the mold) - 20 g (from the recipe book)

Preparation:

  • Beat eggs with sugar until smooth, add flour and baking powder, mix until smooth (from the recipe book) - a blender helped, everything took 3-4 minutes
  • Filling: cut the apples into thin slices, simply disassemble the tangerines into slices, cut the banana into 3-5 mm rings
  • To facilitate lubrication, the cup was heated for 5 minutes, 20 g of oil was evenly smeared on the bottom and walls
  • On the bottom I laid out a layer of apples in 2-3 slices (in last time oranges are clearly burnt), then the remains are mixed
  • Naturally poured the dough on top, evenly distributed the mass with a spoon to accelerate
  • Set the BAKE mode to 40 minutes - and put it here 35 minutes
  • Upon completion of the regime, he almost immediately pulled out the cup and threw it into the cold for 5 minutes, then turned it out on a plate

Results / conclusions:

  • This time it didn’t burn - but only browned! So that 35 minutes they rule))) Perhaps next time I will put 36-37 - so that there is also a "crust" at the top, even though its semblance)
  • Apples at the bottom - unambiguously and always, oranges for some reason burn terribly, but here everything was ok
  • The pie fell out of the cup on its own - just turned it over. Happiness! Height - about 6 cm, for me it is not necessary anymore, biting is convenient))
  • It tastes much better, no dryness! I think regular sugar + 35 minutes instead of 40 did the trick!
  • There was a lot of fruit for the dough volume, so either reduce a little, or more dough, 6-7 eggs need
  • Subjectively: bananas + apples - great together!

Buckwheat (for garnish)

By default, there is no such recipe, so I smoked our forum and assembled the following composition in parts:

Ingredients:

  • Buckwheat - 2 m / s, a dusty bag of "Suvorov" cereal was found on the shelf
  • Water - 3 m / s, i.e. the proportion cereal: water = 1: 1.5
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (I don't like too salty)

Preparation:

  • I washed the groats to clean water on a sieve in a bowl of water
  • Washed buckwheat into a cup, poured water
  • I set the default mode "Rice / groats" (time - 9 minutes) and crossed my fingers)))
  • At the end of the regime, I immediately let off steam with a button (impatience just shook me!). Opening the lid, I saw ... in principle, similar to a crumbly porridge!))) Only it was clearly damp, left it for another 15 minutes on the heating. Somewhat helped the situation and gave ground for thought / adjustments for the future

Results / conclusions:

  • Unambiguously cook for at least 15 minutes on mode - or even 20. ALL, advise here from your experience pliz!
  • Proportion cereal: water = 1: 1.5 excellent for me. For variations on the theme "drier / thinner" change within 1 : 1.3...1.7, no more + play with heating after
  • I forgot to even put butter, but together with the traditional chicken stew in a pan, the porridge went away without it)))
  • Nothing burned to the cup, even without a hint))

Future plans:

  • So until now I have not cooked "just potatoes" ...
  • To overcome laziness and still master potatoes with mushrooms - even in the book from the kit there is such a recipe))
  • The next cereal according to the plan is side dish rice. ALL, advise here from your experience pliz!
Marina111
StormFox, and bananas with tangerines laid out evenly on the "floor" above the apples? Or mixed with dough?
Marina111
Has anyone tried lining the bottom of the bowl with baking parchment? I baked charlotte, apples on the bottom, oiled with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour. Redmond bowl. Baking 35min. The charlotte is tall, but the apples at the bottom turned black and some of the apples stuck to the bottom ...
Have you tried mixing apples with dough? Is charlotte baked in this case?
Nyctalus
Marina111, I tried to line it, but it was a recipe muffin somewhere higher up the branch, without apples. My bottom still darkened a little (and the paper stuck to death). I tried to mix fruit with dough (or pour half of the dough into a mold, put fruit, pour in the second half of the dough) when I baked in the oven, it seemed normal; probably it should work in a multicooker.

Colleague,
I cook cereals (rice in the same place) according to one algorithm. One part of cereals (rice, buckwheat, Artek-type wheat groats, etc.) one part of water.
Cooking technology: rinse the cereals thoroughly, place in a bowl, add salt (I just like you do not like salted) add water at the rate of 1 cup of cereal - 1 cup of water. Mode - "Rice / cereals" - 9 minutes. After cooking, leave on the heating for 10 minutes.
When I cook rice, I add a little olive oil and Mediterranean herbs - I put everything together with the rice in the bowl.

Bon Appetit!

In fact, it turned out that I mixed it with the dough + it (the dough) was not enough compared to the fruit - the fruit barely covered it, they even "stuck out" above the surface. But, as a result, everything was baked gorgeous - nothing "raw" was even close.
Quote: Nyctalus
probably, in a multicooker it should turn out
I confirm - everything works out!
I will definitely add bananas to the apple - they give the final cake softness, that is, it is NOT dry.Well, this is subjective for my taste - maybe for someone, pure apples are normal.

n.copoka,

Thanks for the advice, I will certainly try to cook this way - according to what was written is elementary)

What am I doing wrong ?! Yesterday I cooked buckwheat ... well, I tried to cook it. I had some gravy (stew juice, wet vegetables), I added 1 part washed (wet) buckwheat and 1 part water, cooked for 10 minutes. When I opened the lid, there was half-baked cereal on top, there was no liquid at all in the pan. I added 1/3 of the water, put it on a multi-cooker for 15 minutes, as a result, the porridge on top remained slightly undercooked, the bottom part was very boiled. Apparently, initially there was not enough fluid? But I had somewhere one to one and a half, if not more liquid, and you have one to one! Why doesn't my slow cooker like cereals so much ?!

Quote: StormFox
What kind of herbs
I suspect that the mixture is like "Provencal herbs", there is rosemary, thyme, something else. When cooking cereals, I put a little dry thyme on a side dish, it seems to be a relative of thyme.
StormFox
ALL,

Conscientiously smoked the topic so as not to repeat myself and not ask frankly stupid repeated questions, but nevertheless I would like to summarize on the topic of additional. cups + accessories for 🔗 ("White Mula" among the people)

So, it was written above in the topic (in particular, here and next to it on the same page):
Quote: Nadin1234
I've just written above which cups are suitable for 503132 (to the white mule). These are the Redmond bowls.

From the analysis of the branch, I was interested in such toys (I give links for certainty to future readers):

  • 🔗 - as I understand it, this is the same non-stick bowl that will be suitable for baking and frying, but alas, NOT suitable for modes with a lock, because the foreignness of the bowl will then pour into inability to open the lid - about the way it happened in this example...
  • 🔗 - it is written that ideal for making soups... I also want to master them, but here question to ALL: what about the blocking during cooking ??? Or in what mode should you cook the soup? Or ... not destiny to use this with the "White Mule"?
  • 🔗 - question to ALL: is there any benefit from such a contraption? Maybe someone has it? Your impressions pliz! Or here's an alternative: 🔗 - what do you think?
  • 🔗 - Pts cute, and I also want to master yogurt. Is it worth taking - from the point of view of convenience?
  • 🔗 - I want to take something instead of the default stand (which, to put it mildly, miserable ...), but the following phrase from the text on the link confuses:
Suitable only for REDMOND multicooker with a 5 liter bowl, not suitable for pressure cookers.
As I understand it, this means that cooking under pressure, again, will not work with such a cup because of incompatibility?

Thanks a lot in advance for your tips / answers!)

P.S. Not sure why, but in the links above, the correct address is in the multivarka part.pro for some reason changes to ru.com - that's why all links in the text became broken ...
Nyctalus
StormFox, I bought REDMOND RAM-CL2 pens. What can I say: I use them, and quite often. This is an accessory for impatient people who urgently need to pour / pour hot contents from the bowl. If you leave the dish to cool in the slow cooker, then it is not a problem to take it out with your hands, but if it still boils and hisses, then I personally feel uncomfortable with a rag or oven mitt. I didn't hold the tongs in my hands, but a) pens were cheaper; b) it seems to me that holding a boiling pan by the handle located above this very pan will be hot.

I also don't like my native steaming stand, I'm also going to buy a replacement for it. But I think that you need to choose a silicone one, which is placed inside the pan (one of these was brought somewhere a little higher in the discussion with pictures).Anything that rests on the top of the bowl, in theory, will prevent the pressure cooker from closing hermetically.

I don't know anything about the jars. I wrote above: I took three half-liter cans, I got it cheap and cheerful. Moreover, the instructions do not say anything about this, so I just put it in a dry bowl without any substrates (I hope the coating will survive this, but next time I will have to spread the paper at least). And also, they say, people just pour milk into the bowl. So, in principle, buy jars only for aesthetic reasons.
Nadin1234
I have all these toys. The REDMOND RAM-CL1 tongs are quite comfortable, the removable handle of the REDMOND RAM-CL2 is convenient in that you can tilt the bowl and pour, that is, either one or the other, both pieces are useless. In general, I just bought silicone gloves for a ridiculous price (80 rubles) and they are better, IMHO. You pull out two, hold in one bowl while stirring so that it does not spin.
REDMOND RAM-G1 jars are good quality, but expensive. I have similar jars in the yogurt maker, but Redmond has better quality of lids, not tight, etc. They did not fit for me because they are wide and there are fewer of them in the cartoon. I bought jars of Severin (8 of them are on sale) and 7 of them fit perfectly. But, of course, if there are many eaters
About the steam container. For a pressure cooker, you need to take a steel one, which is for 3 liters, REDMOND RAM-ST3 (steel). It is placed on the bottom stand.

Redmond handles are suitable for the native Moulinex bowl and are not suitable for the Redmond A-523 bowl, because it is slightly lower than the native bowl, and there is nothing to grab onto the handles. And for the native bowl - super! Now I'll think about the silicone mittens, because there is nothing to pull out the Redmond bowl, and I can't wait until it cools down.

these are herbs from a bag "Mediterranean herbs" TM "ECO" - a mix of herbs - thyme (oregano), coriander, marjoram, thyme, green parsley.
You can buy a bag right away, you can mix what you like yourself.

TM "ECO" has many types of such herbs - Provencal herbs, Italian herbs, etc. (not advertising).

I have one question - what program did you cook on? I tried different programs, and all the same - "RICE / KRUPY" = same thing. 9 minutes (default time) + 10 minutes on heating. And everything works out with different cereals.
Nyctalus
n.copoka, cooked just for "rice / cereals", then out of desperation cooked it on a multi-cooker at 100 degrees. The third attempt to cook porridge - and every time something is wrong, then undercooked, then overcooked, then something else. It's already some kind of a matter of honor now - to squeeze normal porridge out of the multicooker.
n.copoka
Nyctalus,
and how much did they keep on heating?
Nyctalus
n.copoka, but I don't remember that. Maybe she immediately let off steam and opened it (I have curiosity like Carlson, I must see how it is there!). Do you think this is the case?
n.copoka
Nyctalus,
one hundred%. I had the same story several times - for the first time when I cooked porridge .. porridge didn't work out ... and then I just forgot to turn off the heating when the cooking time ended. It took 10-15 minutes on heating - turned it off, opened it - and there was perfectly cooked porridge))). When I cook wheat porridge, I keep it on the heat longer - 15-20 minutes. The steam goes down by itself ...
With rice, 10 minutes are enough for heating .. I love "basmatti" and "jasmine" and it always turns out crumbly - grain to grain.
Try it and you ... do not rush to open it. And you will succeed)))
StormFox
Nyctalus, n.copoka,

I just cooked buckwheat for the second time, taking into account adjustments and observations from the first... So,

Buckwheat (for garnish), attempt # 2

Ingredients:

  • Buckwheat - 2 m / s
  • Water - 3 m / s, i.e. the proportion cereal: water = 1: 1.5
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (I don't like very salty)
  • Butter - a piece of about 20 g (in a ready-made porridge)

Preparation:

  • I washed the groats to clean water on a sieve in a bowl of water
  • Washed buckwheat into a cup, poured water
  • I set the "Rice / cereal" mode, time - 12 minutes (this is +3 minutes from the default time)
  • At the end of the mode did not touch the pan (pacified curiosity) - that is, steam did NOT release, but left another 15 minutes on heating

Results / conclusions:

  • Patience has been rewarded! The porridge is super-duper, crumbly, no dampness) While stirring the butter - ate from hunger spoons 5)))
  • Proportion cereal: water = 1: 1.5 excellent for me. In fact, it turns out a little less water - because the cups of water are not to the brim, but the cereals are poured under the edge. But, I repeat once again: this is probably the most subjective parameter - dry for one will be wet for another. Such ratios are just right for me)
  • Nothing burned to the cup, even without a hint))

* Glowed up eating porridge))) *

Hooray, I've finally cooked edible pea soup.
2 ms of dry peas, one medium onion, two to three carrots, five to six small potatoes, a little white root, the rest (I had a hundred grams) of smoked sausage, about 4 tbsp. l. ketchup (about a third of a small package), 1.5 tsp. salt, about 1 tsp. pepper and spices for the first courses combined.
I washed the peas, poured boiling water over up to a third of the bowl and set them to simmer for 40 minutes.
While it was cooking, I fried onions, carrots, roots and sausage (carrots in cubes, onions with thick quarter rings, sausage in small cubes, roots a little larger than they would have rubbed on a coarse grater) in refined vegetable oil. I was in a hurry, because I was frying on the stove, I did not wait for the multicooker to become free.
When the peas were cooked, I blew off the steam after 5-7 minutes (I should have waited longer, but I was in a hurry), left all the remaining products in the bowl - coarsely chopped potatoes, vegetables fried with sausage, salt, spices, tomato, - added boiling water so that two centimeters did not reach the maximum mark, I set the "soup" program for 6 minutes. I blew off the steam and opened the slow cooker 10 minutes after the end of the program, added seasonings on the tip of the knife - and hurray, this is finally a normal pea soup!

The potatoes are slightly overcooked, the carrots, too, should be set for 4-5 minutes.
When the steam was bleeding off, the multicooker hissed strongly, it would be necessary to wait a little longer for it to bleed off the steam itself.
I forgot to put the lavrushka.
The potato turned out to be very tasty, it is good that I cut it coarsely. The carrots even crunched a little more, not quite soft.
Peas (yellow) are almost completely boiled, you can put 35 minutes, probably.
It is better to add seasonings at the end, after the end of cooking, otherwise they will fizzle out.
Everything took about an hour and a half.

But I said that the car is normal, just crooked hands!

Girls, HELP !!!!!!!!! Today on the "Yogurt" program - I lock the lid, and it gives me an EO (error), three times in a row I reset and rearranged the program, after 3 times I started the cooking process. Now I climbed to check, maybe it's time to turn it off, I lock the lid - and again the same thing. Did anyone have this? The dear bowl is standing, everything is as usual, I don't understand anything
Larra
Olga, this was not the case, I have not made yogurt for a long time, now I turned it on, checked my own. I closed, locked the lid and set the "yogurt" - 8 o'clock, the cursor ran, then everything is fine. Have you checked other programs? Check the cover is removable, does the O-ring fit well? Where is our specialist on technical issues, Vasily, maybe he can help with something, he has already helped out with advice more than once)))

Hello everyone,

to your attention - the results of the following experiment:

Fried potatoes with mushrooms (of 🔗, from. 22)

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (large) - 4 pcs. (from the recipe book)
  • Mushrooms (champignons) - about 250 g: there were about 650 unpeeled, but I divided into 2 portions, the second one froze
  • Maaaaaa small piece of bacon - lying restless in the refrigerator, and its time has come)) My supplement, NOT according to the recipe from the book
  • Bulb onions - 1 pc. (from the recipe book)
  • Vegetable oil - 4-5 tbsp. l.: in fact, lil as always by eye)) (according to the book - 4 tbsp. l.)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves "from mom": this means the size is such that count the whole "standard" head)
  • Salt, black / white pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  • Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, mushrooms - thin slices, onions - half rings, chop garlic (from the recipe book) + finely chop a piece of bacon
  • Pour vegetable oil into a slow cooker (pour it over the eye - so that the bottom is covered, but not more), put potatoes, mushrooms, onions, garlic in it, add salt and pepper (from the recipe book) + chopped bacon there
  • Set mode FRIED for 20 minutes. Close the lidbut not block (from the recipe book) - by default it is 160 ° C
  • Stir after the end of the mode (from the recipe book)

Results / conclusions:

  • I open the lid as a result, and then ... No, a new life has not arisen))) And nothing burned out, but purely outwardly, and it tasted like a potato - it was damp + VERY humid ... Therefore, without closing the lid, I turned on for another 5 minutes, the FRY modebut put 170 ° C - and stirred to evaporate excess moisture
  • As a result, the potatoes and mushrooms were not raw, but they could not be called fried either - rather stewed... I repeat - probably because of the lid closed during the main 20-minute "frying" everything was very damp
  • The best seasoning is hunger, so of course I ate this potato-mushroom porridge in 5 minutes, but ... ALL, scold / advise pliz how to get it fried potatoes (mushrooms) in a saucepan?

Thanks in advance!

P.S. that's right now it's being cooked millet porridge, the results of course will be - but later! * Where is my big spoon?))) *
Larra
StormFox, of course, it is better to fry potatoes with mushrooms at 170 * with the lid open, first the mushrooms with onions (so that the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates), and then add the potatoes and fry until tender, then it turns out fried. The whole process takes me about 30-35 minutes. Not very fast, of course, but delicious. I stir every 10 minutes.
Nyctalus
Yesterday I cooked wheat for kutya. Wheat was beaten, which is usually boiled for 40-60 minutes.
Cooked: the ratio of wheat / water (boiling water) - 1: 1.5; mode - "rice / cereal"; time - 13 minutes program + about 20 minutes on auto heating.
What happened: not all of the water evaporated, a little remained, I had to drain; the wheat is soft, as in my opinion - a little twisted. It seems to me that 9-10 minutes of the program and no more than 15 minutes of auto-heating would be enough. Saving time, consider, no, so just for the sake of experiment.

Lara, I checked it today - it does not work on any program, I lock the lid, but it gives an error
it looks like the end of my assistant has come, tomorrow we will carry it to the service

Larra
Olёnka, Olenka, it's very sad (((I sympathize ... Then write what the problem was, I hope they will fix it. Good luck with the service. Do not worry.

I just started cooking cans of condensed milk in milk porridge mode. Something I strongly doubt that I will cook it. Maybe someone has already tried it and will tell you how to do it correctly)

Olya, well, it's probably already cooked, as a result? Did you cook it straight in the bank?
Topolek
Larra, this is incredible ............., but I didn't succeed))))) Yeah, I cooked it in a jar, put a silicone mold in it at the bottom of the pan and put the jar. It was necessary to cook jellied meat in the mode! Later, the time did not bother me, and, nevertheless, I drank some tea with this misunderstanding, it had a slightly yellowish tint, it tasted like completely undercooked condensed milk)

Topolek,
So how long did it take to cook? It should be at least an hour, probably

Girls, you will forgive me, of course, but why mock a mule like that? Boil condensed milk in it, etc. The same can be done on the stove in a saucepan. Well, yes, you need to go up a couple of times and check the bank there, so what? Yes, it takes a long time to cook. So what? I think (IMHO) if you want to immediately boiled condensed milk, then you just have to go and buy it. And if you just do it yourself for fun, you can put it on the stove. I have a special saucepan for these purposes. And cook when there is no one in the kitchen and nothing else is being cooked there (so as not to overtake the heat). Do not be offended, there is no need to answer, I just wanted to write for a long time that the mule cannot completely replace the stove. I don't understand why people, for example, fry potatoes in it. Will it really be more useful from a mule bowl than from a frying pan. I'm just a mother of 2 small children and then I find time to cook on the stove, and not force a mule on every occasion. Now everyone can say that the device has been bought and, like, let it work out its money ... But why drive it so much? Please do not be offended, I am out of good faith. Just think (what are you lazy ...)
Larra
Jula62, Yulenka, what is there to be offended at, because everyone adapts kitchen appliances in his own way, I cook almost everything in a mule, I do not fry often, it is harmful just))) at least I try to cook less fried, and on the stove there are mostly pancakes, pancakes and so on. It's just that the mule is under the hood, just on the stove, and every time it is really lazy to pull it from there, if only the need is direct. And so it is easier for me to wash the bowl one more time than to rearrange everything from place to place. We are such lazy people. Maybe I would use gas more often, only the mule is very conveniently attached to it, and next to it is another, and HP, and a sandwich maker, where to put everything ... so that the stove is also open. The kitchen would have a bigger size)))
