Pork (shoulder) 500 g
Red currant berries on demand
Sour apples on demand

Cooking method

  • Place the meat in the bag with red currant berries along with twigs and slices of sour apple.

  • We tie the bag tightly. Put it on the bottom of the bowl, pour water to the middle of the bag with meat.
  • I decided to do it in "Manual mode" - I needed to quickly heat up at high T - set T max, time 30 minutes, then stage 2 - T 95, time 1 hour, and the last stage - also 1 hour.
  • I also left the heating. In total, it turned out from the beginning of the launch a little over 4 hours.
  • The meat, of course, melts in your mouth!

Oh, someone's somehow not quite. I took a pork shoulder. It turned out sour and tasteless. Covered with red currants, young shoots of black currants and apples. Fragrantly agree, but really demanded salt and spices. Reanimated on a plate with salt and ground ginger. Next time I'll try to add all this to the meat. Maybe I wasn't expecting it?
