Lyi, congratulations on your purchase!

I still bought Panasonic 257 for 8,000 rubles. I decided not to mess with the Internet, since shipment for me is only possible by a parcel, and this is 1.2 thousand rubles plus, that is, if the stove is 6000 + 1200 = 7200. The difference is small, but there are options for malfunctions.
The stove that many have and is good, which we advised you to, costs only 2600 re, not 6000.

I here in a personal asked a friend what kind of mysterious backlash about which they often write here .. we so decided that this is when the pin for the stirrer dangles in the bucket? This is true? and still it seems because of this then the buckets flow? Glory to those eggs that we have cheap stoves and no backlashes
Rina
Gypsy, play on the stirrer, not on the axis. In the mixer (paddle), the hole is larger than the pin. Because of this, the blade "dangles". But this does not affect the quality of kneading and bread in any way.
Gypsy
a, it is clear now. Thanks And we also thought that it might be the gap between the blade and the bottom of the bucket
Lyi
Mastering my stove. The main mode was relatively successful. The crust was light and the bread was very very pale. But it seems to be baked. His son took him to work for his employees for lunch, I didn't even have time to look and try. He conveyed that everyone liked the bread. (aside) Would they have said that if he hadn't been their boss? But he also ate this bread, says that it is normal. And he is still the capricious of me ...
With the French came out bad luck, I even had to ask for help on the forum. All the oohs and oohs are here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...n=com_smf&topic=65691.120
But on the night of the timer I'll put on the French again according to Uncle Sam's recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ption=com_smf&topic=33.70 ... It is necessary to test this mode too, so that later, when the HP return time is missed, it turns out that this particular mode does not work.
I stroke myself on the head in advance and say: patience, patience ...

Tsyganochka, the HP that you advised me is not on sale in the Russian Federation. And then, I already left in search.
So I will master Panas, I will try to learn better and be patient.

Yes, for some reason I missed this link. Although it would have cost me 2600 + 1200 (transfer) = 3800 via the Internet, although just in case I wrote it down in my notebook, when I again go to that store with an abundance of HP, I'll see if it is there. Maybe I'll buy it in addition. (My son giggles that I got 4 stoves at once, including Hitachi!)
Well, and also as an option, if I don’t work out with Panas, I’m probably too impatient for him, or all his slow reactions and other incomprehensibility will outweigh the good quality of the bread, I’ll go to change.Within 14 days I have the right.
Indeed, Klatronic has everything that interested me: both French and sweet, except for dumplings, but there is simply dough.
sazalexter
Gypsy That's right, they are not in simple electronics stores such as Matrix and Media Markt and super in the capitals. And even more so in small provincial towns
Gypsy
Lyi, dumplings dough can be kneaded in x \ n even if there is only one bread program in it. Turn on any bread program or any program * dough * and after the end of kneading, turn off the oven, or even earlier if the dough is kneaded enough. All
You look at the link at the rice cooker / multicooker Brand, it costs 2900 or something .. not expensive. Maybe you need it or already have it?

Yes, on my Hitachi, I did the dumplings dough, although every time I looked with fear, God forbid, it would break.
I have a Panasonic multicooker and I have already paid through the Internet and seemed to be sent by mail on 09/10/10 (a copy of the receipt was sent to my e-mail) Cuckoo 1054 F.
I took a chance, although my heart is still trembling, I still had to send 24.5 thousand rubles to who knows where. This is with forwarding.

So far, there seems to be no delay, the parcel to us takes 7-10 days, that is, I will start to worry and fiddle with him somewhere from 17-20. Fie, fie, fie over the left shoulder ... Let everything be fine.
Lyi
Sazalexter!
There was a technical question, and in my opinion you understand this.
I stated everything here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...&topic=80533.30#msg315220
Please, see post 34. Can there be such a defect in baking that affects not only baking, but also the rise, or I have glitches and this collider is to blame for everything?
And besides, is it possible to leave this HP or immediately run to exchange for the same one. Of course, I will also try to bake bread purely on baking dough + pause + baking, and if it turns out to be completely white again, then I will probably run to give up. (?)
PS Today I got my Cuckoo.

The bad news is that all this also affects the splendor of the dough, the size (splendor) of the loaf and its taste are completely different for 400 grams of flour and 500 grams, as if the recipes are also different.
It is unlikely that this will change by changing the crust. Although, of course, I will try all the options. But most likely I will go along the line of least resistance and will only bake bread with 500 grams.

Lyi Do not panic ahead of time, bake according to proven recipes (I gave you the link), for starters, leave your creativity for later! You just need to understand the new HP.
It's not Hitachi! Everything is different here

I would be glad to Paradise, but sins are not allowed., I try not to get upset. But how to explain that the same recipe for 400 and 500 grams, but the taste, appearance are different.
Everything, I will not start over again (I am calm, calm ...).
Of course you are right and I am pleased with your opinion as a specialist that this should not be a defect. I really don't want to contact the store and exchange.
sazalexter
Lyi Very simply you are comparing two different methods of baking: on the machine and manually with the interruption of the program, and this, as they say, "two big differences"
Ulyanka
Before buying HP, I raped almost an Internet, I read a lot in this topic, I poked around in the neighboring ones for a long time .... From the abundance of information, reviews, the tower was almost blown away! Well this is just kapets, how much you need to take into account! I decided that I would go to the hardware store and look at each camp from all sides on the spot! I was poking around in KhP for a long time, for several days I was methodically feeling, examining, "trying to taste".

Brief conclusions of the meticulous aunt:

Outwardly inexpensive Alaska didn’t appeal to me, I thought and turned it over .... I brushed aside options with streamlined shapes (and this is almost all inexpensive: Daewoo, Cameron, Alaska, Zelmer, Arieta, Supra - wow, how much we have, it turns out! ). Appearance is a matter of taste, of course, I was just capricious, it seems to me that the streamlined shape of the unit will take up more space. I confess that rectangular shapes are nicer to me.

I looked closely at LG - it raised doubts about the reliability of the push-button control unit - on some used samples, this unit looked somehow "depressed", sometimes already cracked. I didn't want that myself ..... Pressing the buttons themselves was worth the effort. Thus, I dismissed a few more models because of a similar button block (Zelmer has, Arieta, something else, you can't remember all of them, I will say in fairness that I liked Panasinik's buttons, I pressed Pts pleasantly, easily, and immediately it was it is clear that the button was pressed, it was clearly not clear from LG).

Ulyanka
Despite their high cost (they were inserted at a price significantly higher than others), Panasonic categorically did not like the bucket mount. Well, that is, everyone has almost identical fastening, I'm talking about quality. It was absent. The bucket was not going to be attached. I made the assumption that when kneading it will beat against the walls of the HP. I looked in more than one store, and more than one model (I dug 4 of them for sure), and more than one copy. The quality of the bucket finish, however, I really liked. It is somehow very decent, dense, glossy, to the touch, as it were, oily. I liked it very much. I saw a similar coating of the bucket in Arieta 130.
The quality of the bucket itself is also at its best - if I am not mistaken, this is the only manufacturer who did without additional. rivets at the bottom of the bucket - and this, you know, is a plus to the bucket's "leakproofness" (according to the principle of "fewer holes - less possibility of leaks.) This is a plus. But the minus overpowered the plus. I did not consider more Panasonic."

Moulinex and Tefali scolded a lot here, so I didn't look at them for the purpose of buying, but in comparison they were curious to me. I noted their guaranteed attachment of the bucket - on the sides in the upper part of the oven chamber there were seal latches, precisely and tightly fixing the position of the bucket inside the HP. I saw the same mount on Arieta 130. To be honest, I even considered it very much for the purpose of buying.Highly.

At the end of the race, two models reached the finals: Arieta 130 and Kenwood 250. Both with stamped buckets, Arieta, however, had better performance, rivets were not so shameful. Plus she had the fact that she had the possibility of programming! Eva, how! There is only one program. And yet - there was the illumination of the HP oven! Turning on and off is a pleasure! And a neon blue backlit display.
Kenwood lacked all of this. BUT: there was a clearly quieter engine operation. This circumstance and the ability to adjust the weight of baked goods from 500 to 1000 g determined my final choice! At Arieta, I was alarmed that the weight of the baking was not indicated in the passport at all, on the sticker supposedly three weights, two to check, and it is not known what ... I thoroughly checked the bucket attachment in Kenwood and was satisfied. It's not as concrete as Arieta's, but acceptable. It won't dangle when mixing, I decided.

In general, I became the proud owner of Kesha 250! Everything suited me in him.
LiudmiLka
Ulyanka, congratulations on your HP purchase!
As you thoroughly approached its purchase, you felt everything live
When I chose, I basically sat on the forum and asked the price virtually.
Ulyanka
Oh thanks! So I sat at the forum, virtually looked closely, but realized that a correspondence choice was impossible, I needed to watch it live, what materials, how everything was done, whether it was bothered, etc. I almost always “try on” a purchase for a long time. In my opinion, this is important so as not to regret it later. Still, not a cheap purchase.
LiudmiLka
By the way, I also met live, but not so fanatically. The Panasonic 255 was some kind of basement assembly. I found Kenwood-250 in only one place, I liked it, was going to buy, but someone whistled at his stirrer, and he was alone. I had to abandon the purchase.
In general, I wish you good bread and everything else
9oksana9
Who likes Kenwood - see also models 350 (with convection) and 450 (with convection, programming and dispenser)
Rina
Ulyanka, you got excited about attaching the bucket from Panasonic. It's just that it is set freely enough, it can twist when the agitator changes the direction of rotation, but there will be no "banging its head against the wall", the angle of rotation is not enough. Just check - put the bucket in place and turn it left and right by hand, the angle of rotation is very small, clearly insufficient for the bucket to cling to the walls. Such a mount is good because there are no latches / latches that can fail.

And according to the reviews of the owners of two stoves, for example, Kenwood and Panasonic, the second works much quieter (for example, I constantly miss the beginning of the batch precisely because I can't hear, but my hearing is quite normal).

Good time of the day!
It all started when my beloved bread-maker broke down. I bought it for a long time, there was not much choice, I took Klatronic. For the entire time of work, there are no complaints. But now I am faced with a choice of which one to buy? I choose between Kenwood and Moulinex. Thank you all for the information, I learned a lot about the work of bread makers, I have not closed the forum for a week, I read everything. One of these days my husband and I will go to the store to choose. I think that on the spot, having felt and examined everything, I will decide. Then take me to your ranks!
IRR
Maris , Kenwoods exploded in our country (and a lot of complaints about the bucket, do you want to give personally the names of users respected on the forum?), And the Mulinexes do not bake the upper crust. Maybe you think about something else? But, this is me ... I am not imposed in any way. I'm just curious as people choose, criteria Although, I do not dispute the fact that just someone was unlucky. But it's annoying that there are many
Maris
IRR, thanks for the answer. I thought about something else, but I can't afford Panasonic for the money, can I consider the option with LG? Recently, a friend bought in the area of 4.5 thousand. It seems satisfied.

I'm not talking about Panasonic at all, but on the contrary, about non-brand ovens. come here and welcome to the forum, Maris
SchuMakher
Our friends bought LG, they seem to be satisfied, but all the recipes are in "cups", which, in my opinion, is not very convenient. We raked out children's money and bought Panas255, a dream, not a stove
Tigrusha
I had an LG for 15 years, the bushing flew off, I didn't find a new one and decided to please myself with a powerful, modern MOULINEX OW 600 250 /, I bought it. I bake for two days. I started with simple bread, I didn't like it, somehow tasteless, tough. Today I baked Baguettes according to the recipe taken here at the Forum. Also, something is not right. In the old KhP, the bread was airy, tall and very tasty. I will look for options for improvement. And I liked the HP itself very much, the design is beautiful and the power is 1650 watts.
Gypsy
In the instructions for my stove, all the recipes are in glasses, how much I baked everything on them perfectly. The people are still sifting flour, I don't and the quality of the bread does not suffer from this

and welcome to the forum, Maris

Thank you so much! I, in my opinion, am entangled in the sea of information. I decided that I would buy what I liked in the store. And then the brain explodes.
Ulyanka
Rina72, I think that all the same with the mount was not all right. I checked something like the one you described. Not so much to beat, but the bucket would swing noticeably! This is not normal! Considering that in the store they popularly explained to me that the bakery is a product that has contact with food, then a simple return or exchange for another model would not be possible, I decided not to risk it. Moreover, the amount of 8 tons. I was not ready to spend on HP. And I stopped at the stove where the fastening did not cause me any doubts.
For a month of operation, Kesha has never disappointed me (except for the "Cupcake" mode, but I just love the beautiful top, and this cannot be achieved in HP).

Good evening. We have been thinking about buying HP for a long time. At first I liked Moulinex OW5024, Moulinex OW5002, Moulinex OW6002 or Moulinex OW600230. Only now I cannot understand what is the difference between the last two. I liked the variety of pastries. And the weight is up to 1.5 kg. We have a family of 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids. But I began to read the forum and doubted the choice about the reliability and quality of baked goods. I would like to buy once and for a long time. Interested in baking white bread, Borodinsky and sweet pastries (muffins, baked pastries). Friends of Kenwood for about 7 years are very satisfied and advise everyone, like no one complained. Tell me which one is better to buy a reliable and multifunctional HP.
Margit
Galina81
Welcome to our forum!
As they say, everyone sandpiper his swamp the baker praises his bread maker!
That's how I, I praise and recommend Panasonic, it is really very reliable and multifunctional!
tenidia
Moulinex won't last long! I have used it for no more than 2 years and everything is out of order, the motor does not pull, so I do not recommend it !!!
Galina81
Thanks for the advice, but if you choose from Panasonic and Kenwood. Which is more durable and better in baking programs. And which model is better to take.
an_domini
Galina81 , I have both of these stoves: Panas 255 and Ken 450. Two years. Take Panas, Ken, except for one big plus - a beautiful appearance, there are more technical flaws: a bucket leaks, after 1.5 years it began to be fixed in one position obliquely and does not turn further, the bread sticks to the mixer (which means that the coating is worse). Programming is more of a sales feature than a thing that you will actively use. But bakes, all the time at work.
Read reviews in the relevant topics. If you take Panas, now the model numbers are different - 256 and 257.257 more expensive because of the dispenser, the dispenser is not a matter of principle, I do not use it at all either in Panas or in Ken, unnecessary troubles.
Hairpin
I had Kenwood 210. And Aunath... Both covered (I mean bread makers). Only with the difference that mine managed to die during the warranty period, and the money was returned to me. And at Aunath did not have time ... And she was not returned ...

In short, I DO NOT LOOK towards Kenwood now !!!
Rina
In general, as I see, the common problem of household appliances is already related to bread makers. Until this technique has become very widespread, it can serve for many years, the quality is good or more or less. As soon as the technique becomes popular, its service life is sharply reduced to 1-2-3 years (apparently, so that later they would buy a new model).

Galina81, don't be fooled by the variety of programs. The most popular main program, perhaps, rye bread, French (and even then not everyone), maybe sweet bread, a couple of types of dough and pastries. Believe me, few people use more.

Maybe you shouldn't pay too much attention to the large size of the loaf. I have 2-3 adults and 2 children. A loaf of 500 g of flour is sometimes enough for two days. Homemade bread satiates faster and better. And sometimes you want to cook some small loaf.
