Hello! I read the forum, but have not yet found an answer to the question: are there bread machines capable of mixing pure rye bread (or with a share of millet flour no more than 20%) and whole grain bread? I was given Moulinex to use, home nonsense. It creaks from the rye dough, I'm afraid to use it for it: (yes, and whole grain wheat barely pulls. I want to buy myself something more powerful and more reliable. Tell me, please! Thank you!

why does she creak? maybe too thick or put more flour? Citizens who still have whole grain flour squeaks? I don’t have moulinex or Panasonic, but nothing creaks

well, I did the same consistency as with manual kneading - it's steeper than raffin. millet. flour with inst. yeast ... can I be wrong?

Thank you! As I understand it, if I don't bake with yeast, then it doesn't make sense to take 2502?
