Long chose the stove, read the forum. I really wanted to buy a Delonghi 125 (programmable), but we can't find it. Panasonic 255 seemed too expensive (at least for us).

Finally I decided to buy the Unold 8690 (smaller than the 8695 model). I liked the fact that the machine is of high quality (I hope), and also the possibility of programming (one additional program).

The model is produced in Germany for the domestic market. I ordered it via e-bay, now I can’t wait until they bring it. Then I’ll write what and how ...

Maybe you shouldn't overpay for brands?

It is interesting! Have you seen the instructions for 8690? Is the 8695 programmable too? Where to watch-download?

Models 8690 and 8695 are both programmable (unfortunately only one add-on program). The instruction can theoretically be downloaded from 🔗but the link doesn't work.

I'll wait for the stove, then I'll write what and how. The price is very attractive ...

Interesting machine By the way, the site is working. Only I did not find instructions there. And your model is not there either. There are only 8695 and 8660 - it looks like this is the development of one idea.

But the new model is very similar to the Kenwood 256th. It even has a backlight!

Get it, tell me by all means - horror, how interesting

Interestingly, there is no information on the 8690 on the website - maybe it's just an old model? But the 8690 is the model that received the first place when testing the stoves (in principle, it is the same as the 8695, but without a metal case, and cheaper).

Here is a description of the 8690:

As you can see, the price there is even lower than the official selling price. I get about $ 80 with delivery (almost the same as buying a Severin).

Just read about this stove - there is a toothed belt on the drive

I hope the construction is well done ...
Adventurer
Well, today I got a stove. Now they won't wait until the end of the work

Together with the stove, instructions, even in English. Looked - interesting - about 50 recipes for bread are already attached - including bread made from yogurt, herbs and other interesting recipes.

Yes, the stove is precisely programmable:

first dough kneading time: 0-15 minutes

time of the first "proving of the test" - 0 - 100 minutes

second kneading time: 0-15 minutes

time of the second "proving the test" - 0 - 100 minutes

Time for "proving the dough" - 0 - 120 minutes

Baking: 0-70 minutes.

Thank you, Yana. I'll have to see go

Adventurer, Congratulations! If there are interesting recipes - do not consider it a work, translate for us, okay?

Of course!

And there are many interesting recipes:

* French bread with bacon
* anchovy bread
* winemaker's bread
* potato bread
* cottage cheese bread
* yogurt bread
* beer bread
* French bread with honey
* onion bread
..............

And many other recipes. I can't wait to experiment! That's it, I'll run to the store in the evening to buy groceries

12 programs for baking bread, 56 possible combinations

Isn't this actually analogous to programming?
Are there any owners of such a stove?
Celestine
The most ordinary stove without programming. And 56 combinations are for example, sweet with raisins, light crust, dark crust, medium crust sweet without raisins ... the same. ... and so on for all programs.
Viki
So this is my beauty! Except for other letters (instead of "Alaska"), I did not find any other differences !!!

Who is the manufacturer?
Can you briefly what kind of stove and its disadvantages / advantages?
Viki
Take a look: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...mf&Itemid=26&topic=1997.0
there about Alaska and programs, pros and cons .... We have one manufacturer and the stoves are the same.

The little book leaves much to be desired - a few words (I just wrote them) and about 15 recipes.
Not a word about the time spent on kneading, trimming and baking.
(I was able to determine only the total time for the modes. For example, that for mode 1 at 900 degrees it is 3 hours. For 2 - 3.5. 3 - 3:40, etc.)

Help mi, please, who can!
Someone has this beast, or a similar one, or maybe you know where to download a human manual, etc., otherwise I want to spread the crust just before baking and I don’t understand when it starts baking!

UPD: Experimentally, we managed to find out that the 1st batch for program 1 lasts 10 minutes. Simple 20 minutes. The second batch is 15 minutes. What next - I do not know and I could not find anything on it in the internet

nikkoz
Who used / can suggest something?

According to the manufacturer's description:

-the ability to independently set the time for kneading, raising and baking (that is, as far as I understand the same notorious programming as in Delongy 125)

2 bakeware:
- large baking dish for one large loaf (900 g or 1125 g)
- double baking dish for two loaves of 450 g
which is more than convenient ...

It is customary for manufacturers to order products from third-party factories, according to ODM agreements, after which they mold their own label and go

Wow! sazalexter, you are a true tracker! Interesting information. We have not bought the stove yet, but here on the forum two models are in the lead and we will choose https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=9843.0 We will most likely buy in Hungary there cheaper. While I am gaining experience from you, collecting information. thanks for the answer
sazalexter
lesinka I was glad to help you! Not a tracker, of course: red: it's just my job ...
In Hungary it is cheaper, the guarantee is still European. And it breaks very rarely. Good choice!

These stoves, like all unold products, are manufactured in china. There is no "German quality" in them, it is better to buy the same stoves with a different name in the area.

I have the possibility of purchasing a bread machine in Germany. However, the nominal voltage in the mains is 230 V, and our standard is "Soviet", that is, 220.
Adventurer, please tell me, how does a "foreign" bread machine work in such conditions? Not faced with the elementary unbaked bread? After all, if in a waffle iron (I have it just under the German standard of the electrical network) the cooking time is controlled by a person, then in a technique such as a bread machine, the duration of baking is set by the program.

I have a German stove and it is unold, with a voltage of 230 ... it works perfectly, our voltage does not bother it

Help girls, please, translated the instructions, and did not understand some of the designations, and therefore did not try many recipes, maybe someone knows what it means:
Olive oil 1 tblsp?
Dry yeast 2/3 bag ???
Salt ½ tsp ??? -
I myself translated, thought out logically, such as yeast, which means a teaspoon or a tablespoon, but alas, a finger to the sky, for example yeast 2/3 bag, is not enough for a teaspoon, for a canteen too ... there is a package, but how much is a package. In general, who knows - tell me

I lost the instruction, downloaded it in the net, a language like German, there is also English, but there without recipes
So far I can’t figure it out with the yeast, everything that I baked according to the instructions in my HP, then the roof broke, then the bread stuck, then it was cooked. Others are obtained without problems, so apparently I don't understand this with yeast, or our yeast is not the same as in Germany
For example, baked (tried)

Dry yeast 1/2 bag 3/4 bag

For 500 grams of bread, I threw a teaspoon, - boiled, threw two, - stuck, threw one and a half tablespoons of dry yeast, - the roof tore off

I am addressing myself as a more experienced baker. Does anyone know about HP "Maestro" MR 750? How is it in operation? Is it possible to bake rye or Borodino bread in it?

Help mi, please, who can!
Someone has this beast, or a similar one, or maybe you know where to download the human manual, etc., otherwise I want to spread the crust just before baking and I don't understand when it starts baking!

Good day!
I also have such a furnace: "Maestro MR 750". I recently bought and baked bread in it several times. I sent you a message, but did not receive an answer: I don’t know whether it came or not. I can not find information on this HP anywhere. In my opinion (I compared visually and according to programs) "Maestro" plant is an exact copy of "Binaton 1068" plant. On the model of this HP there is a detailed instruction on the Internet. I printed it out. But in this manual there is no information on the time stages of the proposed programs. I will say that KHP bakes wheat bread perfectly, but rye bread is not bad, but the top of the bread constantly "sits down". I also experimentally filmed time characteristics in two modes: "Basic" and "French bread". Perfectly kneads the dough on dumplings, the wife is very happy. If you have anything new on this HP, please answer. Thanks in advance.
anka2005
FEEDER, I sent you a message 10 minutes after I received it. I'll repeat it now just in case ..
And visually, etc. - this is a copy of one and the Liberton stoves.

I want to order an unold stove, can anyone know in what language the signatures to the buttons (or on the stove itself) and on the indicator itself are made?

I don't have such a stove, but I have a pribluda for sandwiches + a donut baker + a waffle iron + a grill, in short, it's all in one. Well, what can I say about this company .... only sandwiches turned out to be weak, after the first baking, the white paint on the top panel turned yellow and swelled in the places of the heaters. I bought it in Neckerman. Well, I can't say that I am very happy

And today I went to look at Unold 8650. Used stove from Germany. There is nothing to it, no glass, no instructions. Panel in German. I'm not very German. There is 1 program for your own recipe. Interestingly, the program is for recording in English. All programs start with preheating, I could not remove it to check if the screws are spinning?
Tell me, if there is no glass, you can do with any other meter?

The stove is like a stove, use any glass, but you can check it on the short program "dough", where the alignment is 5 minutes.

Answer the owners of this bread machine !!! We also want to order. Are there recipes in the instructions in Russian?

stove manufacturer - Austria (not CHINA or KOREA, which is very important)! only in my case not in a plastic case, but in a metal one, it is a little more expensive! I have been using this bread maker since July! I bake 3 times a week! Bomb-pictures have not made bread yet, but it leaves with a Hurray! there are instructions and recipes in Russian! I downloaded a lot of recipes from this wonderful site! I read carefully the instructions for the recipes and GO to experiment! I really like buckwheat and rye bread, I changed the assortment of different types of flour myself! So I bake rye not 50/50, but 70/30 (70 - wheat, and 30 - rye, buckwheat and coarse grinding!)! buy safely! I constantly bring bread to work, who tried it, they ran to order ovens for themselves and hammer me, when will they become bakers! Dare is not advertising, but life! if I don’t like something, I will never advise !!!
Nisaja
Oh, thanks for the answer !!! We thought we wouldn't wait! And the case there is metal and they offer it, so we dare to take it.

how to buy inform! I also forgot to say (though for such suckers like me everything is described in the instructions) for the first time when the stove warmed up from the air slots, steam was coming, I was terribly frightened and was going to pull it out of the socket, but my work was a pity! it turned out that during the first baking, the heating elements just burn out a little, because they are processed by something! but now I'm not afraid of anything! here on the forum one girl complained about household appliances of this company from nikerman! probably she was just unlucky! I buy all electrical appliances, power tools there, because I live in my house - everything is of high quality and there are no problems! read the instructions carefully! my houses completely abandoned store-bought bread, rolls, etc., start with the attached recipes - only for quick baking, everyone complains about all the ovens, I have not had time to try
