garlic 80gr
vegetable oil 1 glass (200gr)

vinegar 9% 120

Cooking method

  • I want to share a recipe for a delicious cauliflower salad. I really love cauliflower, but somehow it didn't work out for me with pickled cabbage. Well, I don't like it and that's it. Last summer, I found a recipe for this salad on the site. Liked. Thank you to the author-Lyuba from the city of Syzran, which is in the Samara region of Russia.
  • And so, the cooking process:
  • Blanch the cauliflower inflorescences in boiling water for 2 minutes. Finely chop the tomatoes, peppers, peppers and garlic.
  • Put the tomatoes and pepper in a saucepan, add vegetable oil, sugar, salt, bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Then add cabbage, parsley, garlic, vinegar. Boil. Place in jars. Add spices (which you like) to the bottom of the cans. I put black and allspice. Sterilize the jars for 7 minutes.
  • Roll up the lid. Turn the jars onto the lids until they cool completely.

The dish is designed for

6-7 cans of 500g

Time for preparing:

Girls, really very good. delicious recipe. I have been preparing it for 3 years already.
in my book it is called Cauliflower "Delicacy"
Only I don't put greens, it's better for my taste.
lappl1
olga25, thanks for commenting on the recipe. Definitely, I will only wait for the harvest ...
Mirabel
For the winter, of course, I will not make such a salad. Since they have full of this stuff all year and very cheap.
But on "cook and eat"! I will definitely do it! Thank you very much for the recipe!
olga25
In "them" it is understandable, complete, but it is not known from what material it is made and what is added.

And here everything is my own, dear ...
lappl1
And most importantly, the harvest must be put somewhere. You can't keep it all fresh ...
Mirabel
olga25, Is everything your own and your own made from quality raw materials?
Now everything is everywhere and everything is chemical, but it is better not to think about it, otherwise you will have to stop eating.
olga25
Mirabel,
I meant my own, from my garden.
I have all the blanks from my raw materials.
And there is no chemistry in it.
lappl1,
Yes. fresh is not stored, which is a pity.
Mirabel
olga25, AAA so it's another matter ... we don't have a choice, respectively
olga25
Mirabel,
It's a pity.

Olga, I have in my recipe where it is DELICIOUS, TO EXPAND AND ROLL WITHOUT STERILIZATION. Do you sterilize? : girl-th: I hope for a quick answer, the cabbage is already huge
olga25
Sesame,
that's just the answer.
Only today at lunchtime I rolled up 5 such jars. How to cook, immediately put it in hot sterilized jars (from my oven) and roll up.
I have been doing this for 3-4 years and not a single can has gone bad!
Feel free to cook! Good luck!
Sesame
I also rolled it up in hot cans, I hope they will stand: girl_in_dreams: I don't like entu sterilization
tanchik
Girls! While everyone was on the run and in trouble, she did not even notice that such correspondence was going on here.
Along the way, I want to comment, I agree with Olga about the greenery. There was no parsley and rolled up without it. I liked it more without parsley. My husband is not. But he ate without her. ...
And about sterilization, to be honest: I don't know, I have to try. I myself can't stand her, especially in the summer in the wild heat
salomeya29
And I like that there is no onion in the recipe .... I hate boiled onions since childhood .... I must try your cabbage, everyone loves it!
olga25
Girls, roll up, don't be afraid. Proven over the years. After all, we don't sterilize squash caviar and lecho!
natushka
And I really like it with onions. Can I somehow add it to this salad or not?
olga25
I think not worth it. The taste will turn out completely different, although maybe a small portion for a sample?
natushka
I made such a salad today, but a few questions arose during cooking.
1. Cabbage inflorescences - only inflorescences, absolutely without petioles?
2. Blanching 2 minutes - the amount of cabbage is quite large, poured into boiling water in a saucepan - how will it boil for 2 minutes or from the moment it is loaded into the water?
3. Cabbage, garlic, parsley, vinegar, bring to a boil and put in jars - garlic stayed tough.
4. Spread out on banks - 3 banks of 900-gram ones came out. Basically one cabbage, it seemed a little liquid. Is that how it should be?
5. The weight of cabbage and pepper was taken peeled, from stubs and seeds, right or not?
Girls, how are you?
olga25
natushka,
1. With petioles. As I cut off the cabbage, I cut all of it into pieces, even cook all the cuttings without inflorescences - they are very tasty.
2. from the moment of boiling.
3. I rub the garlic on a grater. and cook the whole mass for 15 minutes.
4. yes. not enough liquid. Sometimes the cabbage is not even covered with it.
5 Yes, the weight of already refined food.

The cauliflower is almost gone, and the broccoli is still growing. I decided to try this recipe with her.
It's not too far. Tasted - delicious !!!!

So you can make this salad not only with cauliflower.
