I am a beginner baker. Last week I bought 2 bread machines "Mystery MVM-1202", bribed the price and reviews. The problem is this: they baked bread "the easiest from Admin" and wheat dairy according to the recipe from the website. In one bread maker, everything turns out perfectly: the bread is high, baked. A friend with a bread machine has a problem - the bread rises less and the crumb is beige in color, as if on baked milk, that is, the bread turns out to be denser. Today I took her bread maker and mine, put it together and tested it on the same recipe from the same ingredients and weight (I weigh it on an electronic scale). The result is again different, in her bread maker the bread is lower and denser. I also noticed that the body of her bread machine heats up much more during operation. I understand that there is a problem with tenom in this bread machine? Change?
