Good afternoon everyone! Can you please tell me, does anyone wash the bowl in the dishwasher? 84 mum, a stainless steel bowl, I've been using it for almost a year already, I'm tired of washing it with urchins, and the reviews are contradictory everywhere, it's a pity if the bowl deteriorates. Thank you in advance!

I have not 84 MUM, but 47 MUM, but my stainless steel bowl is always in the dishwasher.
Myoko
And nothing darkens and is not covered with bloom? They have the same bowls, if I'm not mistaken. Thanks for the report
Sandy
I also constantly wash the bowl in the dishwasher, and nothing is done to it like new

The multi-cutter came and the nozzles ordered separately to it. The multi-cutter was ordered from Germany according to Otto's catalog. For some reason I came from Lithuania The quality of the plastic is normal, but I really did not like the design itself. or rather, I didn’t like the way the discs are on the plastic parts. When I first turned it on with no load, I heard a noise as if the disc was scratching the bowl. Scared. But it turned out that this disc simply lies on the plastic parts and when it turns, the sound of friction is heard. Such a design. I was very upset. I double-checked it a million times, but everything was put together correctly.
On the whole, there are no complaints about shredding vegetables, but I have not tried everything yet. Rubs on potato pancakes normally, I read the instructions. The husband, without reading the instructions, first turned on the 3rd or second speed and as a result, he had a potato with numerous pieces. Fortunately, I remembered in time that according to the instructions it is necessary to turn on the 4th speed and load only after turning it on. After that, there were no pieces, everything was homogeneous. But a lot of waste remains. About a whole potato from a 2 liter bowl.
Yesterday I cut the potatoes into slices. I don’t know, maybe the disc was installed crookedly, but the potato came out like this: on one side of the same slice it was somewhere 4 or even 5 mm, on the other 1 mm. I don’t know how it happened, today I’ll try again.
Soft cheese on a coarse grater rubbed perfectly, but the sizes are still too large pieces both in length and in thickness, width. Not very good for salads. I will try on a different grater.
Among other nozzles I ordered MUZ8KS1. Exactly the same nozzle arrived, which is already available in the multi-cutter. Either I was mistaken, thinking that it should be different, or the store put it in the wrong place.
In the multi-cutter, the number 5 is on the native nozzles, so order disk-nozzles for the 8 series do not make sense. If anyone does not know, then they are identical (we have already written about this here), but the 8th ones cost us 1.5-2 times more. The only thing is that not all 5s were in stock, so I had to order part of 8.

In general, I think the price of a combine in the price-quality category is soooooo high. In Europe, their prices are much more humane.

I asked, but did not write a review. I washed the bowl - everything is fine
8400 from me + bought graters + parmesan grater and citrus juicer. I have been using it for almost a year, in general, I really like it, Nov took it for the purpose of kneading dough and whipping up protein cream, it copes with the tasks just by 110%. I don’t really like what the bowl clings to when you lower the whisk on 1-2 eggs, but it’s worried. Kneads small portions of dough for 200 g of flour perfectly The main disadvantage for me was just the impossibility of washing in the dishwasher according to the instructions, I even regretted that I had not taken Kenwood, which can definitely be washed in it, but now I am very glad! It is a pity, of course, that the corollas are only by hand, but it is much easier. The graters somehow did not impress me very much, I chopped cabbage, carrots, beets, I like the Berner grater with my hands more. I want to buy a blender with graters right now.I have never used a stationary blender for the same reason - you cannot wash in pm, and I also have a small one for 500 ml, which is just enough for me. Now I will buy a meat grinder for it or buy a separate zelmer, it’s expensive for it, it was easier to buy a complete set at once, but then I was sure that I would not need a meat grinder

Hello everyone! And tell me the differences between Bosch MUM 86 A1 and R1, and Bosch MUM 8400 differs from 86 A1 and R1 only in the power and capacity of the bowl / blender?
Natali06
Girls, I want to say thank you to everyone who helped me and explained about whipping whites in a boche84! While whipping a bunch of proteins to Easter cakes, I was just thinking about you and how I could have done everything without him before ?! THANKS FOR YOUR FEEDBACK! And all with the upcoming Bright Holidays!

Includes blender, dough bowl, dough hook with protective cap, dough stirrer and dandelion beater. Everything else is for a fee. I don't know about 8400, I have 86A1.

I recently came across a consultant Boshevsky in one of the household appliances stores. She began to torment him with questions about the cube cutter as well) Since I still choose combos myself and I'm interested in everything about them))) So he said that a cube from 5 to 8 would not work for anyone, but Bosch fly is going to release a cube for the 8th series))) So we are waiting)))
Girls well, you can't hear anything? When will the Germans release a die for our 8?

good evening and greetings from Bosch's homeland :-)

I will not say for all the Germans, but the people on German forums have for some time now been concerned about the complete disappearance of Mum86 * (since spring) from Bosch's (German) page and from almost all popular German online stores. In one of the forums, someone wrote that he called the service department, he was told that the 86 series model was ending / finished, and a new one would appear in the fall. But there is nothing yet. The oldest of the current MUM models is 57810/57830.

Franky! Thank you! Let's wait for the news! Keep us updated!

Good evening!
Can you please tell me, only I have such a problem with this 84th - is it very difficult to rise to change the corollas? I'm so worried ... Very powerful and cool, but it's hard to lift it. There is also another model at home - there, when you press the button, it kind of starts to rise, but here ... It is clear that it is heavy, that the engine and all that, but is it really so? Or go to hand over? ((Two weeks have not passed since the purchase ... Please tell me ...

Here I am in the same situation, sorry there is no response to your message (
It is difficult to lift to change whisk and difficult to push out the whisk. And I also didn’t like that I couldn’t whip cream from 150gr. oils. I also think I can pass it, there is still a week.

attention, news (how fresh I don't know, but probably not too rotten yet. picked up on a German forum) - at least a new model MUM 8 appeared on the Dutch site of Bosch, which was proudly named MaxxiMUM or MUMXL40G (younger models of the same series - MUMXL10T, MUMXL20C, MUMXL20G, MUMXL20T):

There you can download the instruction. All canopies are from MUM8, the same numbers, and in general it does not seem to differ too much from its predecessor, only in color and price :-) But I'm not special here (and I don't have MUM8, but 5), maybe there are some are the fundamental differences. Improved and expanded edition, so to speak ...

Wow! Beautiful! For comparison: I have a MUM 86 A1. The power is the same (1600). The color is the same. Also 7 speeds. There was no universal shredder included. Slicer discs differ. I didn't have julienne in my separately purchased shredder. There is a new stirrer included (with black edging), but one dough umbrella is missing.
But I have 86 model ...

Yeah, another lid on the bowl! And the price: crazy: It would be better if they thought of a cube there!

: flowers: Once again I looked, there they are of different configurations, without universal cutting costs 699 euros, there is still without a blender, but in general, count as Mumik 86! My favorite 86A1 suits me completely !!! I would not refuse a new stirrer with a black edging (as they write in silicone), plus to your own! And more cubes would be added, and in general beauty !!!

Food processor Bosch MUM 8400 with planetary movement of the kneading hook and beaters. How many minutes does he knead the dough according to the instructions? While I dream of buying it. Is there a slow kneading speed of yeast dough in it? A shredder goes to it, what functions does it perform? But the function of planetary movement is tempting, apparently it gives airiness to the test when kneading. Girls, who has such a miracle, write in more detail. It is also possible about the MUM 86R1 model. They are similar, only more power.
Girls, tell me. French fries, julienne discs - only suitable for universal cutting? Something they are not inserted into the multi-mixer: -

!! good day everyone ?? who has in stock the MUZ8NV1 nozzle for making lasagna from Bosch - MUM 86 R1 ,, I want to know the maximum thickness of dough rolling and the possibility of purchasing it / used or from 0 /
Olgus
Good evening! specially measured the gap between the rollers of the lasagne attachment. So, if it is at 0 (this is the maximum thickness), then it is 4-5 mm, and if at 9, then the dough can be pulled out very thinly, I think that 1 is 0.5 mm. And as for where to get it, I'll probably throw it off in a personal, so that it is not regarded as advertising. The nozzle is really necessary and worthwhile. I ordered a spaghetti attachment to her, my friend should bring it soon. I think that she will meet my expectations.

Good evening members of the forum, I studied the forum inside and out, I just can't decide between the MUM 54 251 and MUM 84 models.
The selection criteria are simple, I want to see all the functionality in one. Family of 3 adults.
1. I need a meat grinder (I don't want to buy additionally for our small kitchens)
2.54251 attracted cube cutter
3.MUM 84 attracted power (which means the meat grinder will work better), the ability to roll out the dough (because I often bake)
4. all other functions seem to be similar
5. one problem is the price.
ADVISE WHAT TO DO !!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR FEEDBACK (I think you know this feeling of choice).

Definitely MUM 84! We have had it for more than two years, but the joy of owning such a miracle technique has not diminished in the least. Here is power, functionality and reliability! A cube cutter is a nice little thing, but nothing more. Moreover, they promise to release it on MUM 84 soon. With MUM 84 you will find a reliable assistant. A large selection of additional attachments will allow you to cook a variety of dishes and feed your household with natural food. The price, of course, is considerable, but you also acquire this thing for a long time, if not forever! I wish you to make your right choice!
Olgus
The spaghetti attachment has arrived! (BOSCH MUZ 8 NV 3 for spaghetti) Makes cutting noodles much easier! It turns out a thin "cobweb". As I expected - she did not disappoint me!
AngelB
Olgus. thank you very much for your advice. I am also more and more inclined towards MUM 8. will order it

Tell me, which of the last Bosches is suitable as a dough mixer? For tough dough.
Natali06
Girls, owners of Boshik, can someone tell me. I decided to buy a couple of nozzles for my pet, but they are nowhere and there is no
They write many are out of production. And now what i can do? There won't be any options?
Barmamam
Good afternoon, girls! I would like to share my impressions of Boshik. I had MUM44 for about 15 years .. I immediately bought a mill, for squeezing juice from berries, and even an ice cream maker. The difference after the then usual mixer and Boshik for beating eggs for a biscuit was fantastic! Several times I gave the part for repair in a meat grinder (it broke with a large volume of meat). Repaired right there and without problems. The mill flew quickly and did not take repairs. I have used it a few times. I refused from the ice cream maker quickly - you need to cool it in the freezer, and there is always little space, it's easier to buy ready-made.
A year ago I decided to change the harvester. I fixed what was faulty in the old MUM 44 and gave it to my son - he began to live separately. He is very pleased. And I bought myself a MUM 84 with a complete set. It seems that the difference in power is decent, but I did not feel it at work. What a meat grinder, what a blender, what a grater - all the same. Only that the unit itself is much larger - you can't put it in a closet, it stands on top. The bowl is, of course, much larger. But I did not feel the difference in the preparation of different types of dough and minced meat. Boshik 44 perfectly whipped one or two proteins, but with 86 this is a problem for me. The whisk, even when lowered, whips for a long time and badly, touches the walls and makes noise. it is easier to do 5-6 eggs already. The citrus juicer is more convenient, the blender is larger. And so, in my opinion, there is no difference. The old one was enough for me for a family of 5 (though the children were small then). I think Bosch is a fairly well thought-out combine, but you need to take it in the maximum configuration, the additional nozzles are just gold. Service is good, if necessary, repairs are quick. It is not necessary to take a combine of maximum power, average is enough. The main thing is the desire to cook and use all the available equipment as much as possible.

That's the same for me. You can't beat one egg.She lowered the whisk, so he scrapes the cup so that it is impossible to be in the kitchen. I'll raise it higher - it doesn't reach the egg. And it is problematic to beat 100 grams of butter. Like this. If it was not so expensive, I would have found the reason and would have bought something else, but my husband will not understand why to buy an apparatus of the same functionality for such an expensive combine. It's just that if you don't need large volumes in the family, then you can take something easier.

Babushka
barmamam, I do not quite understand what model you are talking about. 84 or 86?

hope, try adjusting the whisk height again.

I have MUM 86 and there is no such problem with the whisk. It worked very well to adjust the whisk height. Any amount of protein is whipped without problems.

Every use of the combine is a joy!

Babushka, Tanya, I also have 86 red. A million times I have lifted this whisk up and down. Nothing works. So annoying. As soon as 100 grams of butter beat and pull the old handmade brown from the mezzanine. We must still try to torment him. And so I love him very much. Bread dough and dumplings do everything with a bang. But he doesn't want small portions.
Babushka
hope, I have 86 black. At first I spent a couple of hours trying to adjust the height of the whisk attachment. No problem now.

Good evening, I want to write about my purchase of BOSCH MUMXL40G. Beautiful and powerful, and even a large bowl and blender. I just needed an assistant for kneading the dough and so that cocktails could be made quickly and immediately for the whole family. The blender does a great job, I don't know under what circumstances I will use speeds higher than 3, since it also whips everything in a minute, although I tried only cocktails with berries and ice cream. Today I tried to make dough for dumplings, a worm of doubt gnawed at me, but I was just indescribable delight, in 4 minutes (well, maybe 5) I kneaded an excellent, smooth, homogeneous, elastic dough, much better than I did it. He did not move on the table, in general he stood still, no tension was felt in him. Although certainly not silent, it makes noise normally. I am so glad, I hope this machine will help me for a long time. Lera-7, thanks for the advice about the store, they did not let us down, they brought it on time, I hope further cooperation with them will be favorable. Also included is a vegetable cutter with 4 discs, I have not tried it yet.
