Food processor Bosch MUM 8400
Today I tried the dough sheathing attachment in practice, made it of different thicknesses, rolls it out well, the dough was for a chicken, so it was soft, rolled out to holes by 4, if I did it on noodles, that is, the dough would be on eggs, it would be tougher, I think it would be fine. 🔗

Finally it turned out
Food processor Bosch MUM 8400
I took pictures from the phone, usually it turned out well, but here it is unclear
Lenusik-sh
Wah! And I want this. It's just super! I watched a video of how they roll out hand dough, but there is definitely not enough one more hand to turn the handle. And here is a nice thing, she turns it herself, and at this time you are spreading the dough. Moreover, it is located low to the table. Thanks for the photo, otherwise I could not even imagine where and how to stick this device. I finally matured to buy myself additional attachments for my Boshik.
Esfir
Girls, where did you buy such a nozzle? If I have a manual dough sheeter, I also want one.
1Guly
By the way, the dough rolls out quickly, the daughter-in-law did not like the fact that the strips were narrow, but it suits me, two strips on a baking sheet. But there is no need to remove the devices from the table to roll out the dough, roll it out, if piece products are on a cutting board, please do whatever you like.

The harvester is cool there is nothing to think about, I have it on the windowsill in a corner and does not bother anyone, it is heavy in weight.

Likewise.
1Guly
The harvester is excellent, I have allocated space on the table, although it is a bit crowded
Sandy

Sandy, Nat_ka, 1Guly thanks, I will rake the table, the window sill is narrow
What do you plan to buy additionally from accessories?
Kras-Vlas
While I was thinking of a multi-mixer and rolling out for the dough, my daughter for some reason fell for the mill, but I'm not sure that we need it ..., and even a citrus-press nozzle, probably ... We think
Nat_ka

While I thought of a multi-mixer ...

For what exactly? If for the sake of graters, it is better to buy a nozzle that crumbles vegetables and other things into a bowl.
Kras-Vlas
No, in general I need a harvester for dough, a multi-mixer (I don't need graters) for meat, now I'm making minced meat with submersible Brown, so I don't need a meat grinder, it suits me perfectly. Well, I want to use the combine in Moscow, and take all the different caliber to the village so as not to carry it back and forth ... something like this

At one time, I also chose between this grater and a multi-mixer. I bought a multi-mixer, and never regretted it, except for graters, it serves as a grinder, and a grater is just a grater. I didn't buy anything else either, it's enough., The rest is all separate. As a kneader and a cream beater, it is irreplaceable.

Girls and boys! A dream come true ...! Yesterday they brought home Boshik, 86th, red (sazalexter ).Such a handsome man !!! I wanted to knead something right away - but from an excess of feelings, I couldn't!

Congratulations on your excellent assistant, the red one seems to have more power

Thank you, Galya!
Yes, the color is very noble and looks solid!
I am terribly grateful to my children for giving me a non-prescription bread maker on the DR (well, there were 3.5 recipes), and the first site I came across in search of recipes for baking bread was this one of ours! And I feel so good and sincere here! And the multicooker Brand 37501, and it's a miracle - everything is from here !!! And, such an impression, this is not the last purchase!
1Guly
Yes, my acquaintance with the forum also began after buying a bread machine, which, by the way, I am very pleased with, I have 156 skis. And Musyanya, a longtime author on the "bread machine", prompted me about the forum, to whom I am very grateful, both for the hint and for many other things, especially the multicooker. And the forum users share recipes and tips. I also think that this is not the last purchase. Here, the family is dissuaded from the robot, but they are conservatives.
Natal_la
I want to say thank you very much to everyone for the feedback they have left about this wonderful Bosch MUM 8400 combine (I registered specially for this). I bought it in June, before that, after reading your reviews about it, and thereby even more firmly established in the correctness of my choice. I immediately bought a meat grinder. On the very first day after the purchase, I had 3 types of different pastries at home, which surprised my 3 men very much. To this day, I never cease to admire this miracle! Now I bought a universal cutter and a disc for mashed potatoes (now also vegetables are chopped all in a row), and I'm waiting for a dough attachment. Thanks again to everyone.
Lenusik-sh
I'm expecting an attachment: meat grinder, universal cutter, grinder, lasagna attachment.
I also wanted a juicer and nozzles for pasta, but so far the toad is choking.
Where I ordered nothing was available, they promise to bring it in a month. For some reason, the site did not say that everything is to order. You have to wait a long time everywhere? Nozzles for Boshik are not available everywhere? I regret that I did not immediately take it with a meat grinder and cutting. But at that time there was not enough money.
1Guly
Initially, I wanted to take 84 Boshik with a meat grinder and a cutting machine, but we have absolutely no such thing in stores, only inexpensive plastic models, no one undertook to bring under the order, because there were refusals, I-86 took such a rejected model. Immediately, within a month, a nozzle for citrus fruits came, then a multi-mixer, cutting, for lasagna, a juicer, a noodle cutter, a grinder came. With a meat grinder, there was a circus-sent to the wrong city, lay in a warehouse, then under the label-carefully, a poisonous cargo, there was a parcel to us, in short, from April to August. So, such a delivery, but in Moscow. in Boshevsky centers, they say there is "everything", there was a friend. Tell me how to use a blender besides cocktails and pancake dough.
Lenusik-sh
I don't use a blender at all. I made a cocktail once and that's it. Until I found other uses for it. Once upon a time this type of blender was in great demand for me, I made liver pate there. But my old, from "Mriya", blender removed the knives and it was possible to clean everything well, and it was glass, it withstood high temperatures ...: swoon: died a heroic death - it cracked. And this plastic one, in general, I'm afraid to get dirty with something greasy or greasy. Then you can't make out. Here are just cocktails and I will do. I knead pancakes with a dandelion whisk.
1Guly
And I have a glass blender, the cocktails are pretty good pretty. And for pancakes, I also put a large whisk in a bowl, it turns out little in a blender. I used the citrus juicer only a couple of times, our fruits are Chinese, although they write for example Morocco, they missed, as they wrote on the forum, through the micra, but the return is small. I often use a dough mixer, cutting, multi-mixer. I won't try a grain grinder, maybe I can grind buckwheat, but try pancakes, did anyone make it?
Lenusik-sh
Well, you need to try the grinder at least to understand how it grinds. I'm going to grind coffee in it. I'm not going to grind cereals. And pancakes can be made from buckwheat flour. And from rice, too, it seems possible.
sazalexter
Lenusik-sh Will grind coarsely, this is clearly not for coffee. Yes, and will die from coffee quickly IMHO. Rice and buckwheat flour is sold in hypers with might and main
Lenusik-sh
Since I ordered it, then let it be. He dies, so he dies. You can't grind sugar in it, you can't grind coffee, but why is it needed then? There is plenty of flour in the shops to make it at home. There are no small children to grind cereals for them. Eh ... I'll have to wait for my grandchildren)))
Nat_ka
I grind poppy seeds on it. It turns out great.
Natal_la
I make liver pâté in a blender, it is whipped pretty well.
Lenusik-sh
I received my order: a meat grinder, a lasagna attachment and a universal cutting ... the grinder was not brought in and I safely refused it for this case. I managed to test only universal cutting. Obviously, there is not enough disk for medium chips, so that they are half as small as on large ones. Just horror how expensive the disc is. Where I took the order, it costs 850r (if you order it through the site, then 650). Maybe eat cheaper where? And the vegetable cutter rubs well, I liked it. I don't like to rub on a hand grater, especially on a fine grater, but here is beauty! I won't try the meat grinder soon, I bought it just in case, suddenly mine breaks ... well, because of the adapter adapter. which comes with it and is needed with the lasagna attachment. The handles are itching to try this attachment, but I came down with a fever and a cold, which means I will wait a bit until I improve.

Girls, owners of bosch mum8, give advice, please, is it worth buying it as a kneader. Honestly already "the brain is melting" from reading all the topics on food processors (at night they are already dreaming). Are you disappointed in him?
Lenusik-sh
I was not disappointed. At first I took it like a kneader. I only regretted that I did not take the complete set at once.

Shamanka, I see that you have a Panasonic meat grinder, I have the same one, and so she has a stupid shape auger. The meat grinds great so far, but the raw vegetables get stuck in it completely. That is why I bought a meat grinder attachment, it has a more classic shape auger, it should push vegetables well.

Girls, answer who has this attachment, vegetables go well through a meat grinder - raw onions, carrots, beets? Or maybe I shouldn't hope?
Natal_la
Shamanka, if you like to make baked goods from different doughs, then this is undoubtedly your food processor. I always (as it seemed to me) baked a lot, but now the process of making the dough is going on with great pleasure, the amount of baking has increased. I really love shortbread, but for some reason I didn't like kneading the dough, now it's one pleasure. Biscuit dough turns out well, but I generally keep quiet about yeast dough.
Shaman
Thank you all very much for your answers. I bake a lot (almost every day), so I want to make my life easier. A bread maker helps with yeast dough, but it is more difficult with biscuits and shortbread dough.
Natal_la
I still haven't kneaded the dumplings dough, I'm just waiting for the rolling, which they promised to bring, and not because I'm too lazy to roll it out later, I'm just waiting for the purity of the experiment.
Lenusik-sh
I'm in doubt about the dumplings dough. When I roll it out with the handles, the dough is not very steep, then the dumplings are tender. What if such dough sticks to the rolling out and spreads?
Natal_la
I also love this dough, it will be a shame then for the money spent, but I don't cook lasagne.
Lenusik-sh
the instructions say that if the dough sticks to the rollers. then dry it. how then to sculpt? At least now I would take up the dough to check it, but I'm really sick. I can't just roll it out for interest and throw it away later.
Natal_la
I wish you a speedy recovery and really want to know your feedback on rolling. Get well.
1Guly
Boshik perfectly kneads all types of dough, including dumplings. Now I make yeast only in a dough mixer, I put only bread in a bread maker, earlier I had to make several portions of yeast, one was not enough. By the way, the dough rises in the same bowl. Grinding meat, onions and garlic in a meat grinder, class meat grinder !!! Vegetables are well chopped in a multimixer with knives, there is not enough middle disc in cutting, the price for it, of course, is horrible. I don’t understand why they made a disc with such a large cut - it won’t go for salads.
1Guly
By the way, in the picture I have chicken dough, it is softer than dumplings, rolled out perfectly, did not stick. I have had the harvester for seven months already, and I didn’t regret taking it. I didn’t use only the grinder and the noodle cutter, until ...
Natal_la
Yes, my Mumik is almost 6 months old, but my enthusiasm does not fade away!

I have mum 8400 for two years or more, I have never regretted it, for yeast dough it is just super, for biscuits, creams, etc. it is not replaceable.

Girls who have a BOSCH MUZ 8 AG 1 julienne disc for cutting vegetables into long thin slices? What are they really getting?
Lenusik-sh
I do not have, because there is a Berner grater for these purposes. But I think that in any case it will be a short straw as thick as a match or a little thicker
Nat_ka
Quote: Lenusik-sh

... it will be short straws as thick as a match or slightly thicker

Because the hole into which the vegetables are pushed is small, where do the long strips come from?
Sandy
I don’t have it, I don’t like the shape of how the standard set of multimixer cuts vegetables at all, so I didn’t buy additional graters, there is still a vegetable cutter with a meat grinder ... everything is not that, it’s better

I have a julienne disc on a Boch cube, but the principle is the same. And Nat_ka said correctly, the longest slices are equal to the width of the hole. And I agree with Sandy - Berner wins a lot here. Although if you need a lot at once, then the disc will cope much faster, but the aesthetics will be less. Here is my opinion (if anyone is interested in it)
Natal_la
Thank you all for your messages, now I am definitely convinced that I don't need such a disk yet. My professional Vinzer grater set will do better.
