Bought MUM 84MP1, which is MUCH more profitable than empty 8400.
I bought in for 20090 p. Long compared with Kenwood KM 010 and KA9027 Krups Prep Expert. But Kenwood did not like the build quality - everything dangles, backlash, cracks, the sound is terrible. Krups has an inadequate price and the lack of attachments even on order.

Here they asked about the meat grinder, I answer.
Meat grinder many times better than "meat grinders" (I compare Moulinex ME 6061 - one of the most powerful on the market, very noisy, does not always cope and has to drive the meat 2 times). The meat grinder works quietly. I did not specifically clean the beef shoulder blade from the veins, cut it into 3 * 4 cm pieces. I missed the loaf with onion separately, added salt and spices, and then mixed it all with a dough hook in a container - the minced meat turned out super-duper. The set includes 1 mesh with holes closer to the fine one than to the middle one - it is quite enough for minced meat.
There is a nuance with its fastening - they could have come up with a simpler one. And after installing it, the minced meat outlet is at the level of 5-7 cm from the countertop - if it is not very convenient to make a large volume, you can only slip a bowl of soup.

I also made 2 types of charlotte. I liked doing more and kneading dough and shredding apples in a container, all this is mixed and laid out in a mold.

Shredderthat came in the kit works flawlessly: nothing scatters, chops and rubs vegetables perfectly, almost does not spoil fruit.

Citrus juicer also raises no objections.

Girls and boys, MUM owners! I also acquired this type of equipment, but a couple of questions arose, I think this is a malfunction or is it so for everyone? : during operation, in addition to the usual hum, there is a rustling sparkling noise (inside). And the second: should the cord be reeled up?

the word "sparkling" hardly refers to noise. but in general, yes, the device is noisy, like all kitchen devices.
the cord does not unwind, but is simply pushed into the hole
Angelinka
Thanks for the answer! I changed it after all. Tonight they will bring, compare with what happened. How many equipment I had, but I had never heard such a sound. Regarding the noise: if it's noisy for you, then you are just in luck! I have a kenwood harvester (some old model), so when I whipped butter in a blender, I put it in another room and closed the door: what a noise! And here, in comparison with him, he just barely whispers, although the power is twice as much!

Angelinka
The harvester is noisy, but it also has great power, sparking should not be, maybe this is some kind of malfunction? My combine has nothing like it, just a powerful sound. The cord does not unwind, like a vacuum cleaner, for example, you press the button and everything will fit, but simply insert it into the hole and it fits there itself. When buying, did you include it? I mainly use a kneader, a mill, and in the fall, cutting vegetables. I am always glad how it works and say "thank you, my Boshik" But I haven't used a mixer yet, so I don’t know how it sounds. Maybe the girls will write to you. Good luck in mastering the combine, so that it pleases you!
Nat_ka
Lyubochka! How do you not use a mixer? Summer has passed in vain. Try regular milk, banana and ice. And the mixer does it in a second! And the foam
Angelinka
I probably wrote it wrong. The Boshik has a power of 1400, and the Kenwood has 700, but the Kenwood roars so ... that my ears get clogged (I suffer from strong sounds). The fact of the matter is that it was impossible to check it upon purchase (condensate), and we will only check the changed one when we arrive home ... but it was sealed with a factory tape, and it was already opened. I rushed to the store where it was available, listened there: it also rustles slightly, maybe I find fault, or they have such a peculiarity ... But the combination is cool: you hold in your hands - a thing, I already salivate as I want to try, I already endure the second a week, it costs, but you can't try it (my husband doesn't give it), maybe even today ...
I only took it as a kneader, a beater and a blender-butter maker, everything else is both cutting and a meat grinder and a "stone" mill, but the Kenwood bread maker, or rather the bucket is out of order, and there is no way to buy a replacement yet (bucket) I want to, but my hands knead the wrong forces, and even the time .. Wait ...
lyubochka
I reported earlier about the mixer, it is more convenient for me to whip with the Zepter, it is small and also powerful, a habit already. And I rarely use a bread maker either, I start a dough with the addition of whole grain flour, in a food processor, there in a bowl and leave it to rise, then I add pumpkin and sunflower seeds and bake in the oven in the form of a narrow loaf, bake two loaves at a time. I give one to my mother, she lives side by side, the other to myself.
Angelinka
I have very good cakes in my bread maker, but a combine is needed for rye bread.
I also bake for everyone
Angelinka
This morning I turned on the warmed-up harvester: the rustle is the same as in the two previous ones, which means I'm just picking on ...
I have already tried it on bread dough: it turns out very quickly! The question arose: should the bun be like in a bread maker? , otherwise I had more and more dough on the walls.
We will continue to master the technique!

Thanks everyone for the feedback.
lyubochka
Angelinka, I try to keep the dough from the sides of the bowl just like there was a bun in the bread maker. The result is always (y) It can be even easier, so as not to be mistaken, take all the proportions by weight, as in a bread maker. Good luck! Tomorrow I will also start for pies in mine.
Angelinka
Thank you, lyubochka , without a kolobok the molded one turned out perfectly, next time we will "bring" to the kolobok
I went to knead a cupcake
divlesika
I looked into this Temko, because I choose a kneader for myself.
Girls, tell me pliz, when you knead in Boch - does the dough creep up the hook or not? Or if it suddenly creeps - and is it okay? (Just in Temka about the Kenwoods, such infa ran about one model)
natalka
I have Boshik not 84, but 46, but they have the same mixing principle - planetary, only the volume in mine is smaller. So, in my dough it crawls up the hook, but only of the type like rye, that is, not dense, but rather watery. True, I basically make such a dough there because I bake rye breads in sourdough and in the oven, and knead the wheat dough more often in a bread machine.
natalka
Quote: divlesika

natalka, Thank you! That is, you have to periodically peel it down from the hook?

Yes, in principle, there is no special need, since it does not creep far and it is enough to clean the hook only at the end of the batch. More often it is necessary to clean only if the bowl is large, and the volume of the dough is small and almost all the dough will creep onto the hook, but this is impossible for me, since the bowl is about 4 liters.
lyubochka
divlesika, I showed on mine how he kneads the dough, look at page 4, from the hook, if something sticks, then I remove it only at the end of the kneading, when I remove the dough from the bowl, and you won't even get your hands dirty, he will do everything himself, the bowl is very comfortable, I leave the dough in it for lifting, only I move it closer to the warmth, for a good lifting
Velta
Hello! I decided to contact your Temko with a question about MUM 86R1. It looks a lot like 84, I think.
What is the difference between universal cutting and multi-mixer? I just never had a harvester before. The Bosch site has a very meager description. Now I think, what should I buy in addition to a meat grinder? I have already ordered a meat grinder for her.
Nat_ka
Quote: Velta

... How does universal cutting differ from multi-mixer?

There is a multi-mixer on the first page of the topic - this is such a bowl with knives and grating discs, and the universal cutting is a nozzle into which grating discs and products are inserted, which are then poured into a container placed under the nozzle. That is, if you can grind a small amount of vegetables in a multi-mixer, then in a universal cutter unlimited
Velta
Nat_ka, thank you very much for your answer! Am I correct in that they are functionally interchangeable? Only in the number of products it turns out. Or in other words, if I buy a cutter, will I get by with a multi-mixer?
Nat_ka

It will be quite enough! Now I want to buy a cutting machine, but I don't have it. I bought a multi-mixer because of my love for chopped cutlets
Velta
Nat_ka, thanks! We have decided on this! I will order cutting. Can I have another question then? Here in the subject they write about the mill, but on the Bosch website I did not find anything about it. Actually, they also wrote about the lack of information on their website. Can I find out if you have it? And what is it, and for what? Maybe I read the topic inattentively, then excuse me, but just such a wave of information, not all of it immediately settles in the right place!

Look at the 1st page of the topic 6th answer. There is a photo there. The mill is very good, but I don't use it much and I don't think I bought it in vain.
Velta
And, where about the poppy? Got it. And what else can you grind if you can't sugar? Did they write about the mill that sugar is heated and breaks plastic?
Nat_ka

There are millstones or ceramics or some kind of alloy. As for sugar ... it seems to me that you can buy powdered sugar everywhere now. And before there was a problem and therefore everyone was tormented by coffee grinders, etc.

Girls, dear, tell me, please, how this handsome man copes with 1 protein? He whips it or still "does not see" ... MUM is not available in stores, only via the Internet, so everything is only from pictures ... ... Be so kind ...
AnnGlamour
Girls, tell me a non-native BOSCH MUZ 4DS2 nozzle is suitable for MUM 84, I just really wanted to get a BOSCH MUZ 8 DS 1, but I can't find it anywhere.
Velta
AnnGlamour, do you have a BOSCH service center in your city? I ordered such a nozzle in our service center, and today it came to me, try it.
LeSabre
Can you please tell me if it is possible to grind ice in the blender bowl (glass) from Bosch MUM 4756? someone tried it?
LeSabre
Marusya29, thanks for the detailed answer!
I wanted to grind ice for cocktails, I really respect "Margirita", etc.
But this is not so important. Better a whole bowl than dubious experiments.
Now I have studied the instructions in detail. Specifically, nothing is said about ice. But it is forbidden to grind heavily frozen fruits and vegetables. So everything is clear about ice ...
It is strange that the high temperature bursts, like a world-renowned glass manufacturer - Simax
And for ice picking, if you really want to, you can buy a metal bowl for the Brown hand blender - it is specially designed for this!
AlisaS
Good day everyone!
Such a question for the happy owners of this device: does it work not with its own metal bowl? For example, can I slip another vessel, such as a saucepan, to knead? Or is there a retainer and it does not work without it?

AlisaS - all combines have clamps, otherwise the bowl would have walked in different directions

The girls bought a Bosch 4756 combine today and found out that you can buy additional attachments for it, I'm interested in the mill.Maybe someone knows where it can be bought in Moscow

Tell me, have you tried the cheb dough for Bosch 46?
Otherwise, I just can't choose between 45 (46) and a bread maker (for kneading dough).
They write that the power is not enough and starts to burn.
So is it really?
moby
Hello, kneaders: flowers: I also have a question. I want to buy this combine, but only for kneading dough. And I read here that the hook can only work at 1-2 speeds. Is that enough, I mean, hook revolutions at such a low speed, to develop gluten?
Nat_ka

... And I read here that the hook can only work at 1-2 speeds. Is that enough, I mean, hook revolutions at such a low speed, to develop gluten?

Probably it all depends on the amount of dough that you will knead. If it does not exceed the norm specified in the instructions, then nothing bad will happen. I often knead the dough in the bread maker, but when I did it in the combine, the bread turned out no worse than in the bread machine. That is, everything was ok with gluten.
moby
Nat_ka, Thank you.
But the question is still ripe: on all sites, and on the official one it is written that the combine has 7 speeds.
And on the harvester itself (virtual switch) there are 4 of them.
Where are the other 3?
moby
I asked myself, I answered myself ...
There is still a dash between the numbers. Taking into account all the numbers and dashes, everything turns out = 7. Sorry for being stupid
A wrench is always included in the package or not?
moby
In general, I also bought this wonderful harvester for myself, tried a hook for kneading dough. I just want to admire all this time, as he stir. I made the dough from 600 g of flour
And how heavy ...
nut
And for how much they bought, if not a secret and where
moby
I bought Technopark in the online store, the prices there are more expensive than in other Internet stores, but the reviews are good. 16700 worked.
nut
Excuse me, but which one did you take? I don't see something Kenwood010 there
moby
Bosch 8400, like the title of the topic, I was looking for Bosch, and he ended up there. Search the website for a refrigerator. RU. There may be
nut
Oh, Semyon Semyonitch I beg your pardon But I will ask you anyway - did you take cherry blossom? What makes it heavy, what is the body made of and what attachments are included? Power, as I understand it, 1600W? I have all Bosch equipment and a combine harvester 4657, knead the dough, but the power is too small - 600 W - I'm afraid the motor will not stand
moby
No, I have 8400, metal color. And the red one is the MUM 86 R1 model, it has a capacity of 1600, but it costs even more. Of course I wanted it, but it's more expensive. And in mine it's 1400. The set includes 3 attachments - a whisk for beating, mixing and a hook for dough.
Aluminum body.
Yours can also knead the dough, just small volumes
Velta
MUM 86 R1 has a meat grinder very cool! I was so worried that the meat grinder should be taken separately, and not in the combine, but I was lucky !!!!
Iriska
In general, I boast: Bosch MUM 86 R1

Food processor Bosch MUM 8400

The first thing we tried was a blender. We were making a cocktail. Did an excellent job.
Second, I put the dough for 500 grams of flour for kneading. Then I got a little nervous, because the dough did not gather into a lump, but was spread over the bowl. Although the kolobok in HP was perfect before.
Then I made the pancake dough.
Of course, the impressions are the most positive. The harvester is very solid. The most professional one. Quite impressive in size, which, accordingly, requires sufficient space in the kitchen.
I love.

Pancake in a blender can be made and then poured from it into a pan

Girls, I’m finally showing you what kind of cutting at the disc for cutting vegetables in Asian style. On this disc, I missed carrots. For blanks, quite a decent cutting, on other discs it was very small, then very large. If you cut a lot of vegetables, then it is better to substitute another vessel so that there is a free fall, otherwise I substituted the "native" bowl, it was filled to the top and my grip broke, of course it is my own fault. Care must be taken to ensure that vegetables do not accumulate in the outlet.[imFood processor Bosch MUM 8400g] Such a grip broke, it saved the damage of the drive, it's good that there are two of them in the kit.
Nat_ka
I also bought one. Maybe that's why there are two of them in the kit?
