Juliet
Thank you!

Hello girls! I want to buy BOSH MUMXL40G for kneading dough, there are few reviews about it. Who has it, tell me how is it in operation? Did you disappoint?
Juliet
I have one, I bought it exactly as a kneader, I really like how he makes dough for dumplings and dumplings, kneads a very smooth homogeneous dough, for pies, I made charlottes, yeast too, I like it. Quickly and no need to painfully wrinkle your hands, in short, I'm very happy. And we also needed a glass blender and a large volume, we are also happy for 4 adults, you can immediately make all kinds of cocktails.
Milashaa
Thank you Julia for the answer, I will buy. I also want to buy a dough sheeter attachment. Did you use graters, those that are included?
Juliet
Yes, I used only the finest grater, I made potato pancakes, I had to do it at high speed, then rub it well, I also want to buy a dough sheeter and a squeezer for citrus fruits. All details are made soundly, for a large family that is needed. This car really helps me.

I lean towards BOSCH MUM XL 10, as I understand it, 10, 20, 40 is one unit with different nozzles, right? I don't see the need for a mixer, I will buy graters separately. I wanted to ask the hostesses of such a Bosch, how does he cope with a tight dough like noodles? Kneading or will you have to knead with your hands?

Juliet, or maybe someone else from the owners of MUM XL, tell me, I understood correctly, are the attachments for MUM 8 and MUM XL identical? Judging by the instructions I found on the Internet
I did not find a separate topic for this unit ...

Hello everyone! Please respond, owners of MUZ8FV1 press attachment for squeezing juice, there was a question about buying a screw juicer for berries, tomatoes. And I really don't want an extra unit in the kitchen, a nozzle would be great, basically the same auger. Someone may have already conducted tests, were they satisfied or not?

Friends, did anyone buy this flour grinder? Melet flour? And is the flour good for baking after the first grinding? Share your experience, please!

Hey! I really need help!

I'll leave a review about the new XL cube cutter, which I bought for my MUM8. What can I say, it cuts cool. But the use of a native bowl is required. Rather, you can, of course, substitute any container, but the cubes fly out with such speed and force (and I practically do not help with a pusher, but rather I just hold the product and close the hole so that it does not fly out from above), which simply fly out all over the table))) Therefore, we need deep container, and ideally use your own bowl. The size of small cubes is excellent, very even for Olivier. Large can be used for fruit desserts.
Very sharp grating blades. The grate pusher-cleaner must be inserted from the side of the non-cutting parts. I inserted it once from the side of the cutting part, so the pieces of plastic were cut off a little. The instructions do not say about this.
The design itself is very cumbersome and complex, I did not like it. Wash a lot. Phillips, who cuts into cubes, was much easier. There is more to wash, it takes up a lot of shelf space. It is more difficult to get to the grate (it is important during intermediate cleaning, when it is necessary that the cubes of different vegetables do not mix). The rivets that hold the plastic base disc do not hold very well, in the sense they do not fit tightly. It's not critical, but still. I did not like the transparent plastic itself, it somehow looks a little flimsy. Once I took the beets right next to the hole, I was too lazy to cut them smaller, pushed them with a pusher, so after that a small squeak was heard all the time during work.

Multi-cut. I change it for the second time, but through my own fault, I confess honestly. The first time the child dropped the lid and the central round thing flew off. And the second one I violated the instructions and cut the heavily frozen broccoli. As a result, a part of the plastic inside was cut off with a disk and I had to order a new one. Since I also wanted to change some discs for new ones, I decided to order not the 8 series multi-cutter, but the XL. There are 5 discs in a set. In the new model, the outlet was immediately with a long wall, and not with an additional removable wall. At first I was glad that it was one less part to wash, and then I regretted: it became more difficult to wash and it takes more space on the shelf. The structural changes are minimal and insignificant, but I liked the multi-cut 8 series more.

By the way. For 2, it seems, years of work recently, Mumik 8 began to launch multi-cutting and cube-cutting not the first time. It happens sometimes you have to snap it off - click it, although everything is initially correct. As far as I understand, the point is in the blockage, which for some reason began to work when not necessary and in the middle hole. Oh, I hope it gets by. I use the harvester every day and do not plan to change it. He is an irreplaceable friend and helper for me and I have never met the best in functions and power.

Girls, from T.A. in the topic Purchases in Chibo, people buy a flexi whisk, like this 🔗
They write that it is suitable for 4. Is it suitable for MUM84? Or somewhere you can buy specifically for our 84
Barmamam

I bought from Tatyana to MUM 84. It was not inserted the first time, got used to it and works great. I use flexi more often than others.

Girls! What attachment for Bosch Series 8 or Maxi is available for rubbing berries, tomatoes, etc., similar to the Kenwood Sieve Wipe? What do you specifically use or if there is a ready-made nozzle, how is it called correctly?
