Lyubochka, as well as girls, are owners of Boshiks. How do you boshiki? Are you satisfied with your harvester? I wanted to buy kenwood, but they have risen in price so much that I probably can't buy it, but the Boshiks are at a more affordable price. Now I am considering an option or 84 or 86 model. Lyubochka, please share how the combine kneads the bread dough and whips the whites? Is there something about the harvester that does not become obsolete for you? Forgive me for many questions, but I want to buy and then not be disappointed.
lyubochka
I am very happy with the harvester. The dough kneads perfectly both yeast and biscuit and whips the whites perfectly, powerful. (y) You will not regret if you buy. We even made dough for Easter cakes in it, although they say that the dough loves hands, and the cakes turned out to be excellent. My mother always asked me to help knead the dough, which is such a difficult task, and now everything is done by the combine.
Esfir
Lyubochka, thank you very much for responding so quickly. : flowers: Lyubochka. Are the attachments for it expensive and how difficult is it to buy them? I'm particularly interested in the dough sheeter. Do you have one? And in general, where do you buy attachments?
lyubochka
The nozzles are expensive, I ordered from Moscow. And I bought the combine itself through the online store. I don't have a dough sheeter, I previously bought a manual Italian one, can any of the girls write about the dough sheeter
lyubochka
Here is such a shredder, also a great thing for large blanks in the fallFood processor Bosch MUM 8400
Esfir
Lyubochka, and if you mix minced meat cutlet, then with what nozzle? Sorry for the importunity ...
lyubochka
If there is a small amount of meat, then on a multi-mixer, such a nozzle goes to it, but I don't have it, Nata can tell about this, she makes chopped cutlets, if you knead the finished minced meat, then you can in the kneader, in the bowl itself. The meat grinder may or may not be included (for the price) I only had a mixer and a kneader, I purchased the rest separately. The first page shows the kneading hook and beaters., Take a look.
Esfir
Lyubochka, did I understand correctly that the power in the combine is enough to knead any dough? Now I would like to decide which model is 84 or 86. We have a price difference of only a thousand rubles, but at 86 I don't like the color, and if 84 has enough power, then you can take it and not bother.
lyubochka
Yes, it has enough power. Knead: girl_coocking: and dough for noodles and dumplings. Choose what is closer to your soul, I am sure you will fall in love with this machine and it will delight you. Happy shopping!

On the first page and multi-mixer. It is not included, purchased separately. I make minced meat in it - excellent and ... mayonnaise - super!

Girls, in general, I ordered myself a Boshik, 86 model - red. A week later, they promised to bring it (I ordered it via the Internet). : girl_curtsey: My son still convinced me to model 86. I'll write as soon as I get it. Lyubochka and Natka, thank you for the clarification. I'm all in anticipation

Esfir, well, very interesting is your impression of Boshik .... An assistant came to you ??? My husband threatens to give me a good harvester (for kneading dough, mainly as a mixer). And now I'm all in doubt - Bosch or Kenwood 20 ..., I tend to Boshik, because almost all the equipment is from this manufacturer, and the Cube is available, but again, I read very laudatory odes about Kenwood
Sonadora
Girls, Bosch-owners, and the nozzle has a "meat grinder" inside which spare parts in the unit, which gives movement to the rotating "knife" (I don't know how else to describe it) - plastic or metal?
I want to replace all mixers-miners-miners with one unit (within 8-11 thousand rubles), but I doubt the reliability of the meat grinder.
Esfir
nika77 I am very sorry. I just saw your question. Probably you have already made a choice for a long time, but maybe someone will come in handy. Girls, the harvester is very good. Solid, beautiful, powerful. I also wanted kenwood 20, but just before the purchase, they disappeared from the sale, and when they appeared they increased in price. I decided to take Boshik 86 and do not regret it at all. The dough kneads perfectly, whips the whites. This is enough for me. I also took it more as a kneader. In general, I'm happy. Over time, I will buy the rest of the attachments for it. Girls, forgive me for not reporting right away, but there were problems at home, there was no time for that.

Thank you!!! better late than never . I made up my mind, or rather, my husband gave it in December for his birthday - BOSH 86. To say that I am delighted, to say nothing. Now there are no problems with dough, proteins, cream. Pancake dough - also Boshik in work. I also want a lasagna nozzle (I often make dumplings, dumplings, manti ... in general, such a product plan). Girls, please share information - good attachment or so-so. I have wanted a noodle cutter for a long time, but my husband forbade buying a mechanical one. Said it was a pointless purchase. And I’m not that tired of the rolling pin, I’m sorry for the time spent, well, for the energy too. But with the acquisition of Bosch 86, there is hope that the process of rolling out the dough will be automated ... Here are the things. I really look forward to information.
Esfir
nika77 I am glad that you are with the combine and you like it. Do you have red too? What kind of attachment do you use for pancakes? I also really want a dough sheeting attachment, but haven't looked for it yet. I also adore dumplings and dumplings and all kinds of baked goods, I often fiddle with dough. If you see somewhere on the Internet, then please hang on to me. Maybe our girls have one, please write how it works.

Esfir, also red, very beautiful and personable, I knead the pancakes with a whisk for mixing (as indicated in the instructions), and what kind of mashed potatoes (with the same nozzle) turns out mmmmm ..... my husband said that she would only do it with a combine. And here 🔗 see what the lasagna attachment looks like for our harvester. And of course I would like to know the review (but I don’t remember that someone wrote about this nozzle).
Nat_ka
And in a mixer I make dough for pancakes, then from a jug and pour it into a pan.
Esfir
Mom dear ........... and I did not know what could be made and mashed potatoes. I have mashed potatoes ready to eat 3 times a day, and I do it with pens and pens. Is this nozzle not that big, but which is smaller than twigs? Right?
And I have not done anything with a mixer (I still have a good submersible), I must try pancakes right in it.
nika77

That's right, though I help a little with a spatula (the one that came with the kit), but in any case, it turns out much faster to make mashed potatoes and without power costs
And I am not using the mixer yet, there is a submersible Brown, I still have enough of it. And it's more convenient for me to knead pancakes in a large bowl - I got used to pouring the dough with a small ladle (well, it's more convenient for me that way). I put the bowl next to the stove and ... work started !!!

Hello, lovely inhabitants of the forum! Take in your ranks. The husband gave Bosch - MUM 84 MP1. On Thursday, together with him, her husband, she will return from a Moscow business trip. To say: glad - to say nothing! In my case, I don't need anything else (from kitchen equipment). Well, perhaps just a little - a lasagna attachment (well, this, so that absolutely everything was!). I'd love to read the reviews about her. Girls (and boys) write who used it and what to look for. True, I have already ordered it without any reviews. I'm just waiting for it, because it is out of stock.
sazalexter
Olgus I didn't use it, but I saw it in the store, I'll tell you right away, size: swoon: and it needs a new kitchen with an apartment, so I bought an alternative, MUM 5

As the saying goes: "It's too late, my friend, to drink BORJOMI!" : doctor: HE IS ALREADY GOING! I am absolutely not confused by either his height or his weight. Moreover, I wanted him! And mentally I already use it! : girl_love: The only question is how interesting is the nozzle for rolling the dough. I especially want to hear the opinions of those who use it.

Olgus, sincerely congratulations on this wonderful purchase !!! ... In terms of dimensions, of course, the harvester is impressive, so solid (I really have a BOSH 86, but they are very similar). And it seems to me that you will be the discoverer of the nozzle - lasagna. Since so far there have been no reviews on it, but there have been requests and questions. So one hope for you, if you have already ordered. We are waiting for feedback

At first I also wanted BOSCH 86 + to buy a set of nozzles for it. But after calling a bunch of online stores, none of them had a set of nozzles, only under the order and wait about a month. Therefore, my husband and I decided that 200 watts of difference in engine power is not very important. Both the one and the other are professional models, so they took this one, but included (if you buy each attachment separately, it is much more expensive). I have long wanted to have a serious machine that can do a lot. In general, I am a fan of kitchen (and not only) appliances, because I believe that time is an irrevocable value. And it is foolish to waste it aimlessly if there is an opportunity to speed up or automate the process! (I'd rather spend it on my favorite embroidery!) Fortunately, my husband ABSOLUTELY shares my opinion and supports (including financially) my desires! And as for the lasagna nozzle, it means that I will be a pioneer (if you are lucky enough to buy it!) And write how and what. SOMEONE SHOULD BE FIRST ?!

Oh what good news !!! I wish you a prompt delivery. And I keep my fists so that the nozzle lives up to our expectations !!!!!

nika77 I made mashed potatoes twice already. Everything worked out. : yahoo: Puree is delicious, my boys really liked it, though there were grains, but this is my own fault. Mix well and add milk and butter only at the end. And I put everything right away, probably from this grains were formed.nika77, thank you for prompting. I myself would not have thought of it.
Olgus, Olga will be waiting for your impressions. I also really want this attachment, but I have not found it anywhere.
In general, I got the impression that it is much more difficult to buy attachments for Boshikov than for Kenwoods.

super, I am very glad that my small discovery has brought benefits not only to me. I forgot to tell you about the algorithm for cooking mashed potatoes. Well, you, smart girl, understood everything yourself. Indeed, I first mix the hot potatoes well, and then add butter, milk, and ground pepper. And no lumps !!!
I got so much good from this site for myself (I bow to the creators and members of the forum).

nika77! And from me a huge THANK YOU! The first thing we tested BOSHIK on was puree! The husband, who is proffie in his preparation (usually he crumples it, whips it, etc.), said that this is something! and the truth is, it turned out airy and gentle. Also no lumps. Everything is super!
And the lumps .... Perhaps the point is in the potatoes themselves. There are varieties that do not boil well.
Well, and what else did they manage today - to squeeze juice from a medium-sized grapefruit and oranges. By the way, a little trick: before squeezing citrus fruits, you need to put them for 30 seconds. into the microwave. Then citruses give better juice! Checked by GALILEO and adopted by me! And for sure. The juice that was squeezed out was enough for 2 glasses.

What interesting information. Can you ask a stupid question - put citruses whole in the microwave?
Olgus
Yes, put citrus fruits in the microwave whole.

Hello! I also got a Bosch, now I'm testing. I had a question: when kneading the dough at high speed, the bowl begins to vibrate, that is, it does not remain stationary, but vibrates slightly in accordance with the movement of the nozzle. Is this the norm, or should it be fixed more rigidly and remain motionless during any action? Now I think - to change, or is it like that for everyone?

Anna! True, the dough did not stir yet, but when I kneaded the mashed potatoes, the bowl was fixed firmly and did not move.

At me, at high speed (2), when kneading rye dough, the "foot" is slightly lowered and raised, where the mixer is inserted. The bowl is motionless (fixed tightly). Read again about the speed in the instructions and the possible mixing time. It is possible that you are zealous and speed up.
* anna *
Thanks for answers! It's good that there is such a forum and people who respond so quickly and clearly. Exactly, I apparently exceeded the speed of the dumplings dough by 4 speeds kneading, so it shakes and everything walks.
I also wanted to ask about the attachments: Which is better - a multi-mixer or a cutter for vegetables and why are there two such identical attachments at all?
Nat_ka

... Which is better - a multi-mixer or a cutter for vegetables and why are there two such identical attachments at all?

Multi-mixer: the amount of food is small so that it does not exceed the volume of the container. The plus is that you can make chopped cutlets.
Vegetable cutter: products in any volume! Pour into a bowl.

Girls are boys! you are welcome!
I read the whole topic. The same question has popped up several times and the answer is still on the way
How does the harvester treat small quantities of products?
Is it possible to beat 1 egg? well 2 as a last resort?
Is it really possible to put the dough for 350 grams of flour?
knead noodles for 2 eggs?
I really want such a thing, but we are a small family and some people eat only this minute cooked ... Maybe there is no point in it in our case?
Thank you!

Why such a combine for one egg, dough for 350 grams of flour ... and for a small family? heavy, takes up a lot of space, obviously overpay for functionality and power. Look better towards MUM 5 ... / MUM 4 ...

In the next topic, you write that you prefer to knead the dough for bread in a bread maker, tell us why? I'm just planning to get rid of it, because for a very long time I have been using it only as a kneading machine, which, given its size and capabilities, is not very smart. Did you knead the boshes and didn't like it, or just got used to HP?

In KhP, a well-fermented dough with pronounced gluten is obtained, fully conditioned due to heating during kneading, this is a yeast dough for pies. And dumplings are simply more accustomed to making in HP, and it turns out well. And Boshem likes to knead super cool, heavy shortbread dough for cookies

Good evening! Can you please tell me, is the movement of the bowl (small) when kneading at 2nd speed, with a hook (bread dough), is this the norm or do you need to change the bowl? When you turn it over, there are three latches at the bottom, for grooves. Two of them have little movement when you move your fingers. The third (which is more authentic) is fixed rigidly. So everyone? Or do you need to contact the service?

Goodnight, Tusechka27! I went, specially checked - on my combine the locks, all three, have a slight movement (when you move your fingers). To be honest, I never even thought of looking there. I think this is the norm. About the movement of the bowl - somehow I did not notice at what speed the bowl starts to "get a little fever". But in any case, the bowl is moving. I did not apply to the service - I think this is what the manufacturer intended.

nika77, thank you very much for such a quick response. Calmed down !!! And then I recently bought (by the way, after reading this topic) and used it only three times. And I was so upset (they wrote here that there shouldn't be any movement). A year ago I bought a "submersible BOSCH", so it has a plastic sleeve, where all the "personal belongings" are fixed, it melted after a couple of weeks of use .... In the service center, they changed it for free, under warranty, but I had to wait more than a month (yes, it’s too far to go to it ). They put it there for a friend, stronger (even "by eye" is visible). Thanks again.

Yeah, it's unpleasant when the technique disappoints with the quality ... ((((. I really hope that this the harvester will show itself only from the good side. (y) Good luck and delicious bread !!!

Mum is completely satisfied: we make cocktails and squeeze orange juice, dough for baking, just for one or two, vegetables for the soup are now only on it and shredded (though tails remain, but it doesn't matter, cut Mona with a knife)), And about minced meat I generally keep quiet .. Initially, I chose the combine because of the meat grinder. So, he wastes the veins with a bang. I thought I would often have to disassemble and help manually. It is very easy to clean and assemble. The only drawback is the size of the kitchen for such a beautiful and smart device))
