Dear bakers!
please help
I have a choice of 2 brands, I don't consider Severin and others like them, your vaunted Panasonic, lg, we don't have delongues
I liked Moulinex itself 3000 - shape, design
Kenwood is a little ugly, it looks like they are similar in function.
a bread maker is needed for a family with 2 small children (they got rubber baguettes)
hope for your help, thanks in advance

Thanks to this site, I bought a Kenwood 250 today. I baked my first bread. Everything worked out the first time. Just want to warn you about the light crust. If you leave the bread for another 20 minutes to warm up, then the crust turns out like a store-bought bread, moderately fried. Bread was baked according to the first program - wheat. I chose the minimum weight of 500 grams. You can bake 700 gr. and 1 kg. rolls.
I was very much helped by the advice of the Admin and all forum participants about the formation of the kolobok. Thank you very much for the detailed explanations.

I took this stove for a family of two people, because you can bake bread weighing 0.5 kg, but I think that it will be enough for you too. It will only be necessary to increase the weight of the baked products.

I would also recommend Kenwood, unfortunately there are a lot of complaints about Mlinex, although it looks more beautiful, and in general I like the company, but ... I would not risk it.
I can directly hear the stones flying at me from the owners of these stoves, who were lucky
Sorry, no offense. but just a warning

near kenwood itself, and would recommend kenwood to everyone!
and what does "ugly" mean? is it not so streamlined? but it is very convenient !!! the flat lid is very convenient - you can put something on top! and you can hang a canvas on the handle!
I don't know if they'll shower me with slippers, but I recommend Kenwood - it's not just me tested! all friends (and there are already a lot of them) use it, and by the way, some of them are not the first year!
Madame s
I would like to clarify, does Kenwood bake cupcakes?
fugaska
bakes!

-price!!!
-design- who likes what .... shape- convenient to place in the kitchen - on any table in any corner
- the most important thing is that it bakes no worse than other ovens, and maybe .........))))))

Happy Kenwood owners, can you tell me if it is possible to bake rye or Borodino bread in your oven?
novira
Well ... "ugly" .. and I chose my Kenwood for beauty. Lightweight, graceful, all white ... But it turned out and bakes great. Recently, I even use recipes approximately, the remains of cottage cheese, dairy products - everything is there, I always weigh the flour. And never was - so that it did not work. Always very edible. And in the "sweet bread" mode, you get soooo cakes (on one egg ...)
novira
I haven't tried Borodinsky, but rye is definitely possible ...
Zhorzhevna
But I have Moulinex. And also really like it. and bakes all kinds of bread. I understand that "every sandpiper ....".But - a good stove !!!!! And, in my opinion, even the owners of Panasonic have complaints - at first, until they learn and make friends with their wet nurse!

I baked rye in my oven on the program "Whole Grain Bread No. where there is a preliminary heating of 30 ...
the program is not a problem to pick up))))
And about Borodinsky ... so I think there is a trick with the preparation of dough, you need to boil flour with boiling water, but you can bake using the same program as rye ...
fugaska
in kenwoods you can bake not only rye and Borodino, but also corn, buckwheat, rice, etc., as well as with the addition of any flakes and even bran! and all this in "whole grain" mode, as there is preheating, 30 minutes.
nichlava
and I have kenwood, so far no complaints.
At the expense of design - I like it the most, I don't like these rounded shapes, they are completely uncomfortable, and for me, they are ugly - and Kenwood is very stylish and simple
Pusya
Thank you, so I'm ordering my mom kenwood.

Thank you, so I'm ordering my mom kenwood.
A week ago I bought a Kenwood BM 250. I really liked the shape and the price, respectively. Small, fits well into the kitchen. I set it on the timer right away to have fresh bread in the morning. At night I woke up from a loud sound (I thought the mobile was ringing on the vibrator), then I realized that the oven was kneading the dough so loudly. After a while, she began to squeak so disgustingly (for the raisins, although I was not going to lay it, it’s just her program). By the morning, the bread was baked pale, although there was a medium-colored crust there, I had to blush in the oven. The next time the crust was slightly darker, and it meant dark. I spat on everything and handed it back to the store. I bought Panasonic-207. Bakes better, works quietly. And the program with the addition of raisins eliminates the timer altogether, which, in general, is logical. The only thing is bad, the dimensions are a little large and there is no window. And already baked it several times, the result is excellent. And the bookmarking algorithm in Panasonic is the opposite of Kenwood BM 250, that is, water is the last.

Everything is baked well for me. The crust is slightly lighter than the sides. In Kenwood (and in other models), after baking, the bread is kept warm for an hour. During this time, the color of the crust is the one you need. I keep the bread in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. This time is enough for a dark crust.

I have Moulinex 2000 for a month !!! No complaints! Great stove!
You can bake any bread: white, black, gray, butter, rye, muffins, cakes, buckwheat, rice and any other ........... you can cook jam and the dough turns out great. Before purchasing a bread machine, I did not bake from yeast dough - I considered it a long, laborious affair and it is not known what would come out in the end, in general, I used to delight my family with charlottes and biscuit cakes, and now ... having refuted a dozen basic breads, I expanded the range with rolls, buns and pies - the husband and son are already asking for mercy - they do not have time to eat it all.
As for the white crust, this is not about my stove, golden and dark golden sides, a slightly lighter top in plain and French bread is the norm, everything gets in the way, rises and bakes perfectly.
Likewise, the bread is kept warm for an hour after baking.
And the texture of the stove - I have it beautiful, round, without sharp corners, a large window - you can see everything that is going on there. The cat loves to sit on top very much - it means comfortable. Also removable cover - can be washed. The stove is small - easily fit on the windowsill. It is not particularly noisy, it does not squeak for a long time and is not disgusting - when you can add supplements at the end of the program.

In general, I am very pleased with my stove, the only thing is that I won't be able to save money with it - because.everything comes out and everything is delicious - I want to try and try new recipes, I already start distributing bread to relatives and friends - and I buy flour only 10 kilos at a time - well, don't run after it every other day! Let alone other ingredients I am silent.

I don't like kenwood! If there are 4 people in the family then I would have advised Moulinex ow-5000 like mine, since the maximum baking size is 1500 g and it costs about the same

Having shoveled all the expanses of the Internet, I wanted to buy a Panasonic 255 - because the bulk of the responses are enthusiastic, BUT in Lithuania (where I come from) there are no Panasonic !!! There are Kenwoods and Moulinexes, I am faced with a choice between Kernwood 350 and Moulinex 5003 (with molds for baguettes) what I need from a bread machine
1, baking white and rye bread,
2, bread with various additives
3, dumpling dough and pizza dough (here is the main question, is it in the listed models)
4 butter dough
5 crust control (three degrees

Here are the basic requirements !!!
Please help with the choice !!!
Kenwoods are not very pretty, Moulinexes are not very reliable - what to do?

Both stoves meet all the requirements, and which one to choose: beautiful or reliable is only your decision. The answer seems to be obvious.

oppa! WHAT DO I NEED !!!
Now my husband and I climbed into a German site and saw the Unold 68511 model with 2 forms, you will not believe it, there is no one to ask about it, I go to the mail and your answer is, do not believe miracles after that! Tell us about Uno, we really liked Uno Onyx 8695, but not so important, please tell me are you satisfied with your Uno stove? Does it have the functions I listed? And is there an instruction in Russian? Really looking forward to the answer!!!
Mueslik
Yes, we do not have such users, probably, if I'm wrong, let them correct me

How not? See above - Celestina - she has))) as I see it is the unold I named))) I also read about this wonderful machine with 2 forms in the forum, but I would like to know the opinion of the owner of this miracle))) Like a machine in action ? Can I also make pizza dough and dumplings in it? Any dough? Maybe I'm asking stupid questions, but in this case I'm still a layman I'm not a magician - I'm just learning
