Cottage cheese casserole with apples in a multicooker Brand 701

Ingredients

Pasty cottage cheese 5% 500 g
Sour cream 15% 150 g
White crystalline sugar 100 g
Vanilla sugar 1 pack (8 g)
Egg yolks 3 pcs
Corn flour 30 g
Semolina 20 g
Egg whites 3 pcs
Salt pinch
Apples (I have Golden) 300-400 g
Butter 15 g

Cooking method

  • Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, corn flour and semolina in a bowl. Stir and let stand for 20-30 minutes for flour and semolina to swell.
  • Wash the apples, peel and core, cut into slices. Here I will note that I tried this casserole with unpeeled apples, that is, I left the peel for greater usefulness. They say they contain the same vitamins, and not at all chemical processing agents. But I did not like it - the skin is both visible and palpable, it softens even after baking, but in comparison with the airy and tender casserole it seems a tough, unnecessary element.
  • Grease a bowl of MB with oil, spread the apples.

  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until firm. Add to the curd mass and mix well. I will add that we beat the proteins and add them to the curd mass immediately before laying the latter for baking.

  • Put the curd mass on top of the apples and smooth. The mass is thick enough, spread with a spoon in small portions (I had the experience of flopping all the contents at once, the apples got scared and scattered along the walls)

  • Baking mode, time 45 minutes. At the end of the mode, remove the valve, let it stand without opening the lids for 5 minutes, open the lid and do not remove the bowl for another 5 minutes, remove the bowl, let it cool until bare hands are tolerated.
  • Turn the casserole out of the dish using a double boiler.

Bon Appetit! Cottage cheese casserole with apples in a multicooker Brand 701

Elena Tim
Wow! Listen, Anh, this is not a casserole, but a work of art! Wow, the apples turned out to be a flower, stunned!
I drag it to the bookmarks, it will be necessary to repeat, it is too beautiful! Thank you!
Anka_DL
Elena Tim, thanks for your attention to the recipe and feedback.
I also liked the way it looks. In addition, the combination of apples with cottage cheese is wonderful. And by itself, it is very tasty and tender. For a month, this is already, however, the fifth in a row, but still not tired.
lu_estrada
Annushka, very beautiful and delicious casserole!

Ludmila, Thank you

Anka_DLwhat a beautiful casserole turned out!
I make a similar one, bake in the oven. And she really does not get bored, this apple-curd casserole! For several months now I have been baking once a week .... it is eaten instantly! And I also want

Lily, thanks for your attention to the recipe. I also often make cottage cheese casseroles - both sweet and snack. This variant with large apples seemed to me especially successful. And the curd mass itself is very tender. Well, straight souffle
Ass
Such beauty, it turned out .... Will it rise in a bread maker as well? If you remove the blade?
Galleon-6
What a wonderful casserole, and the recipe is written so thoroughly that you need to run for the cottage cheese and bake
Maryanushka
The casserole is just super, I never did it with apples, I will definitely try.

Ass, Elena, Marina, thanks for your attention to the recipe
Ass, this casserole does not rise - according to the volume of the MV bowl, how much you put in before baking, the same amount remains at the end of the program. Did not fall / did not settle, but did not grow (and why would it increase). In HP, I think you can try, with a hole in the center it will turn out funny)

I could not pass by such beauty! Yes, this is just a real pie! Already for the sake of such a casserole, it is worth buying a multicooker, which I, in fact, am now doing. I bookmark it and, as soon as my cartoon arrives, this casserole will be the first!
Anya, thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Ludmila, it is very pleasant to read such words. I'm glad that I liked the recipe

Good morning! The casserole was prepared right after work yesterday, as promised in the bread machine. It turned out to be very gentle. But I will make a reservation right away that I added only 200 grams of cottage cheese (there was no more at home), and all the other ingredients were by the same standards, the only semolina was more than 2 tablespoons during the cooking process. I have a Panasonic cartoon, but I do not like that everything turns out bright in it. You were right, he did not rise but did not fall, baked in the same shape as the lodge. : yahoo: And for the future, in principle, I think that you can do it in a cartoon.
Anka_DL
Ass, thanks for the tip. I'm glad I liked the casserole. If everything turns out to be light in your cartoon, then try to pre-caramelize the apples in sugar (white or brown). I did it on both Frying and Baking, it doesn't matter here. Only then, from the total weight of sugar in the casserole, you need to subtract the one that will go to caramelization (approximately 30 grams). With this approach, I got a richly bright color, almost burnt out. Maybe yours will work just like a bang

I can only say sparingly: BEAUTYAAAAA !!!!!!
My cottage cheese just came from the store, I'll go check it for naturalness and most likely bake the same one.
Lynx
Anya, I baked your casserole. A miracle happened! So delicate. Only I need to correct my cartoon for this recipe, otherwise the casserole is browned more than necessary. But they ate it almost immediately. My husband does not really respect cottage cheese, but here he shoots for both cheeks! Delicious! Thank you!!!
Anka_DL
Ludmila, I'm very glad that I liked the casserole thanks for the feedback
Larra
I will definitely try to cook such delicious beauty !!! Thanks for the recipe, I took it away ...)))

ABOUT! Thank you!
Today we did it - it turned out great.
More raisins were added.

Forgot about the valve and don't open it right away. Opened - oh, almost rose to the very top. While I ran for the phone to take a picture, it had already returned to normal.

I feel it will be included in my favorite recipes.

I am very glad that I liked the recipe. Thank you for your feedback and photo report.
And the additions, yes. Here the soul is free, I did not mix fruits-dried fruits, but I threw pieces of cocoa beans into the dough.

Anya, thanks for the recipe: rose: baked a casserole today in stadler form. I liked it very much! The apples are caramelized, the casserole itself is tender and moderately sweet. Who has not tried it highly recommend! Baked on baking for 1 hour. The apples are slightly brown but not burnt, probably you can bake for 50 minutes. In the photo, the color is darker than the burners in fact. Photos from the tablet are not very good
