Model 502 appeared on the Brand website

A distinctive feature of the Brand 502 multicooker is the 5-STEP MANUAL MODE with the ability to set the temperature and cooking time at each stage.

Multicooker Brand 502

MANUAL 5 STEPS OF COOKING
- choice of temperature from 25C to 130C
- selection of cooking time from 1 minute to 9 hours 59 minutes
the ability to select the number of cooking stages from 1 to 5

Today I cooked rice porridge at 502. Delicious. Tomorrow I want to bake a whole chicken with a crust. Please tell me the recipe, otherwise I didn't find it. I hope you'll give me a hand. The first multicooker.
There are no unpleasant odors from the multicooker. So who was afraid of that - I assure you, everything is okay.
SamS
They brought me in, tried to "remove the stickers", but they had already been removed - so that I was less fooling, and the container for collecting condensate (I was looking for it) was already in place. I cooked: meat hodgepodge with its own options, casserole: rice + cottage cheese + eggs, now boiled pork is languishing. I'm happy as a cockroach ...: lol: I'm not a fan of the kitchen, but I love helpers, and 502 is a real assistant !!! I put everything and go for a walk .. I don’t share recipes, because there are a lot of them in the book, I’ll follow them for now ... One inconvenience - the bread machine has mains switch- very convenient - no need to remove and insert the plug, and the B-502 does not have one.

I'm also waiting for this, I called them, they say it was the first test batch. I was interested in the function of turning off the heating, well, sometimes it is not needed at all !!

Anyone else, but I don't need it at all, I always turn it off right after cooking, or when I go to the kitchen

Elena Bo, what are your first impressions? How does it smell? Condensate? Have you tried baking mode? Is the bowl the same as in 37502?
Korolina
today made a vegetable stew with meat from a recipe book. Everything matches. Fried carrots and onions, added potato meat, salt and spices, and simmer for 2 hours. Super. Forget about the smell in 502. Thanks to the manufacturers for solving the problem. I read that supposedly the silicone and the bowl are saturated with the smells of cooked food. I don't have such a problem.
I have stomach problems, but after eating, cooked in a cartoon, there is no feeling of heaviness in the stomach. I was pleasantly surprised.
Please advise some original recipe with salmon for the New Year's table .... Pliz

Hello everyone, advise what to choose: Brand 502, Polaris 0517 or Redmond MC90? I understand that Redmond is out of the ordinary in terms of price, but I am interested in the possibilities and quality, as well as the adequacy of the attached recipes (I want to give MV to my mother)
I would have already fallen in love with Brand, but I am confused by the lack of handles on the saucepan (((
What do you think?
sgf45
I have three types of multicooker in use: Panasonic (a saucepan without handles), Brandik 37502 (a saucepan without handles) and Oursson (a saucepan with handles).
Honestly, I don't find any special conveniences from a saucepan with handles, you can just get it out without potholders. Perhaps this is a force of habit, but it is more convenient for me to get pastries from pots without handles. And it is more convenient for me to wash them.
I would choose a cartoon in terms of functionality, technical characteristics. And the presence or absence of pens is secondary for me
But I repeat once again that it can be getting used to the first pots without handles.

I don't think that Redmond M90 is inferior in functionality to Brand 502, but regarding pens, I cannot but agree with previous speakers, having two multicooker, one without handles, and the other with handles.
Let the presence of handles not be the determining factor for you in any way.

Oh thanks everyone! I just ordered brandik 502, now I'm thinking about how to keep it for myself and not for my mother))) But seriously, I hope to add my 80-year-old grandmother to the users there, so tell us about automatic programs. Do they work correctly, or will you have to do everything manually? I'm afraid that the tame granny will not master)))

The bowl and all accessories in the Brand 37502 and 502 multicooker are the same. This is the same multicooker, but with a different program.

Here you should not worry. All modes of the multicooker work according to the declared parameters. They are quite enough for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the presence of a programmable manual mode makes it possible to cook complex dishes using various temperature modes.

I decided to steam it just in case, although there was no particular smell. In general, take them into your ranks!
We are very glad to see you in our ranks. Congratulations on your purchase.

Oh, Elena, congratulations from you are especially pleasant!
Please tell me if it is possible to buy another bowl before (preferably with a different coating, otherwise this one somehow absorbs odors ...) and a removable cover with a silicone rubber band assembly? Again, so that the smells are not suppressed, and it was easy for granny to change her.
I really don't want to give it back, my husband even asked why he didn't order two at once - and I knew that she was so cool and I would like it so much ???

Don't worry, they promised to send a new batch in late January-early February, it will be cheaper. There will be a present for you too. But their bowls are only ceramic (this is a chip and a brand name for 500 and 502 models)

And I'm asking about the price, will it be cheaper than this pilot batch. And it is absolutely reasonable for me, but in response: - "What are you! Well, it may be that way with dealers, but Vadim wrote that it would be cheaper, since this consignment was delivered by plane, which is expensive, the next one should come by sea, it will be cheaper. Let's see what happens. Hope expectations are met

Hello everyone!
I updated my cartoon yesterday, tested the stewing and baking modes. Very pretty, but there is also a fly in the ointment
I put out the cabbage, opened the lid and a lot of water flowed out of the valve, it didn't get inside ... I didn't touch the valve and the inner cover at all. What did I do wrong? Tell me, please, otherwise I was upset ...
Lady
Lyuyudiii! Whoa ...
Please tell me, I’m probably doing something wrong, stewed the meat - it melts in my mouth), but when I opened the lid, I again found a lot of water from the valve. Maybe my container is not so worth it? I brought it in and turn it on). I climbed on the Internet, there are many similar questions, but there are no answers to them. Is this a defect?
Aygul
Lady, You ask about 37502 in the topic. There are more users. But in fact, the multicooker is the same, only a few programs have been replaced.

No, this is not a defect, these are design features. unfortunately, the drip tray is one name here. When choosing the MV model, I wanted only with a drip pan, but this does not work here, since there are no grooves along which all the condensate would drain into the holes, and the design of the silicone ring is such that most of the condensate remains in it, and when the lid moves already flies along a free trajectory (((
Bork has no problems with this at all, but the problem is with the price!

Hello! I was very interested in this slow cooker, I already have a donated Polaris, but I want another one with other functions. I very much ask the owners of a wonderful car to share information:
- how does the milk porridge mode work for her, the cooking time is of interest, whether it is possible to cook porridge on a delayed start and whether the heating is turned on at the end of the program.
- in general, the program for cooking cereals is of interest, is it sensory, that is, it works before the water evaporates or turns off at the end of the set time.
Can someone tell me where to see the instructions?
lemusik
Instructions for the devices can be downloaded from the Brand's website, they are posted in the descriptions (in the online store).

I bought this cartoon for my mother and grandmother. Now I come to the conclusion that the functionality of the previous version 37502 would have been enough for them, that is, without the manual mode. While I cooked rolled oats in it without delay in proportions of 1 m / st oatmeal-2 m / st hot from m / in milk - 2 m / st water from a thermopot, porridge mode for 30 minutes. I buy flakes only for long boiling (15 minutes). And last night I laid 1 m / st of buckwheat-3 m / st of milk from the refrigerator-2 m / st of cold water + sugar / salt to taste. I put a delay so that it was ready by 6 in the morning, and cook for 1.5 hours. plus automatic heating after the end of the program! the porridge turned out to be magical. On an electric stove, I never did it.
By the way, the oatmeal was also super, at first slightly watery, while it cooled down a little thickened - just like we love))))
and NOTHING ran away)))

Girls, tell a newbie (never used a slow cooker) !. I chose these - 37502 or 502. I am interested in the question: nothing special, except for manual settings 502 does not differ from 37502? Are these very necessary functions in the household? 37502 is on sale, but 502 has to wait. Maybe, as a beginner multi-user, options 37502 are enough for me? And also, are these cartoons good roasting?

In general, 502 has more possibilities, of course: in addition to the manual mode (so to speak, for growth))) there is also automatic heating after the end of the "Porridge" mode, which is convenient for a delayed start or just to languish and melt. And so all automatic modes are the same and work very correctly, without any unpleasant surprises. We have a 502 model, but if you have a limited budget and do not seriously do the test, then the 37502 is quite enough.
And about frying: I fried cutlets - everything was fine, onions and carrots - even more so. They say that you can't get a chicken with a crust, but it seems to me that everything is possible. The cartoon is both cool. I bought it for my mother, so a simple 37502 would be enough for her, but I already know that)))
osska
Thank you girls!
Probably, I will take the "old" model for testing. I don’t think I’m going to do much baking. I love the oven. If, for example, I bake pizza, then immediately two huge baking sheets (at home there are 3 healthy peasants), the size that will be in the cartoon, however, is too small
And we all like it when baked goods have a crust on top ... but soups, cereals, meat with vegetables are just what you need. Not troublesome. And I hope it really tastes good. My friend, a former chef, generally discourages buying, says How can something turn out delicious on automatic equipment?, she knows a lot about cooking (on the stove), each procedure takes a certain time and a certain temperature.
Therefore, I want to try if this animal will take root in the kitchen.
Here, unfortunately, my bread maker did not take root, 4 months after the purchase, I baked bread, muffins every day, and then there was no rye flour, then there was time, then there was no mood.I even had to remove it from the kitchen table so that it wouldn’t take up space, and now I’m not even trying to get it out once again. So I think, what if the cartoon will be the same?

Girls, how does the new model with a drip tray have a separate one or not? I don’t understand where the water is going if there is no container? In my 508 Polaris, I have a separate plastic shade, droplets flow into it from under the lid, I then pour them out, sometimes it is even not enough, with long extinguishing. I will be very glad if someone enlightens.

I read it, but I didn’t understand so there is a separate drip tray or not, or you still need to blot the water with a napkin! Post for intrusiveness.

Yes, it is, on the back wall from the outside, you can remove it and pour water out of it. But sometimes the water does not flow into it, perhaps you need to raise the front edge of the multi.

Osska, if you like frying more than stewing, then another model 37501 is usually recommended. The temperature is higher on the Frying program. Here is the link to the discussion https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=162897.0 The answer is 19 manna.
It all depends on your expectations. When there is time and desire, I enjoy the cooking process. And when there is no time, the cartoon helps a lot. I cook side dishes only in it. The rice turns out to be crumbly, not sticky. I discovered barley and whole-grain oatmeal (do not confuse with rolled oats), I cook them on Stew. Very tasty, healthy, not at all hard in taste, and most importantly, you don't need to follow the process.

You did everything right.
After operating some modes, there is a lot of condensation on the removable cover plate. It's quite normal. After you open the lid, condensation flows down to the multicooker body, and then through special grooves into the drip tray. If water does not get into it, try to determine the cause.

Be sure to close the lid.
But I boil potatoes on the Stew mode. It doesn't boil so much in this mode.

The main advantage of the 502 is the switchable Heating at your request. Not all users will use Manual mode (this is my opinion), since the multicooker has enough programmed programs for various dishes.

Oh, I can’t lie - I haven’t tried it and I WILL NOT ... It even hurts me to look at this (no offense to the author of the recipe) this is a matter of taste. I am not accustomed to breading and deep fat. Perhaps the 502 can't do that, or maybe it can - I definitely can't check.

Brand 502 will be shipped as this multicooker is manufactured in a different factory. The delivery of the multicooker 37501 and the pressure cooker 6050 will end, and the 501 never reached the consumer, remained in the wilds of the laboratory.
Questions about the supply of bowls and other accessories for discontinued models are currently being discussed.

The next batch of 502 multicooker will arrive in early March. Until that time, the multicooker can be purchased from our dealers.
