Ingredients

fish fillet 1 kg
mushrooms 150 gr.
sour cream fat and thick 4 tbsp. l
White bread 250 g
potatoes 500 g

Cooking method

  • We pass the fish through a meat grinder with a fine grid, add a white bun, again through a meat grinder, stir in at least 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream, salt, pepper to taste. Boil mushrooms, fry with onions, chop.
  • From the fish cutlet mass we make circles about 11-12 cm in diameter, put mushrooms in the center, carefully shape the cutlets with a knife, roll them first in flour, then in an egg, then in breadcrumbs and deep-fry, then on a baking sheet and in a microwave convection mode + waves 70%, T 200 for 10 minutes.
  • Chop the potatoes on a Berner grater, into thin sticks, and deep-fry, then salt.
