Everything turned out very well, but there is one problem - the fish turned out to be without a fried crust and practically without a corrugated surface. This did not affect the taste, but it still doesn’t look like it was done in the grill (((But there is a huge plus - the grill surface is absolutely clean. Maybe you need to do it on the rugs part of the time on program 5)?

The next plates, the third already, have failed. The first and second were poorly washed and deformed. Still others are deformed, but this is most likely a problem of the grill itself, although I sent it to the service, and the coating was swollen in some places.
I bought the grill in Germany.

Today I made a Steba 4.4 grilled chicken thighs. I put spices in the marinade: "GRILL Juicy chicken", "For chicken", "BBQ Classic seasoning for grilling and barbecue", "Barbecue on charcoal" (all KOTANYI spices), I decided to use them all at once, a little of each. I also added TERIYAKI sauce and some vegetable oil to the marinade. I removed the skin from the thighs (I used to do it with the skin). Marinated for 3 hours. Fried on plates without parchment paper and rugs. I held it for 5 minutes, for 4 - 5 minutes, for 3 - 5 minutes.
The chicken turned out to be very tender, soft and aromatic. Without the skin, I liked it more (it turned out to be juicier and more aromatic).

Today I made zucchini waffles according to the recipe from Tanyulya grilled Steba 4.4. Dough: 100 grams of zucchini (already squeezed out), 1 egg, salt to taste, 1.5 tablespoons of sour cream, 3 tablespoons of flour (I wanted to put less, but the dough was liquid). I warmed up the grill on setting 4, greased the plates with oil. I spread the dough with a spoon from a multicooker. It turned out exactly 6 waffles. Baked for 7 minutes.
Tip: if you want the shape of the waffles to be perfect, spread the dough well on the wedges. Not all waffles turned out to be even in shape.
The waffles are tender, tasty, but, of course, not crispy. It seems to me that if you thin the dough and increase the cooking time, they will be crispy. I will definitely try)))
The taste is the same as that of squash pancakes, but they look much more interesting. Serve ideally with sour cream (you can mix sour cream with "Almette" curd cheese).
