Does anyone have any idea how to bake Borodinsky in it without a special regime?

In the "Dough" mode, you knead and proof, about 1 hour 30 minutes in total. Then the x / stove will turn off and you are waiting for the dough to rise when the x / stove is off (somewhere else for 30-40 minutes). When the dough has increased in volume more than 2 times, turn on the "Baking" mode for 1 hour 30 minutes. I, of course, did not understand which model of x / stove you have and what programs your x / stove has, but all x / stoves have such programs that I noted. And the recipe for Borodino bread can be found on the forum. At least this one:

Thank you very much, in my life I would not have guessed that it is possible without a special mode so simply))
and the whole forum has not yet had time to examine.
and the model of the stove seems to be in my profile, just like you

The main thing in baking Borodino bread is to knead-rise-bake, without admixture during lifting. So bake without automatic mode, everything will certainly work out. Just do not overdo the dough, otherwise the roof will go down and it will look ugly, but the bread will still be delicious. 🔗
But I didn't see the bread maker right away, I'm sorry))

thanks for the advice.
I am already beginning to understand that the main thing in baking is not the oven at all, but an understanding of the basic principles and processes.

Quite right. And yet, most importantly, the attitude: there is no need to tune in to a bad result in advance. X / stove is in any case a good helper, not an enemy! 🔗
what an assistant! and noodles, and jam, and bread, and baguettes .......
