Pickled tomatoes, lightly salted Summer hit (not for rolling)

Ingredients

For 1 can of 3 liters:
Garlic 1 head
Bitter pepper 1 PC
Parsley or dill (or both) 6 twigs
Small tomatoes ~ 2 kg
For the marinade:
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tbsp. l.
Boiled water (room temperature) ~ 1300-1400 ml

Cooking method

  • We use these tomatoes as soon as the small, strong "Cream" begins.
  • Peel the tomatoes.
  • At the bottom of the jar, put peeled chives, 1 hot pepper (cut it lengthwise), parsley or dill. Lay the tomatoes tightly on top. Pour marinade over.
  • If you like spicy, then bitter pepper can be less. Put salt and sugar with a small slice. Sometimes you want sluggish tomatoes, then put sugar with a large slide.
  • Cover the jar of tomatoes with a lid and leave for 3 days in the kitchen. The tomatoes are slightly sour. If you want, you can keep it warm longer to make it sour.
  • Store the finished tomatoes in the refrigerator. They are eaten very quickly, therefore, usually, one can is in the refrigerator, and the second is fermented.
